I would highly recommend Dustin to anyone looking for an Audi from this dealership. After initially explaining to Dustin what I was in the market for, he would consistently send me info on new cars as they came in. I was alerted ahead of time about cars before they even hit the lot! Dustin answered all my questions and always replied fast making me feel like a top priority client. I never felt pressured and ended up getting an awesome car with everything I wanted. Staff and everyone I dealt with were prompt and professional. I will be going back here in the future, and hope to work with Dustin again.

I purchased my Audi from a different dealership prior to relocating to Denver. I took my vehicle into Prestige Audi for what I thought was an oil change & a tire pressure issue, which unfortunately turned into something much larger. Of course at first, I was skeptical, but they not only sent me a video of the maintenance services completed to my car, but they also showed me their concerns while my car was on the lift. I was pleasantly surprised at how they explained & showed me the issues, paid for an Uber ride home since my vehicle was unsafe to drive & was even able to fix the issue under warranty which I was expecting to be $$$.No one likes doing maintenance or fixing their vehicle, but this place will do quality work, act with the utmost integrity, and they believe in treating customers right. I will be a forever customer of Audi Prestige & cannot recommend them enough. It feels great to know I can count on them to take care of my vehicle needs!Also, I have to give a special thanks to Chris Guglielmucci... he is absolutely amazing. You can trust him & he will make sure you get taken care of. Top notch service!
The Prestige Dealership is a First class organization . Matt Tom and Jose Luevano did an excellent job on explaining the new car Purchase of my Audi Q 5. When owning an Audi, you expect to have a good experience when dealing with the service department and other customer service. Unfortunately, that’s not the case with Prestige Audi. McDonald Audi isn’t any better either. If you value service when you’re choosing a new luxury vehicle, I highly recommend a Mercedes or Lexus. MUCH better service.Edit: Car was brought in today. My husband brought it in and Ben already reached out to him directly knowing that my review was from my husband. A bit weird that theyre trying to act like they dont think Im a customer. And its deceitful, as well.
Where do I begin? Maybe when I sent a message concerning my new Q7! Lindsey was the amazing professional person to deal with. She was so wonderful we purchased another car with her the next day. She made purchasing a new vehicle so seamless. She provided the best Valet service. She brought our car right to our front door. It was washed and gassed up. By the way we live a 2 hr drive away. She remembered from the 1st day that I loved swag and bought us more swag for the new car! If you want 1st class service ask for Lindsey at Prestige Audi!

I was planning to buy my first car in a few decades (after having a company car) and I was not looking forward to buying from a dealer. My experience from occasional test drives was that I would be pressured by a salesperson but wouldnt get knowledgeable answers to my questions. My experience at Prestige Audi turned out to be a very pleasant surprise because of the sales person, Chad. He was very knowledgeable and relaxed, never pressuring me. Because I had never driven an Audi, I had a lot of questions, and he was able to answer them all without making me feel I was taking too much of his time. Additionally, the price was fair (inline with other recent sales of this model, according to some online research I did), and I was not pressured to finance through Prestige although I expect that would have been a fair process, given how smoothly everything else went.I called ahead after seeing a model I wanted in an online search. Chad had the car ready for me in front of the shop. I took it for a test drive and decided to buy it the same day. Typically I shop around quite a bit, but since everything felt fair, open, and straightforward, I didnt feel I needed to gather more information. When I picked up the car, Chad spent time teaching me the menus and explaining the features and operations. I have called him after my purchase to ask a few questions, and hes always been available, helpful, and easy to talk to.My buying experience was excellent because of Chad. I will recommend him and Prestige to anyone looking for a new or used Audi.
I could not be more please with my service at Prestige today. From start to finish, it was a flawless service. I spoke with Elizabeth initially to set up an appointment. I explained the issues with my vehicle and she was very professional and set up an appointment immediately. I took advantage of the valet service they provide and it was awesome! Rick came to pick up my car and was friendly and efficient. Once the car was back at the dealership, Dustin called me immediately to let me know they had it and gave me a run down of the time line for fixing and returning my car. Also very friendly and efficient explaining everything. I was sent a video of what was completed on my car which was extremely helpful! It was close to a 24 hour turnaround time! The team at Prestige Audi is top notch!! I would recommend them to all of my friends!!
Dustin Collins and Matt Tom are the best to work with. They helped me trade in my s4 and purchase a brand new S5 Sportback. Dustin was always available and easy to deal with. I was in an out of the dealership in under two hours. Matt made sure I had all the numbers up front and everything was as discussed at time of signing. I will for sure come back anytime I need a new Audi.
These guys in the parts department are AMAZING !!!!!! To say the least my a5 broke down I made my way to there parts department and had forgotten my wallet in the car I was fortunate to have remembered one of my cards but it didnt have enough on the card it was a couple bucks but just the way they went out of there way to make sure I got what I needed. You guys are the best
We worked with Rick on purchasing a used Audi A4. He was ready for us when we showed up and was very easy to work with. The entire team at Prestige was fantastic from start to finish of what was a quick process. This hands down might have been the easiest car purchase weve ever made.
My mother in law had her keys and car stolen and this dealership wanted $700 to replace a key fob. Unbelievable lack of compassion. Please do not bring your car to this dealership.
I hate to leave bad reviews, but I thought this would be worth mentioning. I took a used 2018 Audi from another dealership here for a pre-purchase inspection, and I felt like it was a complete waste of money. I was told the inspection would take two hours and cost $210. And while the cost was $210 plus tax, the inspection was completed in under an hour. When I asked the service advisor about it, she informed me the car was dropped off 1.5 hours earlier than I was told, which was not true. When I asked about the cost of the inspection, she couldn’t give me a straight answer. One answer included that the rate is $210 an hour, the next one was the inspection is two hours but that includes other tasks. Lastly, she told me it was a flat rate of $210.Lastly, when I asked about the areas of concern mentioned in the pre-purchase inspection video I received, I was told the parts alone would cost $1300. When I went back to the dealership to ask them to replace the parts, he showed me that one of the parts is literally $26.
This place is awesome they got my audi key fob replaced and canceled the keyfob that was stolen. Everything took about 45- hour super fast. I have an audi manufacture scan tool so i do my own programming, i reset my own oil light and read my check engine. I live in littonton if you need your car scanned. Great people here and super clean building

I looked all over for my Audi before going to Prestige. I had the best experience with Chad. He was my one and only contact here but he was so knowledgeable and patient. I was very indecisive on the Audi I wanted but he walked the lot with me multiple times and never pressured me at all. Chad was really the reason I had such a good experience. A car is a car but he really made the experience easy and stress free!

Christian (salesman) was very responsive to answer any questions or concerns I had about the car. An amazing service center! I went for a radiator flush and they texted an email of the inspection, worked some sort of magic on my squeaky brakes, and washed my car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Quick service. I’m never going anywhere else.
This circus charged nearly $200 to tell me they couldnt fix an exhaust issue. The clowns offered to change my wipers for only $110 though 🤡

My experience started off great. Got the price I wanted for my trade in. Got the car that I wanted for a good price (2010 Audi A4). Took the car down to my family place about an hour and a half away to show them. Woke up the next morning with a leak underneath the car. Immediately took it back to the dealership to see what was going on. They were able to get me a loaner while they diagnosed the vehicle. Few days later they called me letting me know that the seal between the engine and transmission was bad and was the source of the leak. They didnt want to repair the car for me and wanted me to buy another car from them. I desperately needed a vehicle so I had to purchase another car for them not even a week later because they didnt want to repair my car. They were able to help me out on the price of the second car but I had to purchase two cars from them in the matter of a week. Side note the second car that I purchased threw a check engine light the same day I left the dealership. So clearly they cleared codes before I purchased and then sold to me knowing that it would show up again. I took back second car and eventually got it all figured out after about 2-3 weeks of being at the dealership. The longest car purchase experience that I have ever experienced.
I wish there more stars to give because I would give Natalia and Chad a 6 out 5 stars! They were fantastic to work with. My car was just hit and totaled out by another driver. Its been a nightmare dealing with insurance but Natalia and Chad made the process so seamless that there was no more stress added. I am a new loyal Audi Customer :)

This was hands-down the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I was honestly very surprised. I didn’t think the car-buying experience could be like this until I started to chat with Prestige Audi. I was extremely impressed from start to finish. A huge shout out to Shawn (Sales), Roman (Finance) and Nicki (Customer Care). Shawn is not the typical pushy salesman. He listened to my needs, considered the numbers I was looking for, and provided a deal I could not pass up. I’ve never met a Finance representative that did not try to shove extras and add-ons down my throat. But Roman explained everything in layman’s terms, gave me his professional opinion on certain items, and it was an extremely relaxed and informative conversation to decide what was right for me. I seriously have never had this, and always dread speaking with Finance. A very pleasant surprise! And then onto Nicki with Customer Care. She came into the picture after the sale and helped me with a few items that needed to be taken care of. Extremely attentive, and I even caught her on her way out of the office one night, and she put all of her stuff down on a desk and stayed late to help me out.I’m 38 years old, have bought a bunch of cars in my life, and can honestly say that Prestige Audi provided the absolute best experience, beginning to end, that I have ever experienced in my life. All the work was done quickly, exactly to the price, they washed the car inside and out, best car wash ever!!!! Corey is a great Service Rep, he does a great job, fully answers questions, checks into things it he doesnt know, and always responds quickly. When I walked in the service door for my appointment Corey was walking outside and greeted me by name before I had checked in! Very impressive, great customer service. Only negative is Prestige thinks a lot of their service--they are VERY expensive!

I have contacted this dealer in the past with inquiries about information on vehicles. On one occasion, service was great - all emails I sent out were received prompt responses from the sales department. However, more recently, I inquired twice about a vehicle and was told that information would be sent to me on my second attempt, but the vehicle sold three days later with me still kept in the dark.
Both Scott’s, Chad & Roman made the whole experience exceptional. I work on Saturday and Chad drove all the way from almost golden to the very south end of Littleton to deliver my new 2020 Audi A6 to me. The whole process was smooth and easy. I went to the website and made a appointment with difficulty for a oil change, day before appointment, service called and said we cannot do your oil change as scheduled on my message, so I called back to talk to the service manager it took him 4 hours to get back to me... so I made a appointment at my preferred time at a dealer that was happy to take my business
I took my 2002 996 Turbo to Prestige Imports Porsches service department for Pre-Purchase Inspection. Service adviser Ethan was very professional and friendly during the vehicle check-in. Car was inspected, I received 2 videos of inspection overview, with commentary while I waited. Afterwards, Master Technician Doc sat down with me, meticulously explaining the results. His technical knowledge was by far the best I have ever seen, bar none. Doc was very patient while going over found problems and went into lengths explaining their severity and needed remedies. I could not wish for a better team than Ethan and Doc to do my PPI. Exceptional service. Thank you!!!

I recently bought a 2019 Audi Q7 and Lindsey was top notch. I didn’t have to lift a finger through the whole process and was constantly met with quick responses. When we went into finance we were met with a genuine smile and willingness to help by Roman. He chose only the packages that best fit our lifestyle, use of the car and our budget. My favorite part thus far is, it has been a couple weeks since my purchase and Lindsey is still available for any of my questions. POOR SALES PROCEDURES!! It looks like it’s not the first time this company has fallen short to it’s customers. After reading a few reviews, I realized that this is bad habit for this company. I talked and confirmed that I was on the way for two hours and he assured me that the vehicle was available. Then when I was pulling up, he decides to call me telling me that the car was sold earlier. What a waste of time. It’s clear that customer concern is not important and money is all they want.
Prestige and Chad in particular were exceptional. We had a specific model in mind and Chad connected us. It was a positive experience throughout!

I had an in writing deal on an ‘07 M6 frommy salesperson. Filled out all requested paperwork and submitted $1k deposit within 48 minutes. Bought and shared the documentation of a one way plane ticket to pick up vehicle following week to demonstrate my commitment. Shortly thereafter received a sorry one of other salespersons sold it to a local customer about an hour ago. Excuse being 4 salesperson were working this ‘hot’ car at the same time. Obviously the approval processes are broken. In all my many car, and in general business deals this is right at the top in terms of the worse.
My service experience with Lucas was excellent. He listened to the issues I was having with my e-tron and was able to have service correct the issue or provide guidance where I could make updates if I was having future software problems.
I took my car in for servicing. Afterward I notice a scratch that had apparently been on the car but I hadnt noticed it. I called Cory and he said to bring the car in and he would buff it out. I did that and he did it in just a few minutes. Looks brand new! So impressed with the service!

This is the worst dealer ever, it has no “prestige” whatsoever. I bought my Audi here and hoped to receive good treatment and customer service. On January 29th, I took my car in for an alignment. They checked my car and said everything “looked real good”. My car was maintained and the alignment was the last thing that needed to be done. It was in almost perfect shape. Exactly 20 days later, my car can no longer go over 40 mph, the check engine light turns on, and the gearbox begins to have issues in the split of a second. My car’s reverse gear no longer works. How can my car be in almost perfect shape when I take it into prestige imports and 20 days later, this happens? I took it in and they charged me $160 for an all point inspection which was supposedly performed when I took it in for the alignment. To fix my car, I needed to pay $2,600 extra without a guarantee that that would fix the issue. Wow so much prestige!

I reside in Arizona and bought a used 2016 M4 out of state from this dealership in Colorado and Chad Folkerts-whom I strongly recommend-,my sales rep, did an incredible job coordinating the entire process. I flew out for a test drive and walk around of the vehicle prior to signing and Chad was personable, professional, and had great communication both on the phone and in-person. I even made him jump hoops by having it pre inspected at the local BMW dealership. Also helped arrange getting the car shipped down here. I also had a great experience with Roman, their finance manager. He made signing quick and painless. I applaud the level of customer service at this dealership!
Cayenne Turbo Engine Repair. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT there is nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. I have been bringing my Porsche Vehicles there for Service since 2003. Dave (Service Mgr.) Ethan and Trace the Service Advisors are truly 2nd to NONE.Also ...I live almost 2 Hours away (near Vail, Co) and have chosen to take my Porsches there mainly because of there friendliness, care and expert knowledge of the Porsche vehicles.

If it wasn’t for Jared, one of the service writers, I would have left Prestige without my extra key and would have needed to return.My sales person who sold me the car didn’t even inquire if she could help me even though I saw her numerous times and barely a acknowledgement as I waited for Jared to track down where my key was.Thank You Jared for going above and way beyond your position to take your valuable time and leaving your desk to finally finding my special order key and getting it programmed.Gary Godfrey
