My radiator blew up on my way to work one morning. I was able to drive it to the nearby radiator shop, The Radiator Depot. By the end of the day i got my car back. They did a fantastic job repairing my car. The service was great. Id recommend then to anyone.

Very professional and honest. Although they were busy, they still took the time to answer a bunch of my questions. I’m more of a DIY kinda guy but if I need help, this is where I’ll go.

I called The Radiator Depot to get my radiator flushed and get a new thermostat. Cody quoted me around $500 after tax but suggested I get their $60 engine check before sinking the $500. He said if they found nothing, he’d waive the $60 (this is a common practice of theirs, by the way). That check up discovered that the repairs I was asking for would have not fixed my overheating problem but instead would have made it much worse. Cody’s excellent customer service turned a $500 “repair” into a $50 (because he knocked it down $10 just cuz 🙌🏼) check up fee. I am so grateful for people like this. They get paid by the hour instead of commission, which means their recommendations really are their professional opinion, not just a sales pitch to increase commission. Overall, they are very helpful and honest, and I highly recommend them.

I am already impressed and they havent done the work yet. They literally met me at the door, it was almoat closing time. I explained what I needed and they said it would be ready in the morning. Every place else said it cant be done in about one minute.

Took my concrete pump to get the hydraulic radiator fixed. Guys are professional Great service and took care of the problem the same day definitely recommend.

Super hot week in the desert, finally got sick of no AC in my Dodge truck. Called Dante late in the day, he said bring it! He kept it inside over night, fixed it under estimate & got it back in less than 24hours. I was treated great by everyone and got 2 follow up calls to check in & make sure I was still happy. I am happpy, even more happy to find an honest shop whos interested in old school service. These guys are in it for the long haul- its about the relationship.

This is the place to go. Was going fishing up north got my radiator flushed, was all fine until I noticed fluid leaking in my driveway checked reservoir was near empty, I called them back told me to come in to check it out, they went thru it with fine tooth comb, turns out I never replaced radiator cap, they put new one on no charge, was on my way no worries, they are friendly, fast, know there stuff, recommend to all I know. Thank you for excellent service everybody!!!

Great service with a last minute appointment on a Saturday, these guys saved the day! My son’s car was overheating and we needed the car the next day. These guys were great, had the water pump installed in a just a few short hours and stayed open after business hours to complete the job. They’ve also serviced our F-150 and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time or money going here. They were very rude to me while I was there with my wife and new born.Complained the whole time that I had a big block instead of a factory Oem motor in car. No one asked them for there opinion. Brought it in there for the cooling system. They should really concentrate on the task at hand. They recommend I buy a new radiator. Almost a thousand dollars later and it runs at exactly the same temp. Looks like my old radiator was working just fine.

Very rare for me to have someone els work on my vehicle but with the lack of time I have in a day I needed help. These guys ran a diagnostic on my 2013 Corolla which explained why my car wouldn’t pull out of third gear. I asked them to take care of the issue along with new fluids. They not only completed the job in quick time but also repaired my water lines free of charge! Amazing work and the car runs like new! Thank you Radiator Depot!

I was very impressed with the repair of our heater core in our truck at The Radiator Depot as if anyone knows this is no easy job! Although there were a few bugs to work out after the repair as you literally have to tear the entire dash apart, they were very accommodating and reassuring that they would take care of any problem and they did. I was also impressed with their willingness to think outside of the box and resource other vehicles and mechanics to make sure our truck was repaired correctly! I have done business with this shop before and they did ok. This time after they were given my condenser to modify the fittings, I was told that it might be expensive and I would be called about the price. The next day, they called and left a message, stating that they had finished. The cost was 93.00 for two fittings. When I spoke to the woman who answered the and I stated that they were suppose call first, she didn’t reply or apologize. Eventhough the work looks good, I Feel that the cost was excessive and I won’t be coming back.

My car overheated driving up to Lancaster. I was alone and stuck on a road trip to the Sequoias.I called the Radiator Depot and Cody at the service desk was vert kind and said they could take care of it that very afternoon.He coached me through removing the radiator cap and filling it with anti-freeze so I didn’t have to wait on a tow truck.At the shop they service man evaluated my car, they worked with my limited finances and went to the Honda dealership personally as it Was after delivery hours for the dealership.The men worked after the shop was closed to get me safely on my way and even called the next day to make sure I had arrived safely.I highly recommend the repair shop and thank them wholeheartedly for their abilities, patience in explaining exactly what was going on with my car and getting me on my way.Great job men!
