Wayne runs a fantastic Countertop business! He replaced our old (40 year old!) Formica kitchen Countertop with a new Quartz design. He is very detailed in his measurements and installation. Working with Eric and Wayne on our kitchen remodel could not have gone any better. They did our quartz countertops and came in on time and on budget. Their pricing was competitive (not the cheapest or most expensive, we got 5 quotes) but their customer service and attention to detail far surpassed expectations. After dealing with delays and poor communication from the other trades working on our project, Counter Culture was a breath of fresh air. They actually answer their phones (and texts), return calls promptly, show up on time, set up showroom appointments, have patience when you start to second guess the slab you chose, and fabricate and install quickly. Eric and Wayne were real pros, I would not hesitate to use them again on future projects.

WILL NOT BE USING Wayne AGAIN BECAUSEHis initial estimate was $2,000 less than the final bill (without any material changes) and his ability to not show up when he says he is. (it took him a month to do what normally should be 3 - 4 days).My first mistake was not getting an itemized, and signed cost list before the work was performed. The second mistake was not using the other Company.

Great customer service - these people pay attention to detail!

We had Counter Culture come over to cut our counter tops to fit a new sink we bought for our kitchen. Wayne came over to do the cuts. After he was done and left, I noticed that when the sink was in place, there were large gaps on 3 corners between the sink and the counter tops! He had totally messed up our counter! Being young and naive with no experience in this kind of situation before, I paid in cash and failed to get an invoice from him (totally my own fault there). However, when we tried to call and get an invoice or have someone return to fix the issue, they never returned our calls. Not only did they do a terrible job, but they took advantage of us and that is not a respectable business. Dont waste your time here if you want quality work from quality people. Would NOT recommend.
