We had a fantastic experience with this company. The staff in the warehouse were wonderful showed up multiple slabs until we finally settled on one. The installers came right over to our home that day and took the measurements. Within 10 days we had the new counter tops installed perfectly. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their countertops. The price, installation and quality of work are outstanding. Not at all worried about people wearing masks in our home

We were doing a small remodel in our garage/party room & needed a remnant for our countertop. Oceana Designs was our first & only stop. We were immediately greeted in the showroom by Carla who took us outside to browse their large remnant section. We were amazed at the amount of choices we had & ultimately chose LG Everest Quartz. Selection, measurement & installation was a breeze and so timely. Were extremely pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend Oceana Designs!

Great experience with Oceana! Our project was very small, but Socrates and the staff treated our remnant project with the same timely customer service and product knowledge as any customer with a whole kitchen remodel. Communication regarding measuring and installation was top notch, and everyone showed up and on time! We definitely will return when we upgrade our kitchen in the near future.

Oceana Designs came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Socrates was my initial contact. He knew his inventory, the pros and cons of the materials and provided names of other suppliers where I could check inventory ( I ended up selecting granite from Oceana). I also worked with Carla who was very helpful, got all the technical detail down and scheduled the measuring and install. The process went very quickly and the installers did a great job. I would definitely use Oceana Designs again.

Very disappointed. Dink Tim in bathroom began to disintegrate within a few weeks of installation. First two repairs were free. Then they wanted 600 dollars to come a third time. Ridiculous

Oceana Designs are such a great group to work with. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure. They assisted with some design options ( I had no idea what I was doing) provided us a ton of options, were super chill ( meaning not pushy) and the turn around time was beyond fast! They met all our expectations and then some! I don’t usually leave reviews but this place totally deserves a 5+ star rating!! ⭐️

Oceana Designs is fantastic! I had a super tight timeline and Nancy helped me choose a counter for our outdoor kitchen virtually and was able to get it installed quickly. They’ve got a great selection and excellent customer service. Will be back when we get around to our indoor kitchen remodel!

After searching for just the right piece of granite with no luck, we stumbled upon Oceana Designs. Their selection was impressive and they had a beautiful warehouse to walk around in. They had exactly what we were looking for but thats not where they shined the most. They made the entire process from measuring to installation incredibly easy. Two years after the install we accidentally chipped an edge of the counter. Once again they made the entire process easy and when they were done no one could find the spot that they had repaired. Great group of people to work with.

Oceana was recommended to us by your kitchen design team. Liz walked us through their warehouse full of slabs and samples and we discussed in detail the Quartz counters we were looking for, white with a vein type design through out. We found the perfect counter and Liz made sure to give us a sample to bring home to see how it looks in the natural light of our kitchen. A week prior to install, Liz called that unfortunately that slab is not going to be available as its delayed but made sure to send us 3 replacements to choose. The replacements were identical to the the initial slab we choose. Oceana was prompt, efficient and never made us feel nervous that the project may be delayed. Instead they handled the situation professionally and kindly. Would highly recommend Oceana to anyone looking to purchase counters. Cant be happier with their product and service.

I couldn’t recommend this company more. They made the entire process seamless. Nancy was so patient and helpful listening to what we wanted for a countertop and showing us endless samples until we decided. Carla and Socrates were in constant communication answering any questions we had. Lastly, the install was quick and the countertops look amazing!

We could not be happier with the new granite countertop we purchased from Oceana Designs. I walked into the showroom without an appointment, near closing time on a weekend, and even though they were very busy with customers with appointments within about five minutes they made time to show me different granite slabs and talk to me about my project.Socrates was very helpful in showing me the different types of granite and I soon narrowed my choices down to one or two slabs of granite.Early the next business day I received a quote for the granite I selected.Carla, Laura and Stephanie were all very helpful in making my project a reality and all communications from them by email or phone call was prompt and professional.The templater who came to my house to measure for the granite was on time and knowledgeable and the installation team was likewise prompt, professional and left the job site immaculate.I will use Oceana Designs again for countertops and other stone projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Would like to give Oceana of Lakewood NJ 5 stars. As a general contractor we do quite a bit of baths, kitchens. Our customer used Oceana since they have in the past and we’re happy. When starting the there bathroom as GC you have to call about products materials Oceana was easy to work with helpful knowledgeable and on time with material dates.I will/am going to build a relationship with them for the future.Jackson Contracting

COVID-19 cases spiking in NJ and especially Ocean County, and no employees were wearing face masks until I requested it. This experience felt unsafe and I recommend taking every possible precaution. I will refuse to enter the showroom if I ever have to deal with this company again.

I used Oceana for the first time about 2 years ago, and am still completely satisfied with the results. They did a beautiful job on my large kitchen, which had a fairly complex cabinet layout to maneuver around, as well as a MASSIVE center island. I am now back to do my bathrooms! I have personally bought, remodeled, and sold over 15 homes in my lifetime, and this place has been my best experience yet. Great slab and remnant selection, competitive prices, and excellent service. What more could you ask for?

They were nice before we bought the product. I was very specific when I told the sale representative that I cook everyday and the material had to be stain proof. They didnt do a good job sealing the granite, when I called back to complain they wanted to charge an extra $400,00 to come back and solve the problem.

Not very good at getting back to costumers. Had them install my countertops 15 years ago and would like to get them repolished ... it’s been 1week since we spoke and still no return phone call... good luck on service calls I guess.

We recently had 3 vanity tops installed by Oceana Designs and they look beautiful! It was a pleasure working with such a great company. Our sales rep, Lizeth, was wonderful to work with and helped us to find just the right slabs to fit our decor. We were very impressed with the fantastic job that was done by the installers....installed quickly and with no mess! We will definitely use them again!

The people here were so unfriendly I had to walk out. there were two young kids who had no time for me, but plenty of time to hang out with each other. I had to walk into their office to ask for assistance and the young girl gave me nothing but attitude. Apparently I was interrupting their flirting. I was told this was the most professional shop around! Anything but.

I was redoing my kitchen cabinets and wanted my granite countertops lifted and reinstalled. I chose oceana designs to do this work and was very pleased with the result. All employers were helpful and professional. Special thanks to Liz,Christain,and Julio for the tremendous job they did. They met my every expectation and the work was done timely and efficiently. I went to Oceans Designs for the first time now that I am a first time home owner and I was immediately impressed buy their showroom, I received help from Heather and was nothing but pleased with how she helped me pick the right countertops for my kitchen. I was worried this being my first home I might pick something I didnt like or might not be thrilled with. Heather worked with me and gave be just enough confidence to pick the countertop to match my appliances and cabinetry. She was extremely patient with me and I ended up picking the best looking countertops and beautiful kitchen thanks to Heather.

I am actually a resident in Bergen County, but will ONLY go to Oceana Designs for my countertop needs! I have used them for 3 different jobs and won’t go anywhere else. Aside from the beautiful selection of top quality stones, I have worked directly with different sales persons — mainly Christian and Heather — and have been nothing but satisfied with the care, professionalism, and attention to detail that each of them provided. They are not only fair and reasonable in their pricing, but they are extremely knowlegeable, attentive, and prompt in their service. They go above and beyond for their customers, and truly take pride in helping you find exactly what you envisioned for your space within your budget. Pete (one of the cutters) was even able to “remotely” fabricate a bathroom countertop for me (an afterthought I had after placing an order for my kitchen) using only some photos and measurements I e-mailed him! I am nothing but impressed with Oceana.

I had absolutely the worst experience here. DO NOT TRUST them. BEWARE! It turns out when they tell you that you can go direct with them, they add quite a bit of money onto your quote as a kick back to the cabinet dealer that sent you there.

I purchased a marble counter top with an under-mount sink from Oceana Designs. It looks great, and you will not find a nicer group of people to do business with.

Oceana Designs is HORRIBLE from their product to their management to their installers. I purchased a granite countertop but didnt ask for cracks and a gauge. When I called them to let them know they tried to blame it on my other contractors. They tried to fix it but cracks dont just disappear. They dont stand behind their product and they are very unprofessional and dont care about customer satisfaction. There are plenty of other granite stores, I recommend going somewhere else. They dont deserve ANY stars but couldnt post without one.
