I’ve had a storage unit here for 2 years and was out of state for most of that time. When I got back into town and went to my storage unit I had no idea what to expect. I’ve had some horrible experiences in the past. When I got there I realized I didn’t have the key. Cassie helped us out and drilled the unit lock out and we were able to replace it. She was so helpful!! Then we opened it and everything was just as we left it. No bugs (and that’s a big one.. NOT A SINGLE BUG!) no spider webs. Hardly any dust. I’m completely impressed. I know they can be a little pricy compared to others but it’s WORTH IT! Such a peace of mind knowing my things are safe and clean there. Thank you so much Cassie! You guys are awesome!

Mrs.Victoria was very knowledgeable and friendly! She explained how to work my storage locker and where to access the gate without me having to ask. The price of storage was higher then I was expecting, but because the staff is professional, the establishment is clean, and I feel like my items will be safe, I think the price is worth it! We had a positive experience working with this organization. We needed move some things out of the house while we were doing some renovations. It was easy for us to store things in a storage unit and still have access to it.

This lady Virginia was so helpful and made sure I understand everything I would give her a 10 if I could and she was very nice.

The place is very well kept and there are carts available to help you with your move. The only thing I they could improve is marking the roads with the arrows in the correct direction around the units.

They were more than excellent. We are a military family and we really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff were through the whole process. The facilities are ALWAYS clean! Every time I stopped by my unit there was always someone sweeping, waxing or spraying to make the place truly immaculate. I wish I could give 10 stars! I highly recommend this location :)

I moved down here from the north with a 27-foot U-Haul and had no problems accessing my facility. The manager was super helpful, answered all of my questions, took me through the facility to see my unit and found me a great deal for a very reasonable rate. I stored stuff in here 2 years ago and was paying $110 for a 10x15 climate. My price has hit $200 now. The last years increases have been insane. Not even 3 months and now raising billing during the same cycle with no one month warning. Hello BBB complaint incoming. Hiking up prices during Covid, a pandemic when people are losing jobs and places to live and need somewhere to keep their stuff is beyond just taking advantage of people. Two friggen years and the magnetic lock to my door still not fixed after God knows how many complaints. The place is clean and has AC but the audacity to take advantage of people at a time like this is infuriating. My wife and myself are also veterans, always bothered me they offered no discount.

Went above and beyond to help us after we encountered problems with local moving company. Even gave us water and offered to open adjacent storage unit to place items after we had to repack and reorganize storage unit due to movers error. I have been a customer here for a few years now, and I’ve always had a good experience. Today I went in to downsize to a smaller unit. Brian was so helpful and patient with me! He took me to see the options in person, so I would know what my choices were. I told him I had to talk to my daughter, and when we came back he took us around again so she could see the different units, too! After getting us all set up with our new unit at a great price, Brian came and checked on us when we were moving from one space to another. He reminded us to take a break, and he even brought us water! I’m seriously glad that we chose this storage facility. This level of service is rare, and I truly appreciate it.
