Just got to start by saying Cynthia is the best!!! I live over an hour away and was looking for a certain car. Called the dealership and Cynthia helped me from the start. I purchased my Sierra from Jim Curley and had my first service appointment this week. First, on the sales side Carlos Martinez was amazing. Went in to find GMC Truck Carlos did a great job showing us around. We found a 2018 fleet trade in. Carlos said they wanted 40K for it. Showed him what 40 K buys for GMC. His Sales Manager, Rich after being show autolenders prices tells us that We came to them as they try and explain their computer model of truck prices for the area. Rich you need to find a new profession and management should be taking another look at who is making decisions in their showroom. Stay away from these guys, they think everyone coming through the door is stupid.

Heres our story... we received a letter from Jim Curley Buick GMC stating that we were eligible for their early lease termination program with no penalties, escape excess mileage and wear & tear and get a monthly payment of less or the same as we currently have. I decided to email John McClave to get the real story. We have dealt with him for many years... we have leased 5 cars with Jim Curley between Kias, Buick and GMCs and hes never disappointed us... he helped my daughter lease her very first new car during her sophomore year of college! He knows that I have no patience for games or gimmicks and will walk out if I feel uneasy. Upon emailing John, he replied immediately and was very professional and honest. If you tell him what you are looking for, he will give you exactly what you need,,. honesty. So, we decided, unexpectedly, to take a ride to meet with him... he made himself available as soon as we arrived. He already pulled together pricing information and had a vehicle ready for us to test drive. Everything fell into place and... JOHN MCCLAVE did it again! We turned in our 2019 Terrain and got into a new 2021 Acadia with a monthly payment that is less than what we were currently paying! I am giving just 1 star, because one of the sales person`s dishonesty named Kevin. First of all I asked for a price via e-mail and left my phone number and e-mail. Then Kevin contacted me first in the morning.(pics attached).He confirmed availability and the price in the e-mail he sent. After that I called this guy and I told I would be coming over there to purchase the vehicle since I was out of state.And We did breakdown the price. He was not sure about the sales tax where I live and he told me he would give me a call with the exact numbers after he advised to finance manager. I said ok made my plans for the trip to NJ. Then he sent me a message saying that another guy(!) showed up and they sold the vehicle literally right after I purchased my flight ticket. I said ok, that was fine, and made good wishes. But after a couple of hours the message he sent, I have seen that they increased the price about $1,700, it was the reason why Kevin told me that a man out of nowhere(!) just showed up and purchased the vehicle.It is your right to say we increase the price and won`t sell this vehicle at this price. I totally understand, I step back and look for other options up to my budget. But, saying lies and being dishonest is not professional. And it is really disappointing to see people trying to make money over these lies. I don`t care about the flight ticket I paid. I would hope people over there were honest and would not try to deceive customers.You can still buy your next vehicle from them, but make sure you lock and reserve your vehicle before they play with the price tag.
Although my car buying experience was wonderful after this recent dealing with members of your service department Im left pretty disappointed. My vehicle was with the service dept. more than a week in which I felt I had to constantly follow up for information and was met with little communication and poor customer service.
