These folks were awesome! I tried many times at Lowe’s and Home Depot to get waited on. Never could so I thought I would try these folks! Prices great, installation great! Would highly recommend!

I stopped in this particular Carpet Mill to see what they had for runners as I had already bought a large 9x12 or close a few weeks earlier at their main local store and Justin, who waited on me, said I could order matching 3x8 runners and so I did just that, and bought 2 remnants (2x3 ??} with borders (very nice for remnants} and on sale very inexpensive. Between Justin and the manager of their main local store where I bought the larger piece I had nice and new rugs to cover everything I needed for not a whole lot of money. Neither was I pressured toward any one thing they had for sale but was left to look at what was available at my own pace. Id recommend Carpet Mills in the Denver area to anybody needing flooring.

Justin (store manager) went over and above on my expectations. Great price, but more importantly he saved us!! We ordered carpet a month out from delivery, long story, we moved everything out of the way to deliver carpet (our clothes were literally in the bathtub)..we find out our carpet won’t even come in for another month 2 days before our installation date :(. Decided to cancel our original order and start new....Went to a few other carpet places, all very helpful, but nobody as knowledgeable and helpful as Justin.High remarks with Justin in charge 👍🏻👍🏻

Le Elda was extremely helpful and very patient with and our chronic indecision over flooring. Though we had Champaign taste on a beer budget, she worked with us in finding the right flooring options that made sense for us.The selection at Carpet Mill is very impressive! We selected carpet for our living room and downstairs bedroom and hardwood flooring for our master bedroom. The carpet was professionally installed (though scheduling it took a bit longer than we expected) and we are very happy with the quality of the product and the installation. The wood flooring we will install ourselves, but the quality of the engendered hardwood so far seems very good. We’ll be installing it in the coming weeks and posting some pics when it is complete. We have no reservations recommending Carpet Mill in Evergreen and we would definitely come back.

Donna miss measured my carpet job. When I asked her about the measurement discrepancy she was admit the she was right. I then asked her what would happen if there was extra carpet and she told me they would look at it after the install and said she knew it was going to be right. I reluctantly went ahead and was told that the install crew would call me the night before the install date to set the time.The installation was a giant bungle on their part! They did not call to set up the time, but did call the day of and said they would be there by 10:30am. I made arrangements for a friend to be there because my daughter was in the NICU. The installers did not show up till 11:30 then left without finishing the job at 1:30pm to go to another job. They then returned three hours later and thankfully my friend was able to help again. I had noticed there was a lot of extra carpet and told the installers to leave it so I could work it out with Donna. I took photos of the extra carpet before going to the hospital to see my daughter. The installers did not finished until 7:30pm! Then they took the extra carpet after I specifically told them not to! Now I do not have the extra carpet to finish filing the complaint. Donna said she talked to the installer and she said they told here there was only one small piece of carpet left.I believe they did this on purpose and they do not want to see the photos I took of the extra carpet. They also are not offering any resolution and pointed out the fine print in the contract stating there will not be a refund on extra carpet unless there is a piece larger than 6 foot by 12 foot. Since the installers took the extra carpet I cant prove my case!Buyer be ware! They are not an honest place to do business with!

The service at carpet Mill was exceptional! very helpful and truly accommodating the Workman did a fantastic job installing. They were polite, professional, efficient and concerned with my satisfaction of the job. it looks beautiful!! I had installed the north shore luxury vinyl it looks like hardwood but is durable scratch resistant and waterproof- truly the way of the future!

Got our carpet installed today. We are very happy with the look. We stopped in the Lakewood store to look at carpets; we described what we were looking for...Sterling knew just what we wanted. He stopped over the next day to measure our space and set up an instillation date. Javier and his teammate brought their equipment and expertely installed the carpet. The worked quickly and efficiently making sure we were happy with the installation before they left the job. Thanks to the the Lakewood Carpet Mill team we now have the finishing touch for our fully remodeled living room. 🙂

Justin Samuelson, the store mgr, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been looking for carpet for months, spoken with many different sales people. He helped to fill in the gaps of the carpet knowledge I had accumulated so far, enabling me to get closer to making a decision.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent carpet store in the mountain community. There were a few options to consider in the color and style of carpet I needed. I especially liked that there was a regular and more deluxe option in the carpet we ultimately ended up ordering. Partnered with a higher end pad, we were able to get a very plush finish without going into the premium carpet price range. The manager was able to point out other options, including a clearance carpet to consider.I gave the Carpet Mill four stars vs five, because the quote/sales process is very old school. Prices were scribbled on a sheet of paper that I was not allowed to take with me. Thankfully, my quote was honored when the professional measurement was completed. I never received a sales invoice and communication was mainly conducted over the phone including processing of payment.The installers called the morning of the install to confirm their arrival time. They were tidy, quick, and helpful during the install. All garbage was removed from the job site. Larger furniture and closet doors were returned to their proper place.I would recommend getting a quote from the Carpet Mill -Evergreen.

We love this place! First we bought a large area rug at a super price. Then--after multiple trips to match carpet to ever-changing colors during our home remodel, we ultimately settled on gorgeous carpet that just happened to be on sale. Donna helped us each time--and although she was probably sick of our numerous visits--was consistently friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Carpet Mill Outlet is lucky to have her! The installation was seamless (no pun intended) with the installers arriving on time, doing quality work, and leaving the areas exceptionally clean. We will definitely return for future flooring needs.

We had an excellent experience and love our new carpet. Sterling went out of his way to help answer our questions. He even went so far as to call the manufacturer for us. We had our new carpeting installed within the week by Oscar and his team. They did an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier!

Dont have much to compare carpet mill to but was more than pleased with the product. The install team was amazing. Father son operation with acute attention to detail and craftsman ship. Is give them my business again. Sales lady was a little abrasive but was easily overlooked due to the quality of the install

The store is really nicely put together! Everyone I talked to here was very knowledgeable about the types of flooring they provide. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any questions about the right flooring or tile for you. Apparently they also have counter tops as well, didnt even know that! 10/10.

My experience with Carpet Mill was excellent. I had floors done in my kitchen and office. The installer was very good and helped with a couple of issues we discovered since my house was built in the 70s. Ive also had bathroom floors done by Carpet Mills. Its nice to have a local store who can help with improvements.

I went to Carpet Mill to look at carpeting for my home. I just moved into Denver area and was unsure where to start. I was greeted by the store manager Donna. We talked about what I needed for flooring, and my pricerange. She took my color selections out to the house the next day to measure and we found a perfect choice within my price range. Everything about the experience was pleasant, fast and professional. I was nervous about trying to purchase flooring by myself but Donna made it so easy. The sales person and installers were great. Who ever schedules the jobs probably needs to find a different line of business. They missed the date and would not respond back to me as too when the carpet would actually get replaced.

When re-carpeting our office, we wanted to give our business to a local establishment and went with Carpet Mill. We are very disappointed with the result!After a mere four months of regular use, the carpet has multiple snags.The Carpet Mill manager told us that something that we are doing is snagging it. The manager attributed the problem to high heels (no one in the office wears them), the vacuum, the service dog with clipped nails, or us moving furniture from when it was installed. I asked about the quality of the carpet and I was told that we, indeed, got the densest, highest quality carpet. Our previous last carpet lasted 12 years and did not snag under the same conditions.When we asked how to prevent the snags from getting worse, the manager told us to buy a hot glue gun and to fix them ourselves. I emailed the Manager and the sales person and asked for assistance, I got no response. I finally called myself and was told that they cant help us. I am still waiting on what our warranty covers :(We have experienced poor customer service and product quality. We do not recommend doing business with Carpet Mill.

Most unpleasant experience Ive ever had with a single-focus home improvement vendor, from the start of my simple job to its conclusion 2.5 months later. Mistakes included measuring and billing - the two most important functions. We were no-showed on a resolution appointment, forcing us to involve the corporate office, who blamed the extremely nice and competent sub-contracted installer. I appropriately questioned the billing mistake, and the corporate POC raised his voice at me and accused me of trying to get out of my entire bill. I ended up paying the unsubstantiated portion of the bill just to get them out of my life. Thats probably one of their revenue strategies. To be clear, I was never offered restitution in any form for my time or frustration. Avoid. Wish wed gone to Home Depot or Carpet Depot - never had a problem with either.

I needed some carpet to fill some randyspots in my house for a pending inspection/sale. They showed me options without being pushy for any particular one. One of their discontinued samples options gave the proceeds to charity. I would do business with them again.

Dont go through this company! If I could give them zero stars, I would. My parents contracted through them for hardwood floors and carpet at a very high price. During the install of the carpet, they cut my parents phone line and refused to replace it saying it wasnt their problem. Then during the hardwood floor install, they left a gaping hole on the side of the stairs that they did nothing about. When my father called to ask them to fix it, they wouldnt do it. Basically said that its not their problem. Now my elderly parents have to spend more of their own money to fix these problems that they paid initially to have taken care of by this company. This company says they will take care of everything, but doesnt stand by their word. We will never use them again.

My aunt and uncle recently purchased a new floor from this location and they didnt even finish it they ripped our old base boards off and never replaced them leaving a gap between the floor and the wall that traps debris. After weeks of fighting with them they still will not complete the job prpoerly. Do not get ripped off like we did shop else where for your new flooring if you want it finished and looking good.

I have worked with Carpet Mill Outlet twice now and have always been very pleased with the service, selection and prices. Rather than pushing me to buy, the manager, Le Elda, has made sure I have just the carpet I want. My carpet looks great, has been installed quickly and I have received a follow up call to make sure I am happy with everything. The prices at CMO are outstanding as well. I highly recommend CMO in Evergreen when you are looking to purchase new carpet.

They have a long way to go towards getting it right with customer service. Dont make excuses for poor service. Fix it! It c was a disappointing experience and should have been a fun purchase. The manager needs training in customer service.

Terrible communication, had to postpone 1st install due to conflicting schedule. 1st attempt at install a week later failed due to mis-measure by store staff. Second attempt at install with 12 hours notice failed due to wrong product. No follow up call since then. No idea what they are thinking, expecting. Im expecting my deposit back.

Carpet purchase was good. Salesman sterling was pleasant to deal with, as well as understanding about our scheduling. Install team was a completely different experience. Terrible to be blunt. We were told on numerous occasions that the install team would arrive between 7 and 10. As well as a final confirmation call the friday before installation on monday. By 1030 nobody arrived and no call from anybody when requested. Finally showed up at 230. Installers left things messy and unswept.

Everything was done beautifully with our new carpet. On time, professional and polite installers!

We purchased our original carpet from Carpet Mill in Evergreen. The manager provided us with the professional customer service that we required and the installation was great. Unfortunately, we needed to have our carpet replaced under the Stainmaster warranty. The manager LeElda supported/guided us with our claim with Stainmaster. Since the original manufacturer was no longer in business, we had to decide on a new carpet. Over a period of 6 months, LeElda spent numerous hours suggesting carpets, getting us samples and working with us. She was not getting paid for this, since it was a warranty claim. She never made me feel that I was wasting her time. She was always extremely helpful! I recommend this store to everyone that wants personal, caring assistance and support on a major purchase.

Le Elda is THE BEST that I have ever worked with. From the time I walked into the store through the entire process of installation, Le Elda was there every step of the way - from helping with the design through the installation & a re-install. I bought kitchen countertops & backsplash from her. After the installation, the backsplash tile I picked was not as clean & had a haze to it. I called Le Elda, she investigated & told me what to use to clean the tile. That didnt work, so she said we need to do a re-install as she wanted everything perfect for me. The re-install got done, the tile is clean & polished & looks beautiful. I have never worked with anyone that has been more in my corner as Le Elda. She will go to bat for you without blinking an eye. And, she stayed with it. She would contact me as things progressed. I did not have to hunt her down, she did not avoid my phone calls. She was on top of it & kept me informed. I will go back to Carpet Mill because of Le Elda. LOVE HER!!

Justin answered promptly and politely and was able to offer multiple suggestions to meet my need. When I went to the store I was happy to see it was clean, organized and had many carpet options. Justin was there in person and with a little creativity was able to get me what I needed without any headache or hassle. I would definitely go back and recommend this store to any friends!
