UPDATE 11/4/21 10:50am - Received a call from Tyler (the district manager) and he offered amazing customer services. Hes looking into what he can do to rectify my large rate increase. Star rating from 1 changed to a 4 because of a little communication and effort from Tyler. Thank you!While the facility is decent and the staff at this location are pleasant the company as a whole is in need of some ethics. I signed my contract (which Ive reviewed) six months ago and I just was notified that my rate is going up over 3 times the price. When I called to ask about this rate increase I was told it was a promotional rate that is expiring. However, my contact doesnt indicate this nor can they provide any documentation that states this was a intro rate and what the new rate would be. I continually get told to talk to someone else and/or transferred around and nobody can offer any support to back their rate increase. Highly suggest using a more ethical company to meet your storage needs!

We rented an interior climate controlled unit this summer for 2 1/2 months.One thing I wish I knew prior to renting, they DO NOT have cameras! The only camera is at the exit/entrance. There are NONE inside the buildings that have climate controlled rooms (that you pay extra for), none outside either. Not only are your items not being monitored but you are not safe there alone when dark. Even the police officer was baffled by this.When we went to empty our unit we showed up to find out our unit had been broken into. All that was left was now a damaged dresser and a damaged mattress. EVERYTHING else was gone.I was not upset with them that this happened. I was upset with them on how they handled it. We immediately called the police and went to talk to the lady working the front desk. She was extremely rude and not empathetic at at? We had items that were valuable but also items that cant be replaced.Fast forward 2 months and I still have not received a call back from management when they told me back in August they would review the camera (at the exit/entrance) and get back to me. I took out insurance through Public Storage and they are still finding every excuse not to pay. Now they want proof it were broken into. Even though I have a police report and pictures.If I ever need a storage unit in the future, I will pay extra and go somewhere else.

My husband was in the other day looking for storage and Jessica was the lady that helped him. He said she was very friendly, professional and helpful. He said that she answered all this question even ones that she probably heard a million times but answered them like a professional. I would highly recommend her and this location.

Jessica was outstanding!! I’ve been an Active Duty Army Recruiter for 15 years and move every 2/3 years. I needed a temporary unit to store certain items while we finalized everything with the moving company. Before locking in a unit, she wanted to ensure one item in particular would fit in that unit. Jessica literally drove out to that unit with me to verify, and of course it didn’t fit, so she found me the right sized unit and also gave me a great deal for a 30 day rental! Talk about above and beyond! Great customer care and highly recommend.

Public Storage should be ashamed at how they treat people during these very difficult times. Myself and my family were directly affected by Covid-19 and they did NOTHING to help us out. We were not even allowed access to our unit and at no time was help even offered to me as a customer. Not to mention numerous phone calls and voicemails that went unanswered. I will never do business with them again and encourage anyone to think twice about it.

Jessica was fantastic and super helpful! Check-out took less than 10 minutes, it was streamlined and sensible, and I am really happy with the storage locker itself. Everything is so convenient and easy to use, which is great because we’ll probably be using the locker for at least a year. No crowds, no stairs... our move just got a lot better!

Came in on a Tuesday and spoke with Jessica about a storage unit and she was very professional. Gave me wonderful information on what I could get and what services came with it. I did finalize getting my unit that Saturday with Shirley and Michelle. It was a joy working with both of them. The process was smooth and didnt take too long.

I came in for help and Jessica was very helpful. I will only work with her. She is the best. If you come in ask for her and only work with her and no one else. She is the best. She is very friendly and professional. Again ask for her and no one else.

This review has been edited twice now, so I will share my entire experience with Public Storage staff.Jessica was nice and helpful with opening my account, and other staff members were always friendly. However, I emptied my unit and went out of town in the middle of October and when I came back on the 1st to close my account and they charged me for that entire month because it wasnt before the 1st.A few days later I was contacted by Tanner, the district manager. He expressed great concern about my experience and the review I edited. He told me he would refund my charge and eliminate my account balance.I was not expecting upper management to reach out to me about my personal experience.The customer service and friendly and professional interactions I had with the staff alone deserve a 5 star review.

Unit had a leak that caused water damage. Staff was aware the building had leaks, said it was a regional issue. I paid a lot of money for a secure building without leaks.
