Cant say enough good things about this place. From the atmosphere, to the original artwork, the softest of clothing and the cutest of kids running the registers. Homegrown talent feels like an undersell. I could have just ordered my gear online, which I have and is so easy...but I made sure to come get the hottest new drop in person while I was in town for a Browns game. Where is the 6 star button?

I been going to GV Art Design. To buy t-shirts for Cleveland and our sports teams. I started buy there shirt’s since last year. So last week I brought a shirt and a hat go with it. I love this store great art design. The quality is great. The is nice and clean looking. Five stars for me.

Really nice store with unique Cleveland shirts, as well as some Columbus items. My only issue was that they didnt have much in size large available so my choices were limited, but I would definitely check back again.

I ordered a shirt for my brother for his birthday. I am in NC and he is in OH. The shirt was delivered but I ordered the wrong size. He sent the shirt back AND after looking on the website chose a different shirt! He wrote a note to them when he sent back and they. Made the shirt and size change and got him the shirt he wanted. They are fantastic and so wonderful to work with. Definitely buy from them, you will not regret it.

I think of this as the unofficial team shop for CLE diehards made by CLE diehards. We spent more money here than we spent at any other apparel shop and we have no regrets. Products are well-made and unique designs. Their in store staff are really nice and treated us wonderfully. I asked a question on social media and got a wonderful response.

Awesome art but very poor customer service and very unprofessional company.Also when you order and pay for a preorder as stated it takes 2 to 3 weeks to ship which is a lie.I had to contact several times after 1 month of no emails and no shipping or tracking info and had to file a complaint with the BBB to get my money back.Will never do business with this company due to the shipping time and the very very poor customer service on how they talk to there customers.If could give 0 stars I would.

Update: 3/30/21Well they say the USPS denied their appeal so they will not refund or send me any products. So Im out approx $90 and have no product to sho for it. Interestingly enough a separate small company that I purchased shoes from for work has the exact opposite view of what customer service is. They want to improve their product so they asked for a review. I provided one and unfortunately their shoes do not work for my feet. Because I wore them they are not returnable. I let them know where I was experiencing issues and that I was donating the pair I have to another nurse. This shoe company messaged me back 1)thanking me for the input, 2) offered and followed through on a Full refund before I could even write back. This is what customer service looks like. Not the following from their email (this is a copy and paste to follow) We will not be filing a second appeal. We are a small family business with limited resources unfortunately due to the decision by the post office, marking the package as delivered, we recognize that our final decision may not be satisfactory to you. We apologize for any disappointment and inconvenience this has caused youWhile their shirts have some pretty cool and unique designs their customer service is less than desirable. This situation is in relation to a product ordered before Christmas. There has been an issue with the post office delivery of my product. Upon notification to them - their immediate response was “tracking says delivered not our problem take it up with the post office”. And now they continue be unwilling to take any type of compensatory action despite the fact that I have provided them documentation from the USPS that the item was lost.The communication received is that unless the post office approves their claim then I am out the money for the items ordered and additionally If they get their claim approved I am now no longer able to get one of the shirts because it is out of stock. Truly disappointed in a hometown shop.

Great quality creative comfortable clothes. However they need to update the online website availability of items more often. Online ordering shows several pages of shirts, however approximately 1/3 of all the shirts listed show as sold out. When checking again typically these items never come back in stock to be available, and are permanently out of stock.

Ordered a shirt to be shipped to my buddy who’s currently deployed. Turns out they were out of the size I ordered. They contacted me right away and let me choose a replacement and ended up sending it directly to his base. He loves the shirt! Huge props to this company for being so great to communicate & get it over to him.

Great locally owned shop for Cleveland apparel!

Been ordering online from GV for a number of years, normally a fair experience with great clothing. Only complaint I’ve ever had about their shirts is inconsistent shrinking, i.e., some of the shirts shrink and others have maintained their size. Not sure why the inconsistencies happen as the properties are the same (50/50 cotton/poly blend), but all in all it’s a minor inconvenience and one of the costs of buying online.Unhappy with my most recent experience with customer service. With everything else going on now, I would like and expect that a company that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with over the years to work with me instead of slamming the on any potential resolution. While I appreciate that an organization needs to honor their policies, frankly it only increases the difficulties in buying online, adding to the inconsistencies/problems I mentioned above. I will unfortunately have to hesitate from buying from them in the future. Seems like a nice enough place to visit in-person though.

Ordered two items online over 5 weeks ago and decided to find out what the status of my order was. Once I received an email back I was told they were sold out of the hooded T-shirt and they never reached out to let me know. The hoody is still on display on their website to purchase but I was told they don’t exist. Currently STILL waiting on the other shirt to be shipped.Basically I wouldn’t order online and from this experience I will never again.

This is our favorite place to pick up Cleveland inspired clothing. We just stocked up on Tribe gear for the summer. The quantity is top notch and holds up very well. We always make sure to stop in when we visit the area.

I ordered some hoodies for Christmas gifts just a week before Christmas. I emailed GV Art to possibly pick up from store instead of shipping. They are very prompt in responding to messages. They emailed me and I was able to pick up in store 3 days before Christmas.

Love this place. Always has the best service, quality products, and innovative designs. My family and I have alot of apparel from here and it is our favorite thing to wear.

My only problem with this place is that I dont have enough money to buy everything they sell. The shirts are the most comfortable ones I own. Then, their designs are exceptional and fresh. They made it cool to be from Cleveland again.

I went to buy my dad gifts for his 70th birthday. Its kind of hard to get something for someone who pretty much has everything, but I thought that Cleveland apparel would be nice considering he now lives out of town. The store was very nicely laid out and clean, making it very easy to find what I was looking for (I looked at the online catalog before I went). My dad was very excited about his Cleveland hat and glass. I had previously ordered a shirt from here and had it shipped to my nephew in AZ. He loved it, glad to finally have had the change to visit the store.

Cool designs, but a bit pricey. Expect to spend $40 on a t-shirt. Can be very crowded and a bit confusing to find prices, and I had a hard time finding someone who worked there to help me. Checkout process was surprisingly smooth.

Awesome clothes. Unfortunately many popular designs will go out of stock and youll need to wait a while for them, but that is understandable. Theyre worth the wait.

Different designs, good comfortable clothes at decent prices for what you get. Kaitlyn was very helpful and very friendly. Its not just about sports, they have a new line called from within and they have inspirational messages on them which I like alot.

Can’t and won’t shop in a store where only a third of the merchandise has a price tag on it. And the staff is rude when you ask for the price. This is retail in 2019. Buy a price tag gun. And the quality of the clothing just isn’t there for the amount of money charged. No thanks.

I love their clothing and original artwork. My only suggestion would be to lower pricing a little or buy higher quality material. I still love the clothing though.

Placed a $400 dollar order over a month ago. Still missing 2 shirts. Keep telling me two weeks. However, nothing happens.Also, quality concerns. Bought a $65 hoodie, and after ONE wash, cold water, low heat and the design on front is coming off. POOR! I brought this to their attention and they never responded. Not how to run a business. Maybe, I’ll get my two shirts by NEXT christmas?

They said Carlos Santana would be at the store sometime between 12-3 so we went up at 12 first thing they said he wouldnt be there until 3 so we shopped around but nothing in my size we went to lunch came back just to have them reschedule for Monday... Except it never happened on Monday either. I have yet to see an explanation for this

Of all the t-shirt shops in Cleveland (there are many) - this one sets itself apart with truly next level artwork. The owner started out as an artist first, so it makes sense. You will not find more unique and well done sports gear. Me and my wife have an addiction.This specific store is beautifully done and the giant mural on the wall that was done from scratch by the owner is absolutely amazing for any Cleveland sports diehard. There is also signed sports memorabilia throughout the store and pictures with Clevelands greatest athletes.My only complaint would be that they rarely run good sales. 10% or 15% off is decent, but many other companies run 25% off (or more) fairly routinely. But I dont want that to take away from the great work they do!
