I have never seen so much U-Haul equipment in one place. It seemed like there were hundreds of trucks and trailers. Check-in was quick. All of the employees we spoke to were friendly and polite.

Great place to Store items and to rent Uhaul trucks. Very clean facility. Also I forgot to lock my pad lock last time I was there. They put a new pad lock on the unit door with a note to see the front desk. Very professional.

Setup the appointment in advance through U-Haul phone center and they sent the wrong information to the store. Store staff was quick to make the necessary changes (they were not surprised at getting bad info) and took care of my requirements quickly. Very helpful staff.

We returned a truck and car tow dolly after a long trip. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. They made the end of our driving venture very nice.

This is a good place to store items and is the lowest rates I have found in town. The rates for Trucks are also great.

This place on N. Florida Avenue in Lakeland is huge and has some of everything. I request this place to anyone who wants to move comfortably

We had a quick return and good customer service. However, the original drop off was make it happen auto salesWhich was an awful experience.

The girl with braces inside gave us incorrect information and was quite rude. The customer service from both women inside was terrible. The gentlemen outside were awesome and did a great job.

Uhaul has really stepped their game. Having an actual uhaul “dealer” makes everything more convenient. Rented two trucks and a trailer from them last week and it all went smoothly. Desk staff were not always professional but they were efficient.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I moved from pa to Florida they gave me a storage unit for the first month free which is fine. I called to find out when could I have to pay for it next the lady told me that I was on automatic payments I asked her to take me off of that and they told me that is fine we can do that. The day my unit was to be paid guess what they automatically took the payment out. I called them and they told me i dont know what to tell you the money has been taking already. The storage manager was so ride a d all she cares about is money . She was so rude.

Friendly, clean, well lit storage, truck was perfect. but they could use more employees.

Checking in through the Uhaul app. was a nightmare,do not recommend it. Was supposed to take a picture of dash, wouldnt even accept that function, took us an hour to pick up the truck. The truck was very high mileage, and it took us 14 gallons of gas to go 120 miles of mainly highway driving, The staff, however was very accomodating. Massive storage building,great selection of trucks.

Make sure u check that they put the pads and equipment in before you leave because we didnt and of course they forgot but other than that it was quick and easy

I stored my things there for over a year, and didnt have a problem. And then rented a U-Haul and car trailer to move everything.

Staff was friendly, location is clean with plenty of trucks available. 1 star because i was forced to buy a $13 adaptor so the old plug on the tow dolly would plug into my new truck. Was already paying $50 to rent the tow dolly since you have to pay for a full day even if you only need it for an hour like me. Didnt think i should have had to pay 25% more because they didnt have an adaptor available. They told me they usually have them available to borrow with the tow dolly but i am sure that is because they have charged many people for the adaptor and those people have no need for the adaptor and leave it with the dolly when they are done.

Affordable. I returned the truck after hours and the process was very easy and quickly.

Really bad service. No truck available even though I reserved one. Had to go out of town to get truck and return to out of town place. Out of town place billed us more than the local one. Wasted almost a half day just getting the truck. Put us a half of day behind on our move.

The store here has so much great stock, everything I needed and prices are fair. Great customer service, especially manager Glorie.

Had a issue manager never talk to me. One moment things were one way, few hours later, another way. Never got resolved. Work did get done, three hours later.

Its nice but I was told Id receive a refund being that I only used the storage for like a week and was given the run around and hung up on twice did not receive my refund and no one ever answered the phone. Im now out of state and no one called back or anything

Customer service was awful. Information collected for my reservation was collected all over again using almost half an hour of a four hour reservation that I had. Upon mentioning this, the employee was rude. I wont be suggesting this site or coming back...
