My only complaint is when Ive called in for quotes the last two times Ive either been referred elsewhere because they were too busy, or never got a call back when the lady on the phone started getting other phone calls while talking to me and asked for my info to call me back. Your best bet is to just go there in person I guess.

I had bought a Inez lowering kit online for my 2011 Dodge Ram and couldn’t find anyone locally to install it. After some online researching I found Duncan’s. I spoke to Bill and told me to come in to check out the kit and after looking at it he says he would install it no problem. Glad I found this place! Happy with the service and professionalism I experienced here! Definitely recommend anyone looking to customize your wheels! They do great work and communicate well most of the time. If they are busy the work can take some time but it is worth it for the peace of mind you have knowing care and meticulous attention to detail is being given to your car.

Best mechanic Ive found in 50 years. Found a good one in Lynnwood in the 70s. Lived 45 years in Seattle; never did find a good one. But Duncans stands alone. Duncans fixes whats needed and Doesnt fix what Isnt, but more importantly, knows the difference. Now that I live in Tacoma, I would never risk going somewhere else. Some in my family have been taking their cars to Duncan for 30 years; now I understand why.

I rarely decide to give reviews to places but also know when to pay respect when its due. Duncan Automotive is absolutely without a doubt one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy places regarding anything automotive. Its such a relief to know that theres still shops around that do professional work and that dont try to nickle and dime you on services that arent necessary for your vehicle.
