Foot locker use to be alot better and have a way bigger selection, now they dont have much of anything. If you know your size in the particular shoe you are looking for I suggest buying online. I didnt see anything I wanted here but then again Im not trying to pay 120 for a pair of shoes...just not my thing. Id rather get a pair of 50$ and 60$ shoes and get two for the price of one. I usually find a few nice pairs around that price at one of the malls but it varies depending on which mall, it takes some shopping around but it can be done, lol.

Selection on shoes is horrible. Mostly expensive Nike shoes that dont offer anything but looks. No stability, good cushion or wider widths.

Not much inventory did kids shoes. Sales man was able to order what I needed

HORRIBLE STAFF. BAD MANAGEMENT. ELIANA M. WORTHLESS. Not only do they have zero womens shoes at this location. They have signs up for sales and DO NOT RING UP. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. Shoes said $80 charged $120. Sweatshirt said 40% off; I was charged full price. WATCH OUT

I went in to return some item that was bought from online and was treated very poorly and unprofessional especially the manager. Please you are being paid by the company to be there so do your job. With this type of customer service and work ethic no wonder why you are working at the shoe store. If you want to succeed in your professional life be more professional. Have a nice day.

Update your hrs online. Missed my reservation because I thought it closed at 7 pm not 6. Worst Footlocker locker ever! Staff had us waiting outside 10 minutes after posted open time. Too much to post . Not shopping here again.

Great Service...No Wait..Friendly Staff

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Today my son and I walked up to the door and as a mother and daughter were leaving out, a male footlocker employee closed the door right in our faces. He walked over to the other employees and they all just looked at us through the store. I then looked at the store hours on the door, then looked at my phone. It was 7pm and the store had closed. I wish he would of just said that the store was closed because I didnt know. Now my son and I will never return to this store again. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ill go Finishline or Champs where I havent gotten a door slammed in my face instead.

I got there at 5:42pm and they had the doors locked. - before the posted 6pm closing time.As I’m walking back to my car, security guard yells - said sorry, we are at max-out:-local businesses and restaurants are struggling,And this footlocker employees don’t care!

I bought shoes online and were the wrong size. I went in to Foot Locker to exchange but they didnt have the shoe I ordered in their store so I just returned them. Even though I didnt get the shoes I wanted I did get a refund.

Person in charge was very rude,to me and my family. Not only was he rude to us,but disrespectful to his co workers. I would fire him. I have been a long time customer, but I assure you I will put the word out not to shop there.

Great customer service

This location is one of their smaller stores with a limited selection of shoes and apparel. Although its one of their smaller stores they do have a selection of the most popular shoes in store. Great customer service. Employees are very knowledgable and helpful. If they dont have your size they can do a special order and deliver in store or to your home.

The employees here are super helpful, friendly, and professional. Every time weve been in, Indiana, (didnt catch the name tag, but heard him say his name on the phone- I hope this is right), has helped us, and is really good at what he does. He can help multiple customers at the same time, and not mix anything up, while remembering each style and size of each shoe you ask for. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service, and great shoes. (They also have decent sales on great shoes every once in a while!)

Representatives at this Foot Locker told me they have my size and that they were going to get my size..........because they had assured me it was available I waited for one of them to bring the shoe over to try on After it seemed like forever of waiting and waiting I notice both staff members had started helping somebody else without any communication to me whatsoever if the shoes I wanted were out of stock or just anything at all. Very rude and disrespectful staff that definitely need to learn customer service skills.

This is a nice store with a great selection of shoes and athletic clothing. The staff did not greet us and were not very friendly or helpful.

Anthony was great!!! He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and got us exactly what we needed ( Jordan true flights) and went out of his way to order them online for us!!! Definitely will be coming back!!

I came in prepared to buy all of my kids their school shoes. Right off the bat the customer service was awful. I had to stand and wait for them to finish their personal conversation to ask if they had shoes in my kids size. After a very short check he informed me they only carry one size in all of the foot lockers in the surrounding area. All around disappointed and wont be shopping at footlocker any more.

I have big feet no one ever carry size 14 or 15 it would be nice if they cared about the big man.

Employees discriminate and refuse service to the disabled.

My husband just went in this store and the people working there completely ignored him even when he had a shoe in hand that he wanted to try. He was the only person in the store when he was being ignored. However, when a girl walked in the store they jumped up to help her. He finally got the shoes he was ready to purchase and took them up to the counter the available person at the counter proceeded to walk back and forth, play on his phone, and look at himself in the mirror. When I called to complain to the manager, they thought it was funny and hung up. THIS IS NOT THE STORE YOU WANT TO GO TO FOR ANY OF YOUR SHOE NEEDS!!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought some Jordans for my dad Aug 31,2017. He tried them on and they were a little too big brought them back today with my receipt and they said they cant give me my money back because they were worn when they were only tried on. Bad customer service, never going there again.
