I love everyone happy moods and they are really helpful. The produce dept always looks so nice and the prices go along with that compliment. The meat dept always has the meats and cuts i buy and the prices are great too. Thanks everyone!! Good job!!

Clean, well stocked, and friendly staff. Usually does not carry newer release items until months after their release, if ever. If you use the rewards app, make sure to double check the totals as there have been multiple instances where loaded coupons and items havent been taken off of the total as they should have been. When brought to the attention of on site cashiers or customer service they are quick to correct the mistakes.

Lots of homeless begging in the parking lot. We didnt feel safe. Produce was probably within a day of spoiling and the prices are 20% higher than other stores in the area.

Pharmacy lunch hour’s are different week & weekend. P/ U medication is not ready. Reasons was W/C is not authorized. Understood but should inform to customers before check in.Poor communication. Wait for hour for back to lunch & heard is not ready. ???

The deli section was good, the chicken well done! Tasty and not dry at all,subs were good and the employees really nice!

They have great bakery items there. Vons is my go to place for my favorite Spike Seasoning.Its hard to find a store that carries that seasoning.- And then theres the deli!

I was there on a Sunday. They had 2 cashiers opened with 8 people in a standard line. And the express line was opened with none. I only went for chicken with a neighbor and even the delis register was closed. It was saddening to see.

It was a clean, well organized store but not enough cashiers. They are kinda pricey, too, but convenient after filling up at the gas station right there that does have good prices.

Very clean and organized. Everyone there is very helpful. Well stocked, of course due to Covid19 the cleaning supplies and disinfectants are depleted but thats to be expected at the present time. I really like their variety of produce, fruit and flower selection.

Great grocery store. Has variety of items beside food. I purchased a small MARILYN MONROE 2021 calendar, candle for my daughter large, scented on sale. Clean, social distancing, masks required and distance/shield between cashier and customer. Well stocked. Cheerful staff.

Subpar experience with the sandwich station. Disinterested employees dont seem to know how to correctly make and heat sandwiches even with a cheat sheet. Prices increased and are now comparable to other local sandwich shops. Youll get better value elsewhere.

Ill give Vons credit, Ive had the best online shopping experience with them so far. My order was delayed, but they were apologetic about it, and I dont think Ive ever had so few item substitutes - in other words, pretty much everything I wanted was in stock. Thats pretty rare since covid began. They were also super helpful with a money order I needed today.

I not be exaggerated person,but in this store after 1 year start the Pandemia...the cashier makes complaints about my plastic bags use for my fruits y completed new dont look used but its look little different than the bond provide,I get in stater brothers because is more strong plastic,she said you need to removed and used my bag and cant touch it...I said? Really ...thats to much

The checkout experience required me to re bag my 3 item purchase because the Vons checker couldnt be bothered to do it correctly.

A good grocery store.

Typically I am a Pavilions fan. Bond hasn’t exactly “done me wrong” except during the pandemic. They are the last adopters to policy, they have the longest lines, and shortest staff. Their shelves are usually bare and their store attendants not terribly accessible. A significant number of their employees have poor customer service attitudes (while some are actually really amazing! - sorry I don’t know you’re name!!! But I know your faces!). I’ve started going out of my way to go to the Ralph’s on Woodruff and Del Amo. They rock!

Good clean store

Almost 99.9% of the time, I can get quality fruits, fresh vegetables, both organic and regular. I can rest assured that my recipes will taste as good as possible. Are there cheaper stores? Yes. But pay a little more and get a juicy melon or sweet peach, fresh organic kale, etc.. they have a wide variety too. So even if another store has something cheaper, I do have time to drive to another place to save a few cents . Usually I only but what Im using that day or the next. So I rarely have things go to waste.

Love shopping here. Clean place friendly workers and they always have everything I want.

This Vons is clean and nice people and my complaint is the prices are high. In a general standpoint I spend 25.00 here every 2 weeks because of the prices and have to hit up other places to get meat and produce. I can only get on sale items here unfortunately. If they could lower prices to realistic competitors- I would spend my full grocery money here.It’s a clean store and employees are very kind and sweet.The deli has personal attention, I feel safe here- even the guard in the store is professional and kind.Cmon Vons: lower your prices permanently and u will win me over.

This is a great neighborhood Vons. The bakery and flower sections are first rate and I have always been able to find what I need. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

The one star is solely for their homemade tortilla chips. Their old recipe was very delicious, and everyone I know enjoyed them. They would even be sold out at times. But something happened with the recipe a few months ago and now the chips are horrible. My family and I are upset at this revelation, and I know those chips aren’t selling out anymore. Please do something about this. We want the old recipe back!
