Worst tmobile store! ! Worst employees! !I came into the store to check out the phones because I was about to upgrade my old one. Then after maybe some 20 minutes, an employee, which I will assume was the manager, comes to me and basically accused me of trying to steal the phones I was checking out! Then he flat out lied saying that he saw me unscrewing the phones (with my bare fingers,no tools right?)I was mad because I WAS NOT TRYING TO STEAL ANYTHING! ! I told him that I was a tmobile customer just checking out the phones, which he said I was lying. I had to prove to him that I was in fact a customer, which was ridiculous because I didnt have to. Even though he confirmed on his computer I was a customer, he didnt apologize and he kept saying he saw me unscrewing the phones. He told me that it was his word against my word, (oh yeah? You forgot theres cameras all over the store?)At that point another employee came and told me that I had to leave the store, yeah I left, without telling the accuser guy in his face that I WAS NOT A THIEF! !!
