Never answers the phone & when you try to get through they just hang up in your face. Most LAZIEST workers i’ve ever encountered !

Purchased a battery for my car, and had it installed. Great customer service!

They had exactly what I needed so I could glue the rearview mirror back on the windshield. No one tried to upsell me on anything, the salesperson simply told me what I needed and it worked great. I will go back whenever necessary, maybe pay a couple bucks more than a superstore however it is more than worth it because they are honest.

They have some very unprofessional employees working there and rude will stop doing business there. I called to see if my park came in the guy said I cant go d it do I asked for the manager waited the same comes back to tell he cant. Find he so holding again he comes back and told me to wait hes in the rest Rm I asked too have him call me he said just hold on I dont have your # which I just gave 2 times yo look up so the manager pick up i go over it again and he says yes its here not really checking fully bit he saw a returned part that was all the same numbers as mind but the last one so I took off work early to pick it up and my part was never even order. Thanks for the help and the waist of my time .PS I dont blame the manager its hard to fly like a eagle then your with the flock of crows.

They have great service, except today I had to wait 1 1/2hrs for them to let me know my battery was no good. I was waiting in the parking lot the whole time. But.... Maybe I was just hungry and grumpy. They checked my alternator after I out new battery in. So. Not bad. Alternator is good.

I called in on Labor day hoping they were opened, greeted enthusiastic with manners that left me with the thought, (now thats how you answer a phone call). Came in for a diagnostic and they performed it and printed the results for me. I couldnt ask for better customer service. Thank you! Autozone workers were never known to be knowledgeable, but these workers seem to be incompetent. Three people should not have to work on the same customers request, especially concerning logistical matters. They should put their customers on the phone on hold rather than shift their focus. The lack ot product knowledgeability is disturbing. The customer management is also extremely inefficient. Better off going to NAPA

For those times when you tore the car up only to realize you are missing a tool or a replacement part, this AutoZone is within walking distance from me. If your car is fairly new (~4 years old od newer) you wont find many parts that are compatible, but for older cars, many aftermarket parts are either in stock or can be had within a day or so. Prices are reasonable, but if you can afford the wait to have something shipped to you, you may save a pretty penny by shopping online.

Moises bravo failed his test today deserves an F for customer service was told to come to his store on Ave I today to get a part and was given a recipe for 10 % off my part he then flailed to give me the 10 and then stated he did not see any thing on the receipt... I will not go back to that location ever again nor will I send any one I know there as well ....

Most of the men are helpful and honest. Theres a couple that tries to sale you b.s. Luckily I know a Lil more than they think about auto repairs. Overall i will continue to shop there if needed.

My engine light came on so I stopped to see if AutoZone had a reader to see what the problem was. Gus assisted me and had an error reader, he connected it to the truck for me and let me know what the error was. Then showed me the part to fix the problem and gave me the cost and let me know it needed to be ordered. Shared with me the ordering process and when it could be available. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks.

Their tool loan program is the bomb! They even had a loaner ODB2 Reader that you take back in and they read it with their computer.

I always find my parts for my car. The service is great, i go in and out. the products are always in stock, its weird when they are out of stock
