Elias was amazing! I had called several months earlier asking about the amazing new 2022 Toyota 4Runner Lime Rush… we weren’t even certain that this was the confirmed color. Elias took my name down, and sure enough as soon as he got one in, he called and we did everything over the phone or computer paperwork. I had to fly into town, he met us at the airport and let me drive it back to the dealership, where we finished everything.. and got on our way!!! Such an amazing experience! I will buy from them again!

Took my Tacoma in for an oil change about 10 days ago and ended up with a nightmare.1. Got home and my maintenance due light was still on.2. Found my tires (stock size) inflated to 10 pounds over the door placard numbers.3. Found a plastic drink bottle wedged in below the oil filter next to the serpentine belt. (see photo)4. Enough oil spilled to drip all over my garage floor.Are you kidding me!!!UPDATE: Toyota reached out to me quickly and took full responsibility for everything. I will give them a 5 Star rating for their customer service. I fully expect my next visit to be much improved.

Great experience overall, we were very happy with Andre wood (sales) who was kind enough to help us out with all our questions and requests. Ive visited Stevinson Toyota West three times within the last few years (once for service, twice to trade in a vehicle) and each time Ive interacted with genuinely engaged, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable staff members with awesome customer service skills.There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle, no upsell and no back-and-forth let me check with my manager sales negotiation. I was able to promptly test drive the vehicles I wanted to test drive and then start the paperwork shortly after. I was trying to decide between two vehicles and John took the time to objectively compare the vehicles and assess my needs and concerns. Filling out the Financial and Legal paperwork is usually the least interesting step, but Lindsey somehow made the process pleasant and quick.

Did a test drive Tuesday on a 2018 Rav4 after checking it out with a sales person on the Stevinson Site. I liked the car and was seriously considering a purchase. Returned from the test drive and was told that same car was actually not certified. Beware. A different Toyota dealership, Mountain States, today told me the certified car I was interested in was actually auction material. Certification at this point may simply be a reason to get you into the dealership.

Andre Wood very easy to work with. He advocated for my needs and gave honest insight on the car buying process.

We expressed interest in a very specific vehicle and they gave us an approximate date for when theyd have one in stock. The next day, they called and told us they had the vehicle we wanted. Because its to be a family car with young children in car seats, they were very understanding of our needing to test our car seats with the vehicle. While we filled out our paperwork, they were very patient and understanding with us changing diapers on the showroom floor and having curious toddlers and loud babies. They understood how important our time was and had us in and out as quickly as they could. Much thanks to salesman Eli and John the manager for facilitating the purchase of our new vehicle!

We were walking around the car lot and was looking for someone to show us a couple of cars and Austen was happy to do it. He showed us a Highlander and a CR-V. We had to leave to decide which one we wanted and both ended up being purchased before we could decide so we will let Austen know if we see something else we like.

He did not push or try to get me into something that was not really what I needed. I will return, should I have need for another car. For right now I love my car (except for the color). New certified used truck. Just barely over 36k. Roof is leaking. Dealer says sorry not my problem. Toyota says sorry but hear is what you do. Pay a dealer to evaluate it again. Then you will know . No we wont guarantee we will fix it or even care that you will have to pay to get it fixed. No we dont care that it is damaging your very new truck. Also we will not put anything in writing that even acknowledges we know about this issue. We will send you an email that says have a nice day call us if you have any further questions. Well the good news is, other brands of trucks are out their. Sad that I have owned Toyotas my whole life and never had any issues with any of them. Until now. I guess I will see if the other brands treat their loyal customers this way. Toyota I felt used to be the best small truck maker out their. I wonder what their motto will be now. I should have known it couldnt last for ever. Thanks for letting me vent.Follow up to my review as to why the review went from 1 star to 5 stars. Most times, regardless of the outcome, folks want to know theyre being listened to. Initially, I felt that wasnt the case. Ken Traughber changed that by personally reaching out to me to help me figure out a solution. Customer focused service makes the difference in customer loyalty. By taking the time to demonstrate empathy towards my problem, theyve earned a continued Stevinson loyal customer.

Interesting new vehicle purchase. With in a year of purchasing my Tacoma, under normal driving conditions at 12k miles, starts weeping coolant while sitting in the garage over the weekend. A little research reveals that this is a known issue. I contact Stevenson where I bought the vehicle and they tell me to drop it off and they can get to it in a couple days or I can schedule an appointment 20 days out. They do not offer loaner cars while your vehicle is down. They told me to contact my insurance for a rental car. This is false advice. Insurance only pays for a rental for a covered claim. Not for a brand new vehicle that requires a warranty claim. I need my vehicle for work so I either cant work, or I have to pay out of pocket for the repairs, assuming I can get it in. What kind of service is this? You buy a $45k truck brand new, and it suddenly stops working, then their answer is to throw their hands up in the air and say sorry for your loss? Never again with this dealer.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Stevinson Toyota. Our salesmen, Lou, was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, funny and just a really decent guy. Frankly, we had planned to visit more dealerships in Denver and were not in a huge hurry. We even wanted a slightly different color car, but in the end, we liked him and wanted him to get credit for the sale. The car we got had everything we wanted other than color and he was just so pleasant. So, why the two star ding. We paid cash for the car, however, we were there on the weekend. We were offered to take the car home, even though the wire transfer would not go through until Monday. We were told they would need to run a background check to be sure we did not take off with the car without paying. We agreed to a background check, assuming this was criminal related. At no time was a credit check mentioned. It may have been in the paperwork, but I dont recall seeing that and would have never exchanged the few extra hours with the new car for a credit ding. I wont go into detail about why that was a big deal, but in general, I am crazy protective of our credit scores. I feel like if a company is going to run a credit check for a CASH payment, they need to be clear that they are doing it. It is still bugging me, over a month after purchase. It took a great experience down from a 5 star to a 3 star.

I was able to get my dream truck with the amazing help from Brett Thedford. Picked up a manual 2021 Double cab TRD OR. I had been searching around for a while looking for this truck in a standard transmission. It was difficult to say the least. Till we contacted Brett. He found exactly what I wanted in a day and was able to give me tracking up dates on when it was supposed to be delivered to the dealership. He held the truck for me for about a week before I went and picked it up. He was even nice enough to send me pictures of the inside and out before I got there( I was itching to see the truck and he was able to send me the photos within the day) The whole process from test drive to leaving the lot took about 3 hours. Have had the truck for about a week and a half and absolutely love it!! Highly recommended dealership, salesman, and finance department.

Been on the market for a new car for the past two months or so. Every interaction that I have had with Stevinson West has been short and borderline rude in my opinion. While I fully understand that there is currently an inventory shortage it felt like my business was not wanted or they tried to up sell me from the vehicle I wanted. Thankfully, I had done my research prior to contacting any dealership or else I would have believed that there is no other option besides getting a vehicle that is close to 10k over my budget.Im giving them three stars for not attempting to charge me over MSRP or put down a non-refundable deposit. Having said that, it still wouldnt be enough for me to work with this dealer due to how poor their customer service is.

Had a great car buying experience at Stevinson Toyota West in Lakewood, CO. If you go, ask for Ken Blum. There was a little bit of a wait on getting our car due to supply backup with the microchip shortage. Ken communicated with us frequently giving us updates on the expected delivery date of our car along the way. Really enjoyed working with Ken. He answered all of our questions without ever being pushy. He was always very responsive and available, answering the phone, returning phone calls, and promptly returning emails. I know this sounds like business 101 however this seems to be difficult to find these days with a lot of other car dealers. We have now been driving our new RAV4 hybrid for several weeks and are very happy with our purchase. Would definitely go back to Ken and Stevinson Toyota.

Love my car. Didn’t really love the way we were treated. The salesman straight up said to my father that my mother was a difficult person and strong willed. I think those are great qualities in a woman that doesn’t want to get taken advantage of when buying $15000 vehicle. They told us they don’t like haggling and that they don’t do that at their facility. If I didn’t want to haggle I would have gone to Carmax. It’s sales people…get used to hagglers. If you feel threatened by a 60 year old woman helping her daughter purchase her first car I think you may be in the wrong line of work.

Elias V. was super friendly and made my first car buying experience at a big dealership a breeze. I was dreading having to spend an entire day at the dealership looking for a car. Luckily I was able to take advantage of the online website and request to look at a certain car. Elias was waiting with the keys and car pulled up as soon as I got there. Overall the whole process took about two hours and I left with my brand new car. I will definitely be recommending Elias and Stevenson Toyota West to my friends and family.

Tony helped me with purchasing my very first truck back in 2016 and helped guide me through the leasing process when I decided to sell and do that instead later on.Ive always been a little wary of dealerships and the reputation but Tony was sooo patient and fair. I had a lot of questions and Tony was very considerate with answering all of them without hiding behind dealership lingo as I like to call it :). Hes awesome. I was pleasantly surprised when I just bought a new vehicle from Stevenson Toyota west. With the pandemic shortages, and the low supply and high demand, my research told me that there were really no deals to be had. But they knocked a little chunk off the sticker price. And the price with tax, title, and license was actually a little less than I was expecting to pay. I almost thought that if that was the starting point, then I should be able to haggle more down, but I didnt even want to bother, because I figured the industrys been hurt, and these folks probably needed a little bump more than I did. When the finance guy realized that I was one of the types of people who did not want a single extra thing, he said okay no problem well just skip the rest of this. It was all very easy and friendly.

Sibel was wonderful! She was helpful without being pushy and got us into the car we wanted! We were able to test drive alone (which I love because, you know, Covid) and also ran numbers for two different possible trade ins without acting like it was a hassle although I’m sure it was. They were close to closing time but Sibel went above and beyond by staying so we could take our car home today!! Highly recommend this dealership and Sibel as your salesperson! Also wanted to note that Joe and Josh were kind and helpful during the process, in addition to every employee we encountered. Thank you Stevinson Toyota West!

The service department is sadly deficient. They don’t care about customer service once they’ve made a sale. Do yourself a favor and buy someplace else. You’ll wait for months, no exaggeration, whenever your vehicle needs a repair.
