I cant begin to tell you how pleased I am to use this place for my storage needs. I met Natalie on the phone as I was calling around. She was quick with her answers and was very accomodating. Although she did not have the size I really needed she was still helpful in helping me to secure the largest unit available. Each time I went in she knew my name and greeted me. Shed ask if there was anything I needed as it related to my storage unit.I later met Amy who was just as curteous and caring. I had an unfortunate incident in which I had to get a new lock after losing a set of keys. Amy was quick in providing me with an extra lock they had at no cost. Natalie removed the old lock for me and got me into my unit.These two have been, by far, the nicest ladies Ive met at any storage unit Ive been to. I would highly reccomend using Life Storage for you storage needs. If ever I have a need for storage they will be my first choice.

I was able to rent a storage unit quickly and easily (on a Sunday afternoon, no less), with the ready assistance of reps, both over the phone and on-site, at the facility I chose. I completed the rental agreement/payment online, at home, then drove to the facility, where the manager escorted me to my unit, demonstrated the lock mechanism and changed my access code to one that was shorter (and easier to remember). I appreciate that they offer month to month rentals, rather than requiring longer term contracts. The facility where I am renting is new, clean, well-lighted, secure and convenient, both to my home and my work commute.

Erin helped us to sign up and start our contract. He explained everything in detail and put up with us wanting to see many storages. He really help us decide the right option for us. Great customer service.

I lost the key to my storage unit sadly, went there and The clerk, Teresa helping another customer. Waited only a few minutes and she was delightful and courteous, Ken was super fast and got my lock cut in seconds. They were wonderful and I’ll be happy to come here to take care of business in the future.

I just want to say that I had an awesome experience. The gentleman Quinn was very helpful and polite. I would recommend this place anyone. Better service than any other storage place I’ve tried.

I saw a price for a unit online. When I got to the office it had changed and the person behind the counter would not honor the online price. They also make you rent a lock for $18 and buy their insurance. None of these things were online. Careful for bait and switch and hidden fees.

After being here almost a year they raised my rate from 318 to 400. I decided to move my belongings. Once i got to the back wall i found a HUGE COCKROACH infestation in my unit! Absolutely disgusting! Cant get anyways to answer the phone. Avoid at all costs!

Everything went smoothly, from start to finish. My husband reserved a unit online and we were able to move everything in the next day. The complementary rental truck made things so much easier. Brittney took care of us and was very nice and helpful. Security appears to be tight. So I feel like our belongings are safe here.

Very nice storage place. Staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a van for customer use that can hold a 1-2 bedroom household, which I love using when needed. Not the cheapest place, but with the added use of the van its so worth it.

I rented a unit on 11/5/2018 (forgot her name) and the Representative was EXTRA NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. Excellent facilities, amazing customer service, and the best rates in town along with affordable rental of Moving Van. I will never go anywhere else for storage rental. I have been spreading the word with my co-workers and for me, they are Highly recommended!!

(Remember to bring your own lock) Ive rented 3 separate times from this place when i was in the middle of moving. Prices are modest, but the amount of amenities that accompany the cost of initial ownership are unprecedented. I really appreciate how easy the management has always made signing up easy for me and let me get a hold of the space I need.

I used the easy online site to reserve my unit with a discount prior to arrival. No long waits. Best rates I found here vs other storage companies. The unit appeared very clean as did the hallways and floors. We were quickly serviced. Robin was very professional, helpful, thorough and a very pleasant person overall! Hope she is due for a raise!

The storage space that was rented by a family member who unfortunately lost everything due to bed bugs in this facility. His belongings were auctioned off. Bugs are not covered under the contract. Very upsetting for him. He lost everything that was in his storage unit. Precious memories that cannot be replaced. Beware of this place.
