Definitely the best shop for Honda tuners, my car was throwing a few codes and they ended up telling me that it would be better to run a P28 ECU so they had a chipped one on stock and my car is running great. I definitely recommend this guys!!!They are very honest and friendly!

Decent price, good work, tune was pretty much for max power, so it needed some drivability tweaks but all in all Id go back.

Couldnt get any spark to my car and took it a a prior shop and they had it for 4 days and couldnt get it running. Finally took it to Richtuned and they got my car up and running and redid my whole engine harness in a day and a half. It runs like a champ and Im glad I took it here. I would give them 5 stars but they are horrible at answering the phone haha. Rich has done swaps for me, hes saved other people builds that I bought, and he even saved her when I thought I was a machanic a couple times when other shops wouldnt even touch it . If you need a super tuner this is your spot, yes they are a little busy and might not answer you for a while and when I say a while it might be A WHILE, but it will be worth the wait I promise 💯😂

Even though Rich is primarily a Honda shop, he was happy to schedule some dyno time for me so my tuner could remotely dial me in. Rich was super helpful and attentive, even though he was short staffed. Just a super cool guy, and helpful in every way. One of the best shops around. Rich took extra effort and care with helping me diagnose and fixing a car issue I had. His rapport and customer service was definitely a+ I was plenty surprised at the amount of stock that they had and even more in the great and competitive pricing that they offered. Even the phone service was great before I made the trip down there. The staff is clear with the communication and explain things in an easy to understand manner with no hesitation to answer questions.

Best place to get your car tuned, however, if you arent friends with Rich or a big spender, it feels like he treats you as such. Went here to get a basemap done and it took an hour and a half. People that came in after me got what they needed before me.The basemap was perfect, for the record. The work here is perfect, its just the long wait time that kind of kills it for me.

NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!At first impression Rich seems like a nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy guy that can get the job done...someone that will help you out. I had my car dyno tuned here but an issue came up with the clutch slipping and the car not redlining. He dont know whats causing the issue and gave me some tips but it wasnt much information. So i tried to figure it out with the lack of information and support from him. A year went by and i managed to fix the issue myself with the help of a different tuner.He told me to email him a data log and he will take a look at it. I called in to remind him to take a look at it multiple times. His shop employees said theyll pass it on to him and he will call me back...THREE WEEKS PASSED HE NEVER CALLED OR EMAIL ME BACK. I was polite and patience but this was the last straw.NOW, looking back in hindsight...HE NEVER REALLY WANTED AND CARED TO HELP ME BUT LEAD ME ON.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICELONG WAIT TIMESNO CALLBACKSUNRESPONSIVE EMAILLACK OF KNOWLEDGEBROKEN PROMISESDont waste your time or money here, youll be disappointed.

Richtuned is an honest shop, that works hard to make you happy. Oh yeah and it helps that they are amazing at what they do!!Ive had a few different things done by them. Hourly rates are quite reasonable and they get things done fast. I think it says something that Im willing to drive through i5 traffic from Lacey to go there.They havent let me down yet and I would highly recommend that you check them out.

Great shop. But they care more about jokin around and being buddies with everyone then grtting customers taken care of. And then getting them wrong parts.. Causing wasted time.I feel as if u arent spending alot of money youre not a priority. These are things iv noticed as a customer for years.

I cant believe I forgot to post my review! Anyways, I got my 2012 Scion TC tuned here and Rich did a phenomenal job. He was very busy that day with customers walking in without appointments and having to tune my car at the same time. Overall the car didnt have any issues while being tuned and ended up with about 80% more horsepower and torque. Im bringing my car back soon after I put in a new clutch and hoping for another 20-30% increase over stock. Hes really nice and will explain something without acting like an elitist jerk, which happens a lot in the tuner community. Car was tuned about 4 months ago and Ive had literally zero issues. RichTuned for life!

I had a o2 dump tube that fell off and a J pipe that blew off when I was at 28 psi on my Evolution. After talking to a few welding places I decided to go with Richtuned. He wasnt the cheapest (definitely not the most expensive either) but he really knew his stuff and I felt comfortable leaving my car with him.When I picked the car up the welds looked perfect. He went above and beyond with things like I wanted a my J pipe to have a bracket that bolted to the car so if it poped off again it wouldnt drag and get destroyed. He made a attachment that would let me quickly release it when working on my car or if I needed to remove it. He even helped me with a small electrical issue that happened on the way home on the phone.Its hard these days to find a shop thats honest, does good work, knowledgeable and wont cost a fortune.

Ive always gone to Richtuned for my basemaps (jdm b16a and jdm d16a vtec) because his maps are the only maps i trust and can still pass emissions with flying colors. I dont write many reviews but the guys at Rich-Tuned deserve a few minutes of my time.Rich-tuned consists of a great group of guys who happen to be very good mechanics. I have brought them my 99 Honda Civic HX(230k miles) for some transmission work and my 2004 Acura MDX for a timing belt. On both occasions I asked for their opinion on what the cars needed and on both occasions, they gave their minimalistic opinion. In the end I left with two cars that were running optimally. Between their honesty, mechanical talent and great pricing, they are hard to beat. I drive all the way from Bellevue just to have them work on my cars. Give them a try.Thanks gents.
