I havent been to this location since last summer but I was pleasantly surprised tonight. The line was very long. Like down the block. I was waiting for a while but still seemed like it was moving fast. When I got to the speaker a very nice and upbeat young lady took my order. Then when I got to the window, she asked me how I was. And the other young lady who gave me my food was talking nice too!!! WOW!!! Seriously after all those cars I would expect someone to be annoyed but it was a refreshing amount of customer service. . My only complaint would be that hubbys peanut buster parfait was shorter than I remember getting them. It didnt get filled over the top of the cup and go into the lid. Its ok though. Still great experience thanks! I will return again soon.

This DK is hidden away on back roads. However, it was clean and the desserts we purchased were delicious. Well definitely go back!

Im new to the area and this Diary Queen was crazy busy tonight, Saturday about 8:49pm. Probably, about 15 cars out to the street and took over an hour to get my order, but Id go again. When I got to the window, my order was wrong, missing three items (not charged for them), but Abby/Abbie was AMAZING and took care of it at no charge. Our son has been in the hospital for over 3 months and this was one of the few nights we stayed home together and I cant tell you how much I appreciated Abbys kindness ❤ Thank you so much!!

Food and service is great. Please help stand up for the rights of your customers and eliminate the unrealistic and fake mask mandates. I think you would see a huge increase in sales. Stopped in to grab 2 blizzards to enjoy in the heat 1 was Reeses 2 was butterfinger the sun was busy and so was we staying cool in this 96 to 100 temperatures

The drive thru line was just like the night before but there was a shorter line inside. I went in and ordered. Every worker was busting his/her butt taking and filling orders, greeting every customer with a smile. I was amazed at their efficiency. Ive never seen a group of employees work so hard. These young people were most impressive!!!

The length of the drive thru line is sometimes discouraging but also an indicator of how good the food is here. Occasionally there is an employee with an atitude at the drive up window but for the most part they are courteous and friendly

Busy, busy location on a Friday nite. Line at drive thru out into the street, so we went inside. We were taken care of very quickly. Employees were all working as a team to take care of the customers. So Great job Dairy Queen!

Just wanted a shake.

Went through the drive thru yesterday with my son to get ice cream. The workers were not polite and they werent wearing any gloves or masks. Seems like a real hazard being in the food industry during this time. I wont be returning. Management, please have your employees take the proper precautions during this pandemic. If not, dont be open!

Got an Oreo blizzard. More than 3/4s of it was just vanilla ice cream. It looked like they just sprinkled the Oreos on top. This location doesnt know how to make their signature treat. Wont be going back.

Service was great! Ice cream great! But the chili cheese hotdogs were disgusting!! Not even eatable!!! Very expensive lesson!!

I have a soft spot in my heart for Dairy Queen. This place is great. It has quick and friendly service. The ice cream is consistent with Dairy Queen standards. The store itself was clean and the staff takes good care of it. Its definitely a hot spot on a hot summer day or night.

Every time I go here, I get upset that I even went to this location. They charge so much for their ice cream and every time I get shorted. I was charged tonight for marshmallow and hot fudge topping on my twist, and all I got was the equivalent of a tablespoonful of hot fudge on one side and a tablespoonful of marshmallow on the other side! I ordered my daughter a small size of vanilla in a dish and a large twist for me...why did they end up being the same amount of ice cream when I got it??!?!? They must be training their staff to give out the bare minimum so the profits are high! Worst location I have EVER gone to...and yes, I really like my ice cream!

Delicious ice cream as always with Dairy Queen. When I needed a last minute ice cream cake for a birthday, they had one on hand and the staff were very helpful. They even had the candles on hand. The only downside is they dont give you a spoon by default when you order a blizzard. Not really a bad thing, just weird.

The ice cream is always the best. I come here probably once a week. They are always on top of the blizzard of the month. The people working are always super nice and so helpful. Keddjra, Anabelle, and Cade seem to always take care of us, so if you see them dont be afraid to say hi.

Charged me $6.00 extra for nuts and whipped cream for a small sundae. I just drove away after the man said my small sundae would be almost $10. I said never mind. He told me I had to pay for it anyway. He didnt tell me at the intercom that it was $6 extra. Told me hed call someone. Why? I never got the product. I asked for the owners name. Refuse to do so.

Ordered a cookie dough and heath bar blizzard. I verified it was correct when it was handed to me. When I got home it became clear that they lied to me so they wouldnt have to fix it. Its not the first time theyve disappointed me here, but it will be the last.

Mostly good service, but CLARIFY your order. Especially if it is a little girl taking your order. The guys that work here are on point and get it right. The young females are HORRIBLE and are there to laugh and text. I was the only customer there and got the weirdest order in the drive through. I ordered a Reese’s peanut butter cup with butterfinger and got Reese’s pieces with Carmel and I think heath?! Anyways the owners are good here but the little kids that work here make it hard to want to go there. They need to hire more mature individuals with higher IQ’s

01/08/21 update**** I stopped going to this Dairy Queen after the last review I left. The only reason I went today was because my parents wanted it. I should have just not ordered anything because I spent 6 dollars on a large sundae and I got the equivalent of a small. I would have thought it would get better but it hasnt. I have been going to this Dairy Queen for more than 20 years and it just gets worse.Everytime I go here I order the same exact thing large sundae and everytime I get my ice cream it is a different sizeI had to update to a 2 because I tested my theory again and tonight my sundae was half the size it was the day before yesterday
