Michael Block is a top-notch asset at this Mattress Firm location. He was able to answer every question I had, of which there were many, and helped me find a mattress right for me. Everyone is unique so one mattress is not right for everyone. Plus I felt he was honest, informative, and genuine. He was also willing to negotiate. I would recommend Michael Block and this Mattress Firm location to anyone.

I went in not really knowing what to expect. I just knew I needed to buy a new bed! The free adjustable base offer is what drew me in. Typer greeted me as soon as I came and and was SUPER helpful. I purchased a mattress online but stopped into the Lakewood store to ask questions about it. Sharon helped me out and had me lay down on a mattress that was similar to the one I ordered, and recommended a few others, the other ones she recommended were much better so I definitely changed my order, and she also helped me pick out pillows and a sheet set that are absolutely amazing at an even more amazing price! Ultimately my experience at the Lakewood store was perfect! Even right at closing Sharon stayed passed her shift to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend going here and talking to her, she’s an absolute sweetheart and will def make sure you’re all set and happy! We purchased a mattress a few weeks ago. Working with Sam was great. He was knowledgable, patient with us (I think we spent about 2 hours there due to my indecisiveness), and was not a pushy salesman regarding any product. I was quoted $400-500 more at another brand name store. The Temperpedic deal was much better. We went back the following day (Sunday) and had our new bed delivered that evening. Would recommend purchasing from there in the future.

I knew for some time that I wanted a Purple Mattress but wasnt to sure how to go about it. When I discovered Mattress Firm in Lakewood, Sam Carter was very helpful and made the purchase quite easy. Theyll show you the expensive mattresses first, which to be fair were quite nice, but they also had some very good mattresses at lower price points. I managed to get one that I liked quite a bit that was on sale and that also came with a head adjustable base for free.

TLDR: Sam was very helpful would go again!We had gone to a different mattress store before going to this location and I could really see the difference in selection and quality. The other store (which I will not name) though cheaper the selections were all brands I did not recognize and every mattress bothered my lower back. Here we walked in and Sam was super helpful asking which level we liked and after trying out a few we narrowed down what I was looking for (my only request was squishy not really knowing what Im looking for) he pointed us toward what was in our budget of 2k. Normally I would try to stay in the 1k range but after staying in that range for all of my adult life and feeling the need to replace every 4 to 5 years (and the last year of that dealing with back pain) decided to upgrade in the hopes wed make it to the 10 year mark. After figuring out our budget and what my picky back needed he pointed us to 2 he thought would work and we happily picked out a Seily that didnt bother my back the moment I laid down on it. Plus bonus points he didnt hover every time I laid down! Having someone stare at you while your wiggling around on multiple mattresses is not my idea of fun and it was nice that he would point out a mattress and walk away for a few moments than ask if I like it before suggesting a different one.

First time buying a mattress & it was a lot easier than I expected thanks to Shona the one & Ona She was very helpful & super patient while my husband tried almost every bed in the store until we found the perfect mattress. A couple of weeks ago I stopped in to the store because I had purchased a firm mattress online and it was WAY too hard. I wanted to physically lay on a medium to make sure that wasn’t way too soft, either. Carol was my salesperson and she was so knowledgeable. Last week the boyfriend and I stopped into the Tacoma location so he could look at beds as well, and the salesperson didn’t even greet us when we walked in. There were four other groups in the store and the whole time we were there he only helped that one group, so we left.Yesterday I went back to to the Lakewood location and was able to find the right mattress and easily do an exchange. I called to see if Carol would be working beforehand because I didn’t want the same service from a salesperson like in the Tacoma store. She made sure I picked the right mattress, and made the exchange smooth. We will definitely be going to her and this store for our future purchases. Thank you!

Once I got past all the requirements for warranty it was good. The Lakewood MF were a pleasure to work with.Editing review to reflect the most recent events. The mattress that was in stock apparently was not so the delivery is delayed by 5 days. That is if the mattress comes in of which they were not certain. I am in now way pleased about this. I will update this as things progress.2-13 This should be the final review edit. The people at Mattress Firm have apparently gone the extra mile for me. While the chosen mattress was not in stock to be delivered last thursday they found me another one of the same or better quality and made sure it arrived when it should. The delivery team was very good, have the upmost respect for the house and things on the walls making sure that nothing was disturbed, that the mattress was placed to my liking and were friendly. I appreciate what MF has done to make me happy and would recommend this store and will go there myself when I need another mattress, which should be quite a while from now.

We tried to have a Saturday delivery, but because we live so close to the base their team would only deliver on the weekday. We paid to have the old bed hauled away, the left the old frame. The owners manual shows a headboard bracket kit, and they said it is optional, but the manual does not state it is optional.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable with the mattresses. I was assisted by Carol and she was amazing. I eventually got a tempur-pedic king mattress that I wanted.

I ordered one of the most expensive beds that they carry a d when it did not turn out to be the bed for me due to my medical condition and ;how much time I spend in my bed recovering.
