Horrible place to rent. Prices are too high.The reason we moved our boat out of your facility is as follows.1. Lack of communication, none, or responds 2 weeks after you email them.2. Our spot was taken at least 2 times while we were told that if we leave our cones while we are away, our spot is reserved. On 2 different occasions our cones were moved and large campers were parked in our spot. When I called to let the storage place know, they said sorry, we have not been able to get to that lot to monitor things.3. The conditions of the lot are ridiculous with pot holes everywhere and yet they raised the storage rent. We were only there for 2 months and they raised the rent by $25 more monthly. We assumed it was to help with the cost of fixing the lot conditions and pot holes, which did not happen.

The service and communication was impeccable. The unit and grounds are very clean and organized. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been storing my travel trailer with Gopher Mini for about 4 years now. I’ve had a positive experience. They’ve always been fair with me and willing to work out any issues that arise. The flexibility in storage options is what originally interested me in this business. They have both small storage and a large separate lot for vehicles/machines/campers etc.

Prices are less expensive than most in the area. The employees at Gopher Mini Storage have bee extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Tabatha especially will answer calls any time of the day and weekend if having code troubles any any other needs.

We rented a space and a unit for many years. Tabitha has always been super easy to work with. Very good experience.

Worse customer service. Dont care at all. rented a 10 foot truck. Took it 24 miles (was told to fill it back up) filled it up, took 4 gallons. Jerks told me its my fault for over filling and I should have paid attention...even though putting the key in the ignition to see fuel gage is not something youre supposed to do.

No complaints about the staff but for the third year in a row I made a reservation online for a certain $$ and when you get there they have the reservation but at a higher price. When someone reserves online you need to record the feee quoted. Not that hard.

Tabitha and Mayflower Property Management have done a good job over the last year of accommodating my business storage needs. Prices are reasonable units are easily accessible. I would recommend to others.

This storage facility is inexpensive, has a clean location and friendly service. I was able to rent a clean storage place same day no hassle. I was then able to end the term early as it was no longer needed, again no hassle. One little thing... my husband moved everything out of the storage space not realizing the lock was ours and he didnt need to put the lock back on the storage space. Needless to say Gopher Mini Storage could not rent out the space because it was considered still in use according to the contract. We explained what happened to the corporate office and even though they missed out monetarily. They were generous enough to wipe out all charges for the past 4 months, understanding that this pandemic and the current stress of our nation that this was just a mistake on our part. Needed a short-term storage solution for my latest move. My new apartment building wasnt quite finished being built, and I needed storage for my stuff for a little over a month. Tabitha in the office took great care of me, and was very flexible with terms and fees. The facility itself is a typical storage facility, but reasonably clean and everything worked just fine. The entrance gate and codes I was given always worked, and the specific unit I rented was clean and the door and lock mechanism worked fine. Thanks again!

We use the outdoor parking storage here. Its a bit farther out than I would like, but its incredibly reasonably priced and the staff is very accommodating and eager to work with you.

I have (in the ten years I rented from them) not had any bad experiences with Gopher. If I did have an issue, they always were willing to work with me to reach an acceptable agreement.

I moved my storage across the highway. Cheaper and cleaner.

Extremely rude customer service. Had to wait over 50 fricken minutes to be helped onsite with an appointment. Rented a Uhaul after we verified unit was on site and immediately reserved it with a payment and confirmation number. They rented it out to someone just before we drove there to pick it up. Avoid here even if renting a uhaul. Great way to lose customers.

Update: I havent recently noticed any of the issues mentioned below. The entry dialpad is fixed now after someone ran into it! 🙋 Even the voicemail is better I believe.The blonde manager Ashley lady parks directly in front of the gate everyday so that as soon as you enter your code you have you backup if you have a large trailer or drive around her vehicle... It is also odd bc they rent parking spaces in addition to units but do not have a separate area for parking rentals rather they are parked in front of empty storage units which makes it more difficult to maneuver a trailer. Issues are resolved fine but the manager that lives on site seems annoyed by everything. I invite a reply on here if I am speaking wrongly 😊

Best storage deal Ive ever had

We have two months waiting for some money back, and still NOT REFUND, they say it’s on the mail, it’s on the mail, and nothing resolved and the girl at the front desk reception is always rude .Always problems since we rent the storage .

Broken printers, unprofessional & rude staff, faulty price guidelines and a clear mismatch of what you book online and actually get make this a venue to stay away from!!

Stay away from this place. If you rent any U-haul equipment through them, they tend to forget to notify U-haul that you returned it. What a mess...

I just called looking for a unit, and whoever answered the phone hung up on me. When I tried calling back, no one would answer. I wouldnt leave anything at this place.
