Ordered 3 drinks and they nearly prepares the wrong drinks and we had to correct them... then when we got our drinks mine tasted like banana as they did not wash the blender after making one of the drinks and upon bringing this to their attention, we were met with hostility, and arguments. They eventually remade the drink but it wasnt a good experience. 1 Star service. Would not recommend; will not return

The food was great for me! I come here every day to eat lunch and walk BUT I will never go back to Hagen Dazs here ever again! ! Place a order and you get eye roles & the worst customer service ever! Who ever owns this franchise please term this guy yesterday! This has been consistently a issue for the past 4 times I’ve gone at least

Totally overpriced for no reason. what are the ingredients? the strawberry ice cream tastes like cheap marmalade with pounds of heavy cream. this is just for people who think they are getting top tier ice cream

Terrible experience getting some milk shakes for the family.First was the 35 minutes for 5 shakes, take it that some of the time was walking in and walking out, but still pretty long.Second, they cost about $8.50 a piece (2 med, 3 smalls for $43+), might have been acceptable had they been decent shakes.Third, they were essentially flavored milk. Though spoons were provided they were completely unnecessary as the consistency of the shakes were milk with chunks of nuts and chocolate. If I wanted high priced chocolate flavored milk Id stop by numerous convenience stores in the area and paid less with quicker service.Im not sure if this is normal for this shop but I doubt they have another chance for me to find out. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Horrible service. $6 for a watery single americano. It was lukewarm and I asked for them to heat it. Server dumps it back to steam it after I pointed out that if they are out of cups for singles just put in less water. Was told that if I wanted the correct amount of water I should go to Starbucks. For $6? LOL she was happy to give my money back but best not to waste your time.

Really, really good ice cream. Really, really high prices. Service seemed fine at this location. I came back for napkins and they were out, but the girl at the counter (who was helping someone else out) saw what I was looking for and quickly snagged me some while the other customer was making up their mind. Also, they have a free cone day once a year (though I cant remember the date). They dont advertise it heavily, but its worth keeping an eye out for because the ice cream tastes even better when its free!

This place is one of those overrated West Hollywood places with the traditional characters and posers abound.I had a blueberry and banana smoothie. It was OK.

5/14/16 at 1:50pm just so we know what employees were working today.1) Girl leaned all the way over counter not doing anything, had to actually say excuse me to pry her off her phone2) Girl sitting on floor behind counter... Didnt get up3) Guy practically whispering asking what do you want? ... Not how may I help you? but what do you want?4) Guy doing literally everything, making shakes and getting conesJust... The worst customer service Ive ever seen.

This is very strange! Site indicates this business opens up @ 10 am. Waiting @ counter for 5 minutes. Employee continued to count the change in register, without saying a word to acknowledge my presence. After standing there, I ask if he was opened. I was told they were not opened. Since site states it opens @ 10 am, looks like someone was not telling the truth. After all it was after 12 noon.
