My daughter and I loved it here! It was a seriously awesome experience. They were really amazing with kids and Dr. Joel Sollom had a great sense of humor. The service was friendly and I felt that the doctor was passionate about his work which really matters to me. My daughter said, That was the best doctor Ive ever had! Ill for sure be going back for more wonderfulness!

The doctors perform the exam themselves, and explain everything in a professional and friendly manner. I felt well educated and cared for. The staff is very welcoming and kind. Every time Ive visited, they were running right on time, and had time to discuss any questions Ive had regarding my options for types of lenses for my contacts and glasses.

As long as you don’t have a problem and are there for glasses they are great. But as soon as you have a problem, I have experienced the “shoulder shrug”. I would think when I have spent $500 for glasses a bit more help would be in order. Find somewhere else that wants to keep your business.

I brought my daughter in for glasses and we had an amazing experience. They all were very friendly with great customer service! Also it went really smooth with good conversation. The selection they had for glasses was nice. I have medicare so you get a selection to choose from, and I was very pleased with the variety. The gentleman that helped with the picking of new eyes was awesome. You can tell he takes pride in wat he does, also his to tie and socks had different color eyes on them and very stylish!! My wife and I were shocked when told by Dr Sollum that he need not dilate our eyes during our annual routine eye examination. We are still wondering whether we should see another doctor since we are both diabetic and had cataract in both our eyes.

Great bedside manner/rapport with my 6 year old son (and very patient with his extremely curious nature). Very nice office, very friendly. The Dr I saw for my annual eye exam was very nice. What I didn’t like, I felt as though this is an eye glass shop first and you can also get an exam. After my exam they have you meet with an eye glass specialist. He went through all the pricing and told me I could get out of there with about $500 average for new glasses. I had to ask for my prescription, I was told they don’t give that to you unless you ask. Seems strange.

Its been almost 2 weeks since I ordered my glasses. Never had it take more then a week at other places. Exam was good. Optician wasnt super helpful finding right style for me.

I was a new patient on Friday for some tests today I was seen immediately when I called with some symptoms in my left eye. I was impressed that they were able to see me on a short notice!

My teenage son needed glasses for the first time, and Focused Eye Care was a pleasure to work with. I took him here because I appreciate their specialized, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. They gave us great detailed information to make an effortless and informed decision. No pressure to make any decisions, thus recently returning to give in to the inevitable. They made us feel important, and were relatable to my teenager. Even made my son feel at ease, giving him future confidence in the glasses he chose.

Wow!!! Friendly, clean and professional from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave! Best part is depending on your insurance they take pictures of your eyes instead of dilating them! The doctor was very through and professional. He even sent the report to my regular doctor.I will be a repeat client.

I have been happy with previous visits but at my most recent visit waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and still had not been seen. When I asked how much longer it would be no one could tell me. Please space out appointment times properly if you can’t manage schedules properly. This is a huge waste of patients time and Id rather visit a provider that respects & values their patients.

We have been using this eye clinic since my 11 year old was only 3. The front staff is usually very nice and the eye doctors are excellent. One of the eye doctors has been my sons regular eye doctor and has seen him every time and he always remembers who he is, even if its been a year. My son used to love vacuums when he was 3 and 4 and he would let my son get the vacuum out and vacuum the office and stuff. They are just great!
