I was suspicious after seeing all the 5.0 star reviews; however, since they were so close to home I decided to give them a try. I had a Windows 10 desk top (less than a year old) giving me a hardware error message I couldnt fix. The care and attention I received from these folks was top notch. After the problem was diagnosed, we ordered a new mother board. Once the part arrived I brought everything back to Apogee. I was up and running in a couple of hours. Its been 4 days now and no sign of the previous problem. Thank you, guys! Your work was awesome; and, your charges were VERY reasonable.

Brought in my desktop computer that wouldnt boot up. Received a call within a couple of hours letting me know that it was done for. They offered several options to fix it as well as replace it with no pressure to buy. Gave great information on what kind of replacement computer would work best for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them for all future repairs and will recommend all of my friends and family to go there.

Went with my computer in hand, they took a few minutes to check it out, told me what was wrong with it (my power cord was bad) and offered to help me find the power cord I needed on line free of charge. This was all done in a matter of minutes. I bought a power cord from them a little more than an online purchase but I didnt have to go through any hassle and wait for it to be delivered. The staff was Excellent in every way to help me. I left a very satisfied and Happy consumer. Thank You very much!!!

I received outstanding service that was above and beyond the standard. I went in for a power supply switch which was suppose to be a quick and easy job but my wiring was very tangled and the man here working on my computer took an extra 2 hours that he didnt need to take just to make sure everything was clean and put back into place working properly. They did this work promising no extra charge and I decided to pay them more any way for their outstanding service. I wouldnt recommend any other computer repair place as they have the skills, knowledge, and amazing service. Couldnt thank them enough.

If youre a gamer you should check this place out. I have a gaming rig and I bought a bunch of latest upgrades and brought it here to have them rebuild it. But they advice me that I already had adequate hardware in some areas and I was able to return the stuff I didnt need and save some money. When I got it back, it look like it was brand new and it was optimize, running better and faster than ever. These guys specialize in performance and do a great job.

I had an old Mac power book G4 from 2005 and I wanted to transfer all of my pictures, music, and documents transferedto my Mac book pro (2011 that I use currently) and saved to a hard drive as well.. Also I wanted my Mac power book G4 wiped out, with nothing on Apogee was able to all of this and a fantastic job! I had tons of data, including my book and a lot of music to transfer and they were able to do this perfectly and in a timely manner. I took my Lenovo laptop in today and met Jeremiah. He cleaned up my desktop and it really increased my speed. I thought that I had another issue as well but it was a simple conflict which he rectified.I have just moved to this area and found him through Google.After my experience today, I would not even consider going elsewhere. My gaming rig liquid cooling system malfunctioned and I thought I was in for a huge rebuild. But after taking it to apogee, Jeremiah was able to diagnose the parts that needed repair and the ones that didnt. Now my rigs better than its ever been. Good service, good communication, and good quality work. *EDIT* After years of this review being up I finally found it and can truly review. Jeremiah is an alright enough guy, but he will 100% pressure you into making a review on the spot when you go to pick up your computer. I tried to get out of it but he was very pushy. The long term quality of parts is not the best. After less than 2 years of use and spending nearly $800 for him to fix my gaming PC I had to completely rebuild again. Im still giving him 3 stars because he does decent enough work and its very hard to find a computer repair man who will truly give you exactly what you want without charging you an arm and a leg.

Apogee is the best computer place I have ever been to. They are way more advanced than going to the department stores. The tech are advanced and dont fix the problem, but they educate you on how to prevent future problems. They also offer custom solutions for every persons needs. Had a 7 year old HP that I wanted to just upgrade the video card on, which turned into a 2 day ordeal only to find out their system is locked down to new upgrades. The guys at Apogee helped me try several different video cards to prove my theory. I ended up purchasing a new, i7 computer. They completely set up the new system, copying over my old data, and running through the operation of the new system. I highly recommend this company.

Nice guys, but my computer has never worked well since coming to these guys. They replaced a hard drive and then reverted my computer back to an old operating system. Terrible. They didnt replace the drivers correctly, so I had to go back. (they, of course, tried to place blame on something Id done to cause the problem before they figured it out and got the machine going again.) Two months later, the hard drive they replaced is now failing periodically. No boot device found. Seriously???!!! Not sure yet if Ill go back or seek help elsewhere...

Jer and Justin worked diligently to resolve my issue. I came in with my M-audio keyboard and was able identify my lose type b female port. They typically dont work on musical electronics however they were able reattach the port in matter of minutes great job.

My laptop was not booting up and my normal computer guy could not figured it out. Apogee is right down the street from my office and when I called they said they do free diagnostics so I thought I will give them a try. At first the techs seem to think that copying the data and reinstalling everything was necessary but there is a tech there named Jeremiah who took 15 minutes figuring it out but was able to find the problem. On top of fixing it he optimized Windows and its running fast like the day I bought it. Saved me a lot of money and downtime and I will be using Apogee full time now. Highly recommend them.

Jer and his techs are experts but they explain everything in simple terms that I can understand. I needed to get my computer back up and running quickly and they did it! In less than 2 days they had me back up in running after getting all my documents and reinstalling Windows and all my applications. I highly recommend this company.

My experiece was exceptional. The computer tech came on same day per my request as I was logged out of my Mac computer. Getting back into my Mac system is not an easy feat and it was completed timely with a knowledgeable technician. I would recommend the company highly.

Worst business experience I have had in recent memory. Took my daughters laptop in to get a new battery and replace a cracked screen. Simple right, well......They had me order the parts (they chose/ordered but I paid) and parts were delivered to them. They ordered the wrong parts, never notified me the parts had come in, never checked the parts to the original to confirm delivery of the correct parts, now after they have sat on the parts for weeks, I have to return them and reorder the correct parts. I am still stunned by their complete incompetence and utter disregard for the mess created.P.S. I have, since posting this revue, been contacted by the owner in attempt to rectify the situation and change my negative review. In light of my previous experience I chose to decline their offer and have edited this review accordingly.

Our point of sale computer was down. We called they came out with an hour and got us back up and running quickly. Every other company we called said it would be a day or two before they could come to our location and fix the problem and that would have killed our business. The people are friendly and fast to help you.
