I needed a new battery for my truck. Im not from the area and was nervous about where to take my vehicle, but they took care of me. They fit me in right away and didnt try to upsell anything. The waiting room was kid friendly, too, so that was helpful.

I 100% recommend this company. I was on a road trip with my family, having driven from MN when, just outside of Denver, my car overheated and I had to immediately pull over. I was able to arrange for a tow truck through AAA but was having a very difficult time finding a mechanic that could see me that afternoon. CAR was friendly and helpful and took me and my family in. They quickly got to work, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road less than an hour after our arrival. They were honest, fair, and kind. Their hospitality while we waited was wonderful. They communicated with us the entire time. They also alerted us to another significant problem with our brakes that we were able to attend to the following day when we had arrived at our next destination. Their repairs held and our vehicle worked great throughout another 10 days of difficult driving and got us safely home with no further problems. CAR is trustworthy and if I lived in the area, they would be my new car repair home.

Complete Auto Care took good care of me. They fixed the shifter cable from my column shift to the transmission promptly. They also took extra time to explore a steering issue I was having.I will use them again. They did a good job.

Complete Auto Repair was recommended to me by a friend after I’d spent a day on the phone, trying to get a repair shop to look at my car.I stopped by Complete Auto Repair and explained what my car was doing. A mechanic came out to my car, started it and listened. He heard the misfiring that I was worried about.I made an appointment for 7:00 the next morning and dropped my car off. A few hours later I received an email explaining what was wrong, with a detailed description and expected cost. I liked having it all in writing so I could review it and look up what I didn’t understand.I called and asked them to proceed with the work and picked up my car at the end of the day.The car is running great and I had a very good experience with each person that I encountered at this shop.Even though Complete Auto Repair is far away from my house, I plan to return for service as needed. It means a lot to me to feel heard and I’m confident that I received quality service.

Complete Auto Repair was a life saver. I was in Denver on vacation. My car started having problems as we started our drive back to Utah. I called 5 other dealers and repair shops. No one could see us for at least a week. Complete Auto Car worked us in even though they too had a busy schedule. They were efficient and honest.

I even had a dumb blonde moment, when I thought my car alarm was malfunctioning, but it turned out I just had my car hood partially ajar, and the guys at this location treated me very kindly. I went here for an oil change and an overall inspection of my brakes and tires. Fair price for the oil change.I was told I needed new brakes and this facility is certainly the most expensive in the area - I have called most all surrounding shops. But the reason for the 2 star review is that when I got home I noticed a missing hubcap. I called to see if they had it in the shop and they didn’t but offered to buy me a new one if I could come in. A couple days later I received a text asking about my experience. Again I mentioned the missing hubcap. I was told I could text a photo and they would replace it. I wasn’t able to send a photo right away as I was working, I sent in a photo 4 days later with no response. It has now been over two weeks and no hubcaps.I have purchased my own at this point, no big deal. I just wish companies did what they said they were going to do. It goes so much further with the customer when you follow through on your word.

I took my Jeep Renegade to Complete Auto to have maintenance done and check battery because had to jumpstart it a few times. They replaced the battery. When I went to pick it up, my A/C had stopped working completely. It was working fine beforehand. I then took it to AutoNation Jeep Chrysler but had to wait two weeks to get it in and hd to jump start it once again to get there. After running diagnostic tests, the mechanic at AutoNation said my Jeep had low voltage faults and loss of communication with HVAC module. Also the HVAC module had a loose connector and a blown fuse. So they had to recalibrate the electronic system. This costed me another $200. So, it was not a great experience because my A/C was working fine before I brought my Jeep to Complete Auto repair. Then when I picked it up, the A/C didnt work at all. The staff did take initiative to try to resolve the issue, but could not.

These guys are knowledgeable, honest, and do their best to get you good value for your money.

Most reliable mechanics I’ve ever met. When you pay $130 for an inspection they check everything and send your a report along with images attached showing the issues. At first I thought $130 to read the codes is a little excessive but paired with this thorough inspection it is worth the $130. They are fast and upfront about the prices. On top of that they are local. What they charge for labor seems to mean they pay their mechanics fairly. For these reasons they have earned my business in the future.

The worst place I have ever gone to they quoted us $1,200 and it ended up being almost $1,500. For an alternator and new battery what a rip off!!! Had the car for 3 days. $500 for an alternator that was only $110 at auto zone!! We were taken and desperate for the car to be drivable. Dont go here!!

This place is amazing. Their customer service is top-notch and their technician, Willy, was spot-on. Very professional, quick at his job, and everything turned out to be absolutely great. My tires were on within half an hour and I was out the door. the price was great and I would recommend this place to anybody that needed a tire change or any actual maintenance or vehicle repair. This place is amazing, I would give them 10 stars and a hug if we were not in the middle of a pandemic. (Those of you reading in the future it is Nov of 2020) this all starts on a snowy trip to the grocery store, my family and I were traveling from out of town and had made a quick trip to the store for last minute turkey day items. As were were leaving we hit a patch of black ice and slid right into a curb hitting the front right rim with a solid thud. After saying a few choice words, I got out to inspect and sure enough, it looked like the control arm was toast, a few more choice words and a call to my insurance to get a tow, I started to look for a shop to get my car fixed. Now remember this was Tuesday before thanksgiving and I needed to be home on Sunday an impossible feat. I found complete auto care and gave them a call, Mike picked up and said if you can get it here we can look at it and get the parts here tomorrow and get it done. Sweet, I told the tow truck take it there. We got the car there and Mike said we will get right on it. Got a call the next morning at 7:11 am 11 minutes after they opened; with a full break down of what was needed and that they could get the parts in that day and have it done before closing. The estimate seemed fair and honest to what I could see and little that I know about cars. Then around 2:30 I got a call that my car was done! It was incredible! The other amazing this is when I got off the phone with Mike for the estimate I was sent a text with a link to everything they recommended with pictures of the damage to verify their recommendations. Amazing I wish I didn’t live 12 hours away so that I could use them for all of my auto needs. If you are looking for a great and honest repair shop this is the place to take your vehicle. I have told all of my family and friends in Denver about this place! Go here you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing and friendly fast of course I only needed a Trailer hitch installed! They knew what they were doing and took care of it for me. I would totally go back to this local spot for anymore of my automobile needs.

Hit a curb and needed an estimate on the damages. They quoted me in about 1-2 hours. The estimate said a new wheel and hub cap was $164, then had an additional $1,015 of recommendations because of my high mileage. I decided Im just going to get a steel wheel at a different place (Walmart Auto Care quoted me $75 for the wheel and labor, no hub cap), and paid the pricing on getting the estimate which was $136. I wasnt happy with the cost of the estimate and they gave me $25 off on it.Reply: no, the estimated prices for parts werent the issue. The extra gravy added onto the cost of doing the estimate was. Honest mechanics dont do 20 minutes of labor, and bill it like it was multiple hours. Was going to come back to get an alignment done, but between the sarcasm and the price bullying, Ill let you keep your calendar open.

Took a while to get to writing this. I got new brakes done here last spring. About a week later they started squeaking and took it back in. They said they heard the squeak but couldn’t figure it out. Fast forward a month, I’m on my way home from Moab and start getting a shake in my wheel when braking at highway speeds. Again, I take it in and they tell me it’s only a “slight” shake. Any shake a month after getting brakes done and with issues of them being squeaky and they tell me not to worry about it. They just didn’t want to deal with it. Needless to say I will take my car and my money elsewhere.

They always do a good job on my vehicles. Their prices is competitive and I almost always have a coupon which I received in the mail. Also, once you have them work on a vehicle you get emails with additional coupons.

I was visiting from out of state and had brake issues. My son recommended this business as they had always treated him fair and explained what work needs to be done. I called on a Monday morning and explained what I thought the issue was, they ordered pads and rotors for my front brakes and where able to get me in at 3 the same day. They pulled the tires and did a complete inspection of pads and rotors and found it was the rear brakes that needed to be replaced. The returned the parts for the front brakes and got the parts for the rear the next morning and had me on the road by 930. Great service, reasonable prices and friendly staff. I highly recommend this business!

All the service was professional and bent over backwards to get the truck done so I could meet my commitments.

Customer service was good, Fred was nice to talk to. We brought our vehicle in with the a/c not working, and knew there was a leaking a/c hose. They replaced the a/c hose, recharged the a/c, and did an oil change for just under $1100. I get it, most a/c issues are expensive to fix. My problem is that two days later the a/c stopped working again. We brought the car back in, and apparently another a/c hose had a leak. They wanted to charge over $700 to replace the second hose and recharge the a/c again. The price for the actual part was only around $100. I’m not quite sure why the entire a/c system wasn’t looked over to find all of the issues the first time. I’m also not sure why I had to ask to not be charged a second time for the a/c being recharged. The vehicle had to be taken apart twice within a week to fix an a/c issue that should have been completely fixed the first time. Even if my total bill would have still been $1800, at least I would have had the option of moving forward with that amount or deciding to wait on it. If I didn’t bring the car back, I would have spent over $1000 on something that was still not working, and I couldn’t see the point of that. They should have found the entire a/c issue and quoted accordingly the first time. Thank you for the $100 discount on recharging it for a second time within a week, but it wasn’t an adequate discount for something they failed to complete the first time around.

I went in today for the first time for an oil change on my lunch break, with some employees undoubtedly on lunch break and some in a meeting as well.They were still able to complete my oil change swiftly and at a reasonable price. They did an inspection and topped my fluids off as well. I know oil changes are simple for the pros but I was happy with everything today. I‘ll use them in the future for anything more complicated for sure.

Extremely disappointed. I understand that I took my car in for an oil change, but the least they could have done was wash their hands before they went inside my car. I had just gotten my car detailed for work and now I have to get it cleaned again because there is oil all over the door handle and wheel. I should of paid a little more and went back to the dealership.

I visited complete auto repair after my check engine light came on and my engine had been revving without pressing the gas. Dan and his team were able to fix and identify the problem easily and I was back on the road in just a couple days. I liked that they offered cheaper solutions first before moving on to the larger-scale repairs in case those ended up not being necessary (in my case a larger repair was necessary). Their lobby is super clean and comfortable, and they have checked in on me several times after to make sure the car has been running well.

I took my vehicle in that I just purchased for an inspection here. They told me I should get the CV boot replaced (Drivers side) and do a pressure test because of empty coolant. The CV boot repair was very expensive so I took it elsewhere and it was 50% less. I then drove my vehicle in the mountains and found out from another mechanic that the front brakes and rotors were completely shot and if I drove on them anymore, it would cause damage to my vehicle. Brakes are one of the easiest things to check on a vehicle and it is very disheartening that it would be an oversight for complete auto repair. I will take my vehicle elsewhere for inspections from now on because I know longer trust their services.

Called and left a voicemail to this shop for them to not continue with the work on my truck because the service was going to be too expensive. Never got a call back after the weekend was over so I called them. Found out they went right ahead with the work anyway. I asked them why it costs so much and for a breakdown on price. The carburetor that they put on my truck is $364.95 online from the actual manufacturer for this part. These people tried charging me $700 for the carb alone, not including labor. Take your car elsewhere or you will be robbed blind.

I can only assume the oil changes are cheap for a reason - the prices for everything else are astronomical and unneeded work is recommended. After getting a startling report on my Prius, I took it to another mechanic for a full, paid inspection and none of the services Complete Auto Repair recommended were reported as needed. On my most recent visit, my spouse was prompted that the cabin air filter needed replaced - at a price of $90. Dealers, known for their cost, wouldnt charge more than $60 for this.Upon calling back and asking for this work to be stopped, there was an offer to make the labor free, and later more excuses that the auto parts store system was wrong, resulting in this exorbitant price. I would expect an auto shop to notice if a price was blatantly wrong and not just shrug and expect me to pay out the nose.The last thing I want in an auto shop is to have to second guess if every service theyre recommending is actually needed or if theyre simply trying to recoup the loss-leading oil changes.

Complete Auto Repair has maintained my cars since August 2000. They have provided reliable and first rate service on all five of them. Therefore I have been able to keep them longer than planned. One that is 31 years old is still running perfectly. Their estimates are accurate and the work is done on or ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.
