Great care regarding my recent eye care needs at Target optical. I can see again. Thank You!

I attempted to order sunglasses online and was informed that my prescription has expired, I called the lakeville store and was told that my prescription that I just I had examined last year was only good for a year(when I got my prescription I was never informed of that) but I was Informed that my contact prescription was good for two years, I explained to lakeville optical that my insurance only pays for an eye exam every two years, and since I was 6years old I’ve only ever gone to get a eye exam ever two years. They refuse to correct this. Only because they was $100 for another exam. If this is not corrected I will no longer be using this company for eye care. They care more about money then caring for the customers.

I had a great experience buying prescription sunglasses and regular prescription glasses. Jessica helped me with all of my needs by answering my questions and keeping me informed about certain information! I definitely recommend this place!

Terrible, bought an extended warranty for glasses and when I go to take advantage of a lense replacement they refuse to honor it. They are the ones that up sold the extended warranty and only did it because I am getting married soon and didn’t want scratched lenses. So rather then getting them replaced for $25 they are trying to tell me I must pay $190. Target optical is a scam and think because their huge they can get away with scamming people out of their hard earned money. They could’ve easily worked with me to find a solution but instead they just say there’s nothing they can do. I know full well that is a lie. A manager has authority to override any policy in place if the situation dictates it. They just don’t want to help me, I guess I’m not shopping with them again.

Great staff at this location. Very accommodating, thorough, friendly and professional. This was my first time there and I left that exam very satisfied and will continue to make appointments there.

Theyre awesome! They are very thorough with their checkups! The lady eye doctor is very nice she takes her time with you to make sure she is getting the best prescription for you. The people who do the insurance and help find the best price for you are also very kind and helpful. I had a fantastic ecperience.
