Very Patient staff . Did the seamless sinks and waterfalls. Everybody goes crazy over our kitchen, the space that my wife will spend the most time. Israel went above and beyond to satisfy us!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism at House of Granite. Chaya was able to explain to me the benefits and drawbacks of the different stones available. My kitchen was measured on Monday and the granite installed on Thursday. The installers were knowledge, capable and clean. I highly recommend this fabricator!

Staff is very knowledgeable about products and design . The man who comes down to measure template for the countertops once kitchens are installed is very responsible and on time. I use House of Granite to service properties I manage throughout NJ and I’m very happy. I noticed that 2 customers left 1 star review below for not having good customer service. I will say that previously they were having issues with getting back to customers and fulfilling their requests in a timely fashion due to back log but that has improved tremendously since January 2018 they hired more staff to keep up with the high volume of customers and seriously implemented higher customer service standards with their staff. If their is ever an issue feel free to speak to Yoily the owner about your concerns as he is really willing to make your buying experience an easy and smooth transaction. I know this because i discussed with him in the past about Customer service and have seen a major change since . I will only shop at house of Granite for all my Specialty stone needs.

Just had House of Granite install my kitchen counters. The process was quick & easy. They had someone come create a template a few days after I picked the granite at the yard they recommended & then it was installed a week later. The part I was impressed by was about 2 weeks later, when my appliances were installed, I noticed the counter was leaving a small gap by the oven. I emailed them & they immediately responded that they’d service it even though I wasn’t a local client. Their guys were here to repair the gap yesterday and they did a perfect job.

Super nice customer service - both before and after purchase. I actually thought i had marks on the counter from warehouse - that wont come off. I called House of Granite - they sent down people that told me to use Ajax or Comet. This wasnt in the care instructions but they scrubbed all my counters and got rid of every single mark I was worried about and counters are gleaming beautiful.

HOGS professionalism, punctuality and courteousness is extraordinary. They are unbelievably amazing, craftsman with measurements to millimeter precision producing flawless results. Over two dozen fabricators said NO to my kitchen project because of its complexity of the job. The results, a Masterpiece They are real experts.

Just had my countertop installed. Great jobThe template guy 2 days before was abrupt on the phone, I was not home and the template guy did not call me back to ok measurements so when they installed it the measurement on length was shorter than the diagram I emailed to house of graniteMake sure HUSBANDS THAT YOU TAKE A DAY OFF OF WORK TO BE AT HOME WHEN THE TEMPLATE GUY IS MEASURING.

I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am with House Of Granite! I drove almost 50 miles to their store and, knowing very little about granite, was fortunate enough to have Gitty assist me. What a personality and what knowledge she has!! Everything was scheduled perfectly, communication was right on! Lazer came out to do my template - so professional and so personable. Finally, The installation crew arrived right on schedule and installed the granite in my kitchen. They were also extremely professional and worked quickly and efficiently, while being very personable. When they left, I hardly knew anyone had been there except that I had the MOST beautiful countertops!! My next door neighbor came over to see it and immediately asked me for House of Granites information since they now want to be customers!!! Im a fan!!!

Our contractor referred us to House of Granite, and we had them install a tub surround, a double vanity countertop, and our kitchen countertops, all in quartz. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, helpful, and prompt. I worked with Aidy in picking out the materials, and his turn-around time was extremely quick. He emailed me the estimate that same day within just a few hours. Any questions that I had, he was always quick to respond and easy to work with. Lazer came to template, and he was very professional. Before each template, he always called to let me know he was on his way. Finally, Martin and his crew came to install, and they were friendly, hard-working, and did a great job.
