I left with a laundry list of items recommended for me to do on my car, a total far exceeding the value of my car. Some items I just had done too, like a fluid flush. But yet my window washer fluid was empty, leaving me wondering if any of the oil service was completed. If you fail on the small things, you leave me wondering on the big things.The service lady was excellent. She was kind and personable.

Ive only had good experiences here. The staff (especially Kassandra) is friendly and informative. Getting the video overview of your checkup is great. Only quibble is that if the entrance on 15th is blocked or something finding the entrance on the other side is kinda difficult.

I just wanted to say how great this location is and especially Jodi who works in Service who went above & beyond helping me today. My car needed a new latch and she took really good care of me. I had called the Mazda in Littleton and got a much higher estimate so Ill definitely be going to this location for all my services. Thank you for the great service!

I met the nicest Russian sales person I have ever dealt with. This guy was will ING to answer any question I had. Most of them were about Russia and he took time for each one. Great guy. Oh, the car was nice also!!!

I had the oil changed on my 2014 Mazda 3. The service staff was helpful, the waiting room was very accommodating and my service was done quickly while I waited. I made another appointment for my brakes. Im very pleased with my new Mazda and the Service Department.

The people at Mazda really do go above and beyond to make sure that youre well taken care of. I even received a text while I was waiting to let me know if I needed anything I could respond via text. And then they called a few days after my service visit to see how everything went. It makes me feel like they really do care. Theyre also very chatty and funny and nice.

Theyre always so nice and fast when servicing my car! Great lounge area, free wifi, and free beverages too.
