We could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. Vino was super! He sent us a personalized video of the car we were interested in before our appointment and was fantastic at answering our questions and paying attention to what was important to us. He went above and beyond! Everyone was sincerely so accommodating and kind - we had our 3 year old with us and they immediately wanted to make her comfortable and happy, offering snacks and Netflix and paper to color on. Buying a car with a toddler is not easy but they made it so easy. Rusty was awesome too, he really got to the bottom of what was important to us for a deal and went above and beyond for us as well. We truly cannot recommend these guys and 9999 Auto Center enough. Buying a car has not always been a great experience for us so having this much accommodation and kindness and attention to our personal needs/wishes was so refreshing! Now we are the proud owners of a new car!

I had one of the best experiences if not the best experience at this Auto Center. They set the bar pretty high. I will start with one name...Vino. If you go to 9999 Auto Center, request Vino. Vino is a true professional and very knowledgeable. No need to ask for the Car Fax, they provide it. Vino shared the vehicles history before I could even ask, then provided me with the documents. 9999 Auto Center offers a few different warranty packages ( which is hard to come by at alot of other auto dealers) a free 30 day warranty and even parts you with a gift!! Unheard of!! But they do it here. The best part of my purchase is that they were able to get me a LOWER interest rate than my Credit Union. 0 down and no payment for 90 days. What can I say, I have good credit 😁 but this could be you. Its definitely worth checking out. And dont forget to ask for Vino x50!!

Ben and Tang are both awesome to work with. Ben is straight up with all the info and full disclosure, very transparent. I went to see an Audi A4. It was a advertised no gimmicks or funny business and the car drove great. Unfortunately I didnt buy the Audi A4 because my personal taste is an A6. Overall an A+ 5 star experience.

Go buy your next car from here if you are good with buying a car at whatever their asking price is and are fine with whatever undisclosed damages the car has. If you care about getting a fair deal and not feeling cheated then do not go here at all before finalizing the price on phone and very thoroughly inspect the car after the price is finalized.I was asked to come in to discuss the price in person and they didnt even negotiate a penny. I live in Redmond so I wasted 2 hours driving. Alsom their car inspections are not thorough. I was told nothing at all is wrong with the car and in person I found out that the back seats are stuck and dont fold back like they should along with multiple cosmetic damages and rusting that was left out from the online description.

NO STARS wasnt an option.I purchased a vehicle in September 2020 and am still (March 2021) trying to get this dealership to honor the CONTRACT we both signed before I drove the car off the lot. The sales manager Jim does not or will not answer calls to resolve, says they are going to finish their end of the contract and does not. I have offered to accommodate and been flexible on my end with no results.DO NOT do business with these guys. They perpetuate the Used Car Salesman Stereotype. Recently looking for a used car. We all know the experience we expect when entering a car lot. Put on you armor and lie detector for the fight to come. The place was a surprise to me. They are helpful and yet laid back. The salesman was helpful and kind. The purchasing process easy and the finance guy helped to describe each step. Still tried slip in a couple of additional product, but no pressure when asked to remove. I would recommend checking them out if you plan to buy a car.

Not long after Bill followed up with me via text and assured me that they could help me get into a vehicle I would like. He connected me with Kimly and ultimately got me into a vehicle. I am pleased with the outcome and greatful they followed up, sure they want to sell a car, but they showed that they cared about me as a customer.

Bought a car here. Was informed the dealership did the head gasket and rebuilt the engine on the vehicle. Three days after driving off it off the lot the problems began. Hose clamp for radiator wasn’t installed at all and so it popped a tube and dumped coolant and overheated. Dealership “repaired it” only for another coolant hose to break five days after, coincidentally at the same time as I’m driving it back to the dealership for warranty work because check engine lights came on.Dealership refused service and I had to fight with them to do anything. They replaced the broken coolant hose after initially accusing me of cutting it. They claimed it passed a coolant system pressure test and the vehicle is ready to drive. I asked them for burden of proof and they refused. They refused to run a coolant system pressure test in front of me, and they finally agreed after arguing. It failed the test three times on three different testers because the mechanic kept insisting their testers were broken (but somehow the car passed the test yesterday doh!) obviously just didn’t want to admit they didn’t run the test and that it had failed if they did run it. They did not do their jobs at all.I then located the leak and it was just a hose clamp on the replaced coolant hose. Go figure. Then the idiot mechanic admits that coolant hose was cut because he didn’t install it with enough clearance from a moving part when he did the head gasket and reinstalled the engines. These people are completely incompetent. Also they said they replaced my map sensor but they did not. Straight up fraud.Received repair order with incomplete / clerical errors. Same day I take the car off the lot for the third time, check engine lights come on AGAIN. Now it’s misfiring cylinder 3 with 80% cylinder leakage and the dealership refused to honor their own power train warranty contract. Also refused to honor their promise to pay for towing and repairs on all their labor done as worded clearly on the repair order.This business is sketchy as hell. I bought a car for work — pizza delivery and they knowingly and purposefully sold me a piece of junk and a loan. Then they refused to honor their contracted warranty. I exclusively purchased a USED car here (the only kind they sell..) because they offer a 1 month 1000 mile warranty and they did not honor it. Then belittled me saying “well Alex you bought a used car” as if that excuses their absolute failures of repair work.This business cant even handle basic office level assistance. I requested a copy of my warranty and was sent a illegible blurry cell phone image by salesman Lon Blatteau. When I called the business insisting that was not sufficient and I want a digital copy, he informed me he does not know how to operate a copy machine or scanner and that my attitude isnt getting me anywhere. Then he hung up on me. Because its too hard to use a scanner or ask someone who knows how, or learn how, or even just attempt.Before running the coolant system pressure test, the GM James Steele and his mechanic tried to explain to me that a proper coolant system pressure test is supposed to leak air. Obviously not because the test is literally designed to check for this, the car is not supposed to be leaking, it is supposed to be holding. both James Steele and his mechanic tried to insist to me the opposite, after they claimed the vehicle had passed the test the day before. Then it failed the test three different times. These people assumed because Im not the most automotive inclined or knowledgeable that Im a complete idiot who they can tell literal lies to, to get me to go away.Do not go here. Do not give these people your money, they will take it and run and then stonewall and ignore you like they did to me. I am 24 and a first time car buyer and that’s my experience here.

This is the most unprofessional car repair shop I have worked with. It took them almost 10 hours just to diagnose a vehicle only to tell me they did not have the equipment necessary to make a proper diagnostic and they did not know the real problem. They are also a bunch of theives who charged 50 dollars just to keep my vehicle all day and did absolutely no work.

Tried to pull the switcheroo with my finance company..I was already approved for the loan before I went in to test drive...dealership tried to get $1500 down from me with my existing no money down lender ...then tried to get me to finance through them with retail kbb $2000 above dealer blue book for retail pricing

Our family has brought our vehicles here for years (both work and personal) and no matter the amount of loyalty or money we give these guys they seem to not understand that customer service still matters. Most recently we spent approximately $2,000 for service. I ended up having to bring my car back on 4 different occasions for issues related to the initial problem. To sum up this story...I was told that the new issues would be taken care of at no cost after having to return multiple times and due to the huge inconvenience. After finally coming back I was charged another almost $600 bucks and when I asked why I was being charged again...The owners response was I dont remember saying that. There are a lot of auto shops in the area but this one is horrible if youre truly looking for great customer service and quality work. Ownership cares about what matters to them and not the customer.This shop is a true example of you “get what you pay for”.I do NOT recommend this auto shop!

Our Auto Dealer sent our newly purchased auto to get a new keyless entry installed in the door. When we picked up the car from the dealership, it had a major bumper scratch and dent! And the door didnt close right! When we brought the problem to the dealership they contacted this place and they were told they were not responsible for the damage. A one star is too much for this lack of responsibility and unethical behavior. Not okay!
