Not only was the delivery effortless, but they were super efficient!AND after sleeping on Synthesis Plush Pillowtop Hybrid I can not express how much better I sleep. I dont even use a pillow! the entire mattress hugs me from head to toe, and I feel like I am sleeping on a fluffy marshmallow!I highly recommend!!

Great experience!I was buying a mattress for the first time on my own and was so overwhelmed with choices. I was reading reviews online for days trying to figure out what kind of mattress I wanted and where to buy it.THEN I FOUND THIS PLACE!I tried a few out in store and quickly found the one I wanted. I just moved and had been sleeping on the floor/air mattress for a few nights and needed this asap. They delivered the next day! I didnt have to worry about carrying a big heavy box up to my apartment and having to let it expand for 3 days like the box mattress companies. My fiance and I have been shopping for a queen mattress for a few weeks now and glad we finally found Mile High Mattress as our new store! I arrived about 30min before closing and was politely and professionally greeted by a sales person by the name of Braden. Braden was patient and went over all the details/warranties/products/etc. with me until I was able to find the right mattress. He was very informative throughout the purchase process and even stayed past close to finish the sale. On top of this, he went above and beyond by not only helping me load up my purchase but helped me unload it at my home after he closed down the store! Excellent customer service! I wish more places would follow suit - we will be back to this location when we get ready to buy a king mattress!

We met Dustin Monday evening about 7pm.It was our first visit to Mile High. He greeted us warmly like it was the beginning of his day instead of the end of his day.He asked us enough questions to understand what we needing bedding for and got us to lye down on samples quickly. From there we chose the one(s) we wanted...because we ordered two twins.Based on our experience, I would buy bedding from Mile High again.

My wife and I went to Mile High Mattress looking to replace our 10 year old sleep number bed. We had become fairly accustomed to our old bed and were unsure about switching. We never felt that they were trying to steer us to our ultimate decision, but instead felt guided like finding a new eye glass prescription. We ended up buying a beauty rest black with a motion base. It felt like quite the splurge and we were nervous we had made a mistake. Fast forward a week and it truly is remarkable. We both are tossing and turning much less. My arms no longer fall asleep sleeping on my side. With the motion base my neck is strained less now that I dont have to ball up my pillow to watch television. A big thanks to Mile High Mattress as it was a very easy bed buying experience.
