Came in on a Thursday afternoon and received EXCELLENT service from Assistant Manager and store employee. Both were knowledgably, helpful and genuinely kind and caring people. Store and storage units were clean and well lit. I would recommend this U-Haul location to anyone!

Absolutely the best U haul experience I have ever had. I have rented 7 trucks 14 months. Out of all those Antonio and his team were excellent. True Wow factor customer service. I would be willing to go incredibly far out of my way to deal with everyone at this store. I seriously cant say enough good things about this location and its people. Thank you.

So far my experience with the Lakeville U-Haul, has been awesome! Helpful, friendly staff and the price is SO MUCH better than public storage. The building is new and kept very clean. I also like their access hours. I would definitely recommend this place.

The two gentlemen working on April 21, 2020, at roughly 1:00PM are the two most genuine people I’ve met since relocating to MN. They’re direct and to the point conversations were exactly what I needed to start and finish my day. Their knowledge and information they provided was thorough and precise and their customer service was quick and accurate.Hands down, please give these guys a raise and promotion.

I came in rather last minute and they worked really hard to find me a trailer. They were awesome. They helped hook it up when we left and unhitched it when we returned. We will use them again.

Rented ahead of time online, contacted the location when we ended up arriving in this area earlier than expected to see if early pick-up would be available at all and received no attitude or resistance. They already had the truck prepped and ready to go and were very polite and helpful. The only possible drawback would be that the truck itself (20 box truck) sounded like it was going to self-destruct as you drove (lots of very bad sounds from the transmission), hard shifts and occasionally would kind of drift between shifts, I cant imagine that transmission is much longer for this world. It made it though and regardless of the noise it got the job done, was clean (cab and cargo area), no bad smells, no sticky cupholders. All in all a very good experience, the staff was pleasant, friendly and no crazy political narrative hoohaw. As a traveller coming through your area this was especially appreciated and welcoming. Well done!

The manager Antonio is simply amazing, he is helpful, kind and considerate! He is will to help as much as he is allowed and will problem solve as much as possible. All the employees have been respectable and a joy to deal with!!

Everyone at U haul in Lakeville are amazing people !! I only dealt with men the times I was there but when I tell you that these guys are great men !! To have an ambitious to satisfy & help your customers just know that I really appreciate you I own a moving company & these guys recommended me to people I really appreciate y’all !! I would leave a 10 star if I could these guys like this who is the people who deserves a raise for being so great as an employee !!
