This family dollar was understaffed but the employees who worked there were very professional and whenever you asked a question they were very aware were your items were at.

Very friendly cashiers, good prices, had what I needed, store VERY clean, not junkie, could FIND everything. Will go again.

Please start taking the security tags off AFTER a customer purchases it. I’ve walked out twice with paid merchandise with security sensors I can’t get off. Other then that amazing friendly staff.

The Lakewood Family Dollar, next to Drug Mart, rocks. Courteous employees and friendly customers. Well stocked sales floor and clean. I wish this was the standard for Family Dollar Stores throughout N.E. Ohio. Sadly this is not the case.

The cashier was very friendly( shes always pleasant). However, I was taken aback because there were at least eight customers in the store, and the cashier and I were the only two wearing a mask. I really dont know how were going to make a new beginning if we cant respect and protect each other!

Very nice people girls had great customer service. Lost phone in store and they went and found it for us.

Great place to shop. Love the smart coupons. Friendly staff. My only issue is the parking lot behind the store is poorly lit at night!! Even if there are security cameras, dubious about the quality of the recordings or images as there is barely any light. Plus windows overlooking the lot are covered. Safety is a huge concern.

The ladies who work there are always so nice & friendly as well as the young gentleman that works there. Hardly ever a wait.

I LOVE this store! Because of the staff, especially Jeremiah who is amazing at customer service! I was looking for two items in a hurry and he directed me to both and even carried a couple of items for me. Greatt attitude and personality. The store is always clean and Im greeted with a hearty welcome every time I come in. I go out of my way to come to this particular store. They make me feel special. Gino or Chino is also very pleasant.

The manager has no manners, does NOT understand regulations concerning government documents, and the people skills on a donkey. She needs fired. I will travel great distances to go to other Family Dollar stores but not this one less than a block from my house.

This is the cleanest FD ive ever been in and the workers are nice. I use to work for FD and I can tell you this store is awesome. The workers are to be commended.

I dont really care for F.D. l opine a store should be based on things being A DOLLAR or less other change the name.

Overall this f.d is very convenient, I couldnt find everything I was looking for but Ill stop in again since Im close to this location now

Why even post your hours and number? They are so dumb they cant even pick up a phone call.

If it werent for places like Family Dollar I couldnt afford to take care of my family and the customer service is excellent

Its a nice location but its store-design is so different (when compared to others).It took forever to find items.

Not a big fan of this store. For a new store that was built from scratch, once inside its old and outdated, and very cluttered. They have a big selection though and the prices are good.

This is my go to Family Dollar store when I need important items and they always come up on top. I will continue to shop at this one until further notice.

I was short on my money just by a little bit and a bigger gentleman gave me a discount and let me go now that’s what I call good customer service also made sure that two little girls kept their Wallets safe so very kid friendly appreciate it buddy

Danielle Manager was very rude told me she couldnt give the 50% off of the christmas stick on bows even though she had them listed as that she told me she couldnt give it to me and was very short with me. Wont be going to that one again.

I would give negative stars if possible. Thugs running the store, cant even open on time and manager does not apparently know what customer service actually means. Highly unprofessional and will NOT shop this location again, even tho its the closest one
