This company initially told me 90 minutes to get my screen fixed, but it ended up taking longer than anticipated. Because the screen they had saved for me ended up being defective, they gave me a better quality screen for the same price. Also, they were very kind and quick to fix a section that didn’t latch down properly.Despite a few hiccups, the quality of the finished product speaks higher than the small bumps we overcame. This was the best service I’ve ever received in regards to getting my phone repaired and that means something because I’ve never had a phone I didn’t have to fix. And I will be back WHEN (not if) I need repairs in the future.

Since it wont let me pick a half star Id rather round up to 5 than down to 4. Super friendly and helpful. Only down side was when he put the new back glass on my phone and heated it up it also bubbled my front screen protector some. Other than that very happy with service and will use again.

Absolutely awesome service from Xavier. Hes very friendly, quick and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my sons phone in 2hrs and the game system was ready to pick up the next day. Reasonable prices compare to other places. This is our to go spot from now on to any further repairs.

Highly recommend. Had a screen repair in late September, they gave me a receipt and said I had a 1 year warranty if anything were to go wrong. Screen went black and couldn’t get into my phone today. Drove to the store, no appointment, brought my receipt. Mike reviewed the receipt, took the phone and within about an hour had my phone up and running! I work off my phone so getting a swift repair was critical and boy did he deliver. This is my second time getting my screen replaced here, and it was my second time here for a reason. Exceptional service from Xavier! They were very prompt both times getting my phone back and working (shattered screen). I got a screen protector the first time, and they promised me a free one the next time I came in & I got it, as well as a warranty on my screen. The folks at EZ Gadget Repair are nice, fast, and reasonably priced. Not only do they fix things in the time you can take a walk to get some coffee and a scone, but they guarantee their work and are friendly while doing so.During COVID the store was clean, safe, and didnt have anyone allowed to hang around. I came in about 2 weeks ago and got my iPad series 7 repaired. The glass had been broken for some time, and after finding out that I didn’t have insurance sucked. I was looking at almost paying the cost of the tablet to have it repaired at Apple. They did it here for a great price. I broke the glass on the back of my Galaxy Note, bought the replacement cover, but was afraid to replace it. I emailed EZ Gadget and received a response in less than a hour. Didn’t call. Went in for a quote for my cracked IPhone 8 plus. The gentleman that helped me was nice and didn’t pressure me into having it done right away. I decided to get it done and it didn’t take no longer than 15 mins and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
