I bought a car from qmotors and never received my plates i bought my car in February and when i went back to the lot to get my 7th driving permit and they were gone apparently the lot is now owned by another company and could not help me. Im wondering if anyone has any contact information for the prior owner any number I have is no longer in service.

I purchased my vehicle from them over a month ago and still have not received my license plate I’ve been driving around the temporary plate I’ve gotten pulled over twice because of it they don’t answer the phone they don’t return phone calls and they have yet to call me to say that my license plate is ready I would never purchase another vehicle from them again

Bought a from them immediately needed a battery and steering work done also still waiting on my plates going on 3 months and no call backs

This is the most honest and best dealer in Washington State for cars. Anything you need they always are helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, value, and performance. I would rate them a 5/5 stars. I have had great service with this dealership.

Shady dealers I would not purchase a car from either location.Still have not recieved plates for car I purchased which after several trips to auto shop turns out to be true lemon. Also they do not answer calls which is reflection of bad business

These people have great prices, the manager Ali was honest about the cars, and sold me a 2007 Audi Q7 for 3500$!!! Definitely recommend this lot to people who need to buy a good car for a great price ASAP.

I decided to wait a couple months before posting this review. Ive had my car (2003 ford focus) from these guys since July. They sold me the car at a very very low price. They told me it had no check engine light and no other lights and sold it to me as fully functional no issues. Now, as most people know, finding a used car at the price point I was at is near impossible to find. Especially one that had no issues. You hear all the time of the horror stories of a used car lot selling you a car that looks to be fine but then breaks down in a serious way not even sometimes a day after purchase. I have been fortunate that still to this day, 4 months later, my car is still in perfect condition! I have had no issues with my car and had no issues with the dealership.Id recommend this small lot in the future.

Purchased a car through them have called an called finally got someone was told they would call me back been 2 weeks been calling them again no answer havent gotten my title an its been 7 months will be taking them to court dont use them. They are sketchy an rude.

A little bit of hassle with paperwork but its used (working) cars for cheap. Dont go to a used car lot in Lakewood expecting first class treatment. You get what you pay for here.

I saw a live video of a girl who had bought a car from that dealer and the car went bad because she went to claim and they treated her super badly. My recommendation from what could be seen live is that after the car is sold they stop serving you. I would not rebut them as very rude and disrespectful towards the Hispanic community. I dont recommend it

The dealers of this chain have used cars in very bad condition, do not visit them, it is not a good investment!
