There was an incident with delivery, my husband assumed it was an issue that raised from the store, but, it turns out, the issue was with the warehouse. Brandon made it right though, he communicated to us, and got our delivery on track. During the purchase process he was receptive to our needs, and respectful of our budget. I would return to this location again because of his level of customer service skills.

I had such a great experience buying my new mattress. Brandon was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me figure out which bed I wanted. I had an amazing experience at this location! With there 72 hour sale I was able to get a queen size 12 inch crib memory foam mattress for less then 600$ normally valued at over 1000$. The older gentleman that helped me was very friendly, quick and efficient. The mattress I was originally looking at wouldn’t me in from the manufacturer until at least 10/3 then could have had possible delays due to covid. He then went out of his way to look up the price points and availability for the next mattress that would best meet my needs without me having to ask. I was in and out and can not wait to get my bed set up try it out!

Brandon took great care of us on a spontaneous trip we made into his location. He was conscientious and COVID19 protections and then he directed us without be pressured and didnt mind when we purchased a clearance model, abd then he arranged for a third party vendor to have it delivered within the hour after the purchase. We couldnt be more pleased with the purchase.

I went in today while I had other chores in the area looking to try out the highly rated Tulo Medium mattress but the associate I spoke with (I think it was Ryan? Maybe Brian? Sorry dude!) was incredibly helpful in letting me try other mattresses in that style and range. I ultimately went out the door with a different mattress that felt nicer to my sleep styles, and I have the great associate at mattress firm to thank. He did do his job and upsold me slightly on the mattress and tried to upsell me on an adjustable base but he did it in a masterful way focused on my needs and took my no when I gave it. 5/5 will come back for future mattress needs.Edit: It was Ryan! My daughter and I went in on Sunday to look at a new mattress for me and based on the info I gave Brandon he helped me find the mattress that was the perfect fit for me. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and explained the different type of coil systems and how they worked but ultimately, allowed me to pick the bed that was most comfortable to me. Brandon was super personable and not all pushy like some sales reps can be in similar sales positions. I am not the type of person to be jumping into anything without “sleeping on it first” no pun intended, but I told Brandon I would be back whatever day he was in next, because he took such great care of us and I wanted him to get credit for that sale. I came back the very next day and paid for my pressuresmart plush mattress queen prime. Not only did I have a great sales experience but saved a ton of money, $200 off my mattress via their memorial day sale (mattress for the price of a size smaller, in this case queen for price of full) and also saved $300 on my adjustable base.
