Despite its goofy exterior, the mattress ranch is a amazing place to look for and buy your next mattress. As of recent I have been needing a new mattress for me and my girlfriend. Now we shopped around at a few places but found that all of there name brand prices where way to high, almost a $1000 for a queen size m ed and one place we went. But as soon as we hit mattress ranch after going to those places, we had found the one. The sales staff are extremely eager and patient, which is especially good when you need to lay on something for a solid minute to get a feel for it. The price where also very reasonable and affordable. We got a king size bed for just a $1000, plus a good chunk of all there products are made here in Washington. They offer full financing and are very understanding and patient with us. Over all ill definitely be coming back to them if I ever need another mattress. Over all I rate it 10/10

I am really really happy with my mattress. It was easy to fit the foundations in my station wagon and on my roof and the mattress also fit in my car with the seats down easily. End to end has been a great experience. I would recommend this business for buying your next mattress.

A friend bought a mattress there and returned it the next day. Nothing in the contract said if returned that they wouldnt give you your cash back. Instead they will issue her a check that will come in the mail in 7-10 days.

I had a great experience purchasing my mattress. Very friendly, knowledgeable, personable salespeople. They took plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. I was really happy with the selection and the prices. I typically dont like shopping in-general, but they made it quick and easy for me.

Just got a twin size mattress from them 15 minutes ago and they were great. He didnt try to push a sale on us at all and he answered every question we had with full detail. We actually joked and laughed while checking out the mattresses. All together it was a better experience than any other mattress store I have been

Financed a bed and box spring. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Set me up with my payment plans and everything. I would give five stars however my payments are supposed to come out of my bank every other thursday. It NEVER does!! It comes out randomly the following week after it is due. I have also had it come out so late that it was three days before my next scheduled due date . Very frustrating.

I genuinely had a great experience here. The sales staff here seem allot more laid back then other places we went to. If you want a less pushy sales experience thats what we got from this place. The mattress we got is working well and the price was allot lower then some more outlandish designer brands. I do have to nock a star off for there return policy. We did not have to use it but 3 days is laughable. If you get their mattress cover its 7 day. Maybe thats a sign they have cofidance in there product but thats not market standard.

This was my first time buying a mattress so I had already checked out a few stores before hitting Mattress Ranch. The price for the mattress we were looking for was 100s of dollars cheaper here than anywhere else! Nolan was a total rockstar. He answered our questions, showed us around and wasnt pushy or aggressive like the other sales people at the previous stores we had been to. We actually had a blast cracking jokes and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I honestly didnt know you could have this much fun getting a mattress. Nolan 100% made our experience amazing!! We got our mattress set up, and it is the most comfortable bed Ive ever laid on. When I need another mattress, I will definitely go back to Mattress Ranch and I will recommend all my family and friends there.

Kat was awesome. We were approved for financing in ten minutes and she even got a little increase which was awesome. We left more than happy with our new bed on the way first thing tomorrow!

Great prices, great customer. We always shop around, but always end up here. Raising 6 kids and now a granddaughter we have had to buy a few mattresses over the years. Trust me this is the place to be.

After a long day of going to almost every other mattress store in the Tacoma area, we made it to Mattress Ranch. Yes the store facade and commercials area tacky but they had the best price for the mattress we needed. And I mean, the best and lowest price. They also had a special price on a mattress cover and set of sheets. Sheets that actually fit the extra deep mattresses. We walked out that day with our mattress, cover and new sheets. The salesman was helpful and not pushy. Im going back to search for flannel sheets this weekend.

John or Joe older guy who delivers is Very unprofessional and rude. He called me 4 times while I was on duty even though we had already spoken on the phone. Changed the time of the delivery, wanted to go up on the price that we had the original deal. Very annoying. Just get someone from Craigslist if you want to avoid all the drama period. Will I recommend this store to others? Probably not bc of what I went through. Thanks!
