Trying to speak to someone about phone availability. Website not helpful. Assistant IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. Cant get phone number for anyone. To get a simple question answered I SEEM TO HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. This is not customer service. This is outrageous.
I gave them an extra star just for being cooler inside during a very hot day!! ;) The customer service had a short wait time (it was 1pm/midweek) and the CSR person that assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful and had a great attitude! The store was very clean and employees were wearing masks, which I appreciate, whether or not the masks are mandated by the local Gov.
I have gone 4 separate times. Each time was quick and easy. Pleasant staff with a great taste in anime.

Do not trust the workers! One of the employees took full control over my computer and now i have to fully erase my whole computer. i have proof including employee name.
A little bit of a wait time (30 min.) But once I was called up, everything went smooth and quick. Parking is a little bit of a hassle as well. Overall the staff here know what theyre talking about and know how to handle difficult situations
My experience with xFinity mobile has been horrible. I WOULD RECCOMMEND YOU GO WITH VERIZON OR ANY OTHER DEALER. I paid for the most expensive paper weight. They talked us in to getting a free ipad mini for only $22 a month for the service. Well, our daughter tried to get use it but could not connect. She called the Apple support line they said they cannot verify the ipad was not stolen. She went to the Apple store and they told her the same thing even though she had the receipt. She went to a different Apple store, same result. So we paid $22 a month for 2 years and never got to use it. Our free ipad paper weight cost us over $500. Oh and the customer service team at xFinity was even less helpful than the Apple store. They told us everything is fine on their end. So, after my two year commitment, I called to cancel the service. I was told it was cancelled and yet the next month they took another $22 from our bank account. I called today and he said yes, I see you did call to cancel. We just never deactivated the device you that is why we were billed again.

Matt, the tech, arrived as promised and fixed me up. Answered my questions. First thing he did was replace my store bought coax cable with one that he made. Second thing he did was go out to the cable box and make sure I was connected from the central location. In short: competent. In addition, I encountered one idiot, one newbie, and one sweet talking liar.Signed up days ago with Comcast/Xfinity for a broadband data connection. What a disaster. Its been so bad phone/chat people bailed on me. Tech due today: 1 - 3. Ill see if he shows up and let you know. But today is Sunday. My experience with weekend ..Seven years ago I ordered cable from Comcast and the installation Techs stood me up twice. I never called them back after that but they eventually sent an email saying a tech was coming again. It took them some time to figure out I was still without cable. I didnt even make a note of the appointment. I just happened to be there when the *third* tech showed up. He was there for a short time and had me up and running. I had big problems with the wifi but I eventually worked those out *myself* after more wasted hours figuring wifi out. Why did I call comcast again? I dont know. For seven years I had Charter Cable. It was worse in different ways than Comcast but the tech showed up first time!!! More later....
Ive been a customer since 2019 for cell phone& imnot sure how long Ive been an internet essential customer, any issues Ive had have been delt with in a very professional way. To make me satisfied.
I dropped by this location just to pick up a starter kit for my Internet. They had several sales people working, but only two people working the desks where you pick up your stuff when your name is called. I was told it would be approximately an hour and 20 minute wait just for them to hand me a box. You’d think they’d have better customer service, or curb side, especially during a pandemic, but apparently not. I mean, I guess my expectations shouldn’t be too high with Comcast. Their reputation for customer service is so low that if they ran the drug market, we wouldn’t have a problem with drugs in this country.
Staff very helpful with concerns of the customer. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind.
Of i could give a half star i would this is for the entire company. Coming home with some stranger in your back yard thats fenced in with a 6 foot wooden fence. Then asked what he was doing just said im.allowed to do this I knock no one answered. I told him well yeah no one answered we just got home. I have a huge dog and lucky he wasnt outside.
This location is amazing. Always super helpful and the surrounding stores make it a much nicer shopping trip in general.

If you have the option, choose google webpass. Comcast is uncapable of customer service. Internet not working in times of work from home, no problem, we will send a technician in a week to fix it.

Customer service was great. They gave me some new equipment which will hopefully fix the problems Ive been having. Courteous service and short wait time. I highly recommend going into the store vs the phone customer service.

Very quick service with an appointment scheduled beforehand. The associate I spoke to thanked me for making an appointment. It worked great for me, as I was in and out in 5 minutes. There is hand sanitizer available at the entrance and exit, and there is a clear path to direct customers where they need to go.
Waited an hour to see a rep, which is understandable considering our current situation. What was not okay was the 45 minutes it took to book a service call and get a new receiver. Comcast has the worst customer service...

Phone was outta stock. Told they would have in two days come back and ask for the same girl to get the discount. Well waited, she called in sick. Right. No discount, could not change over number, so yeah paid for phone. So now, the phone cuts off or hangs up when talking, even in the same house. frustration. Also returned other items, cable, never got credit.
I had a real hard time trying to deal with the online ordering system and the online support sucked. I made an appointment at this store and was quickly greeted by Andrew Martinez. I already had an idea of what I needed he answered the few questions I had and got me set up with equipment and a plan in less then 30 mins. It was a great experience considering how hard of a time I had with the online support. 10/10 will continue to use him for my service needs as I was incredibly great full to get in and out so I could move my belongs into my new place after. He also gave me his business card with his business email in case I had issues setting up my equipment.

This store and exfinity itself has been a big let down to us. When my husband got his phone we were told we would receive a 300 gift card in the mail as the promotion that was being offered. The employee nor the store manager was interested in helping us with this matter after it was xfinitys employees mistake for putting us on the wrong promotion. The customer service phone line did not do much more to accommodate for xfinitys mistake. Excuses and apologies but no action to correct the lie we were told, the mistake on the companys end or for the unprofessional manner in which this situation was handled. Very sad business xfinity. Lost a customer and didnt care. Beware... (xfinity..please do not apologize again to us)

First off I never give reviews, but after my experience here with the customer service I had to.They would not help with my billing nor explain what’s getting charged. Instead he told me to call the 1(800) number.Supposedly they only deal with activating accounts according to the representative. Could not login to see my bill ignore could help me with that. This company or this store is Horrible
I have to say the customer service here was top notch the staff were very friendly to myself and my son when we came in to get our equipment. Told me about some other things I could take advantage of when I was ready. Had to come back the next day because i had a defective piece of equipment and they swapped it out no questions asked even confirmed the way it should be connected. Very happy customer

1 minute equipment return. Seriously - 1 minute. Maybe less. Easy process. And they are very conscious about covid distancing tips. Facemask required. Floors marked for directional movement. Staff even holds the door on the way out so customers dont touch anything.
Get rid of pointless data caps
Bought 350mb/s and got 25mb/s almost every single time I tested the internet, early morning, afternoon and evening. Support was no help and I got randomly charged extra for one-time fees consistently.
Service rep (sorry, I forgot his name) who helped me was great! Friendly from the moment I walked in. He helped figure out what I needed, reviewed our existing plan, and was able to find a better deal for us. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes.

If you need internet xfinity is great but if you have an issue of any sort you deal with there system and it’s the worst you can request a call back where the rep will hang up the call. Literally no one answered and I’ve called 4 times. I waited for the call I answered they hung up. So if you think you need internet you may want to look else where. When you really need it they won’t answer and they are impossible to get a hold of. If you are reading this message I’ll take it down when my issue is resolved. It’s really simple I just want to get a faster internet speed. Probably the simplest ever but I can’t Get a hold of anyone. Terrible terrible terrible.
As always for the last 4 years Ive been here, Justin did a tremendous job sorting all my questions out and getting my account straightened. A big shout out to him, his stellar customer service that imprints on you for years and the fact that visiting the store is only a 20 minute stop and not an ordeal!
Small store but it offers great customer service.I dropped off my equipment here when I moved out of state. I was able to do so quickly and without a hassle.
The store was clean and I was greeted nicely on my way in! It was pretty busy and I had to wait about 15 minutes to be helped, but as its right in the mall this makes sense. My technician was friendly and polite.

Just took home the 2nd defective branch converter box. Your video signal has been interrupted, status code 222. Going back to the Xfinity store for a 3rd. Your supplier is unreliable! REPLACE THEM!!!!

Got my moms flex box for free with her internet subscription, got her $10 off her bill every month by repackaging her into a lower plan, and handled the return of my extra box all in less than 15 mins. I overpaid on my parking because I was planning on being there a minute but that didnt happen! So happy with my experience. Thank you Andre!!!
A mistake was made in my account and they made everything possible to help me. The easiest thing to do was to say “there is nothing we can do”, but they didn’t give up. I call that great customer service, thank you!! especially JC who had it fixed. He is the best there.
