Factory reset my phone and locked it out, gave me my refund FOR FIXING MY SCREEN but now my phone is no good.

Got my phone fixed on the the 13 was told that if it starts to crack or anything bring it back so I did and then was told it wasn’t their problem cause a screen doesn’t just crack on its own but it’s clear that if you don’t do anything to a phone haven’t dropped it or anything after the phone was fixed then it’s the way it was out on and they are saying that it’s not their problem won’t go there again

They fixed my phone quickly and the price was reasonable. you get what you pay for the cheaper screen cracked in less than a week. I didn’t even drop it. 🤷‍♂️

This is a great place to receive phone/screen repairs and other services! I went in for a screen repair, Chris & John were helpful and attentive throughout the process. The repair didn’t take long and the staff were very friendly. Their prices are the best around town (& I called a few different shops). Definitely recommend for your phone needs.

They are super friendly and provide quick service for an affordable price! I went to get my screen replaced. Once I got home I noticed a bright spot on the screen almost the size of a dime. They did replace the screen again very quickly and got it fixed. Now my home button is getting stuck pressed down at times and it’s difficult to type at times since I have to repetitively press certain letters. The screen is being difficult again. I think their products for replacement are not up to par. I would’ve rather went to the store I regularly visit and spent $70 instead of $50 here.

We’ve always had great experiences at The Cell Xchange on W Daughtery in Lakeland, and this past week they practically performed a miracle on my shattered iPhone! I gave it up for dead but they were sure they could fix it, and they did so in no time! They even offered to buy it if I wasn’t completely satisfied, and were ready to make me a great deal on a phone if I wanted to replace it. When I discovered a glitch with my repaired phone the next day, they happily and quickly made that final fix, at no extra charge. The staff is great, the store is modern and clean, and they repair and sell phones and wireless service—so they do it all, A to Z! Highly recommend and will remain a loyal customer.

Fast, friendly help. My sisters iPhone 6s died unexpectedly. I took it to total wireless for diagnostic. Unfortunately, it was the motherboard. I had an older iPhone 6 at the house that needed a battery so they replaced the battery, took my SIM card out and put hers in so she would have a phone to use with her number in it while she decides what phone to purchase. These guys were very patient with all my questions and several phone calls after I got home (I assumed the SIM card would carry everything over from her phone but it doesn’t. 🤷‍♀️ Live and learn. Lol) Thanks for everything guys! Well done!

The service was fast and cheap but the quality of the screen i’ve got isn’t that good. i see the colors a little bit differently now, still getting used. they should just be sincere and let their customers know that for $40 they get some average quality aftermarket screen instead of assuring them that they don’t compete with anybody. but i guess it was my fault since i was the one trying to save some money

Tommy immediately diagnosed the problem with my phone and ordered parts. The next day I discovered an individual promotion to me on a new phone from my provider. Tommy was gracious enough to allow cancellation of the repair. I will go back here for all my repair needs in the future. While in the store I noticed another employee providing excellent advice and great service to another customer. Great place to do business.

Im reading reviews here and sounds amazing!! Were with sprint who is horrible !!! Contract is up in two weeks thankfully ... They fixed my iPhone 7, and I must say it was fast and friendly service. The Tech, Tommy was fun to talk to and made sure my phone was working right when I left. Just dropped off s Galaxy S7 Edge and I have no doubt in my mind that they will take care of my phone like it was there very own. Horrible service, the man who “fixes phones” seems to be on some kind of drugs I brought my daughter screen to be replaced and he took 2 days to fix it and ended up leaving glass behind the home button then broke the power button, also the phone was glitching, I confronted him about it and his story was all iPhone 6 Plus are no good, no those drugs your on are no good, you left glass in the phone and didn’t put all the screws back, after arguing with him for 20 I told him to put the broken screen back on the phone and that I wanted a full refund he said no at first then after another 10 min he gave me my refund I took it to the place on Kathleen (xtreme wireless) and he fixed the phone right in front of me in less then 1 hour phone is working great now. Don’t waste your money here.

Excellent customer service! I came here to switch out my tempered glass screen protector (which is amazing btw. If you dont have one, get it!!) Tommy greeted me right away and was able to smoothly remove the glass cover. After he put the new cover on, he went out of his way to make sure my phone was clean before he handed it back to me. This was my first visit at this stop and I had no idea about the huge selection of phones and accessories! If you havent been to this store yet, I highly recommend checking them out. They have everything you need!

So I’ve written maybe three reviews ever but these men deserve this one I’ve dealt with these gentlemen a couple times i actually break my phone more than necessary but Ken and Tommy are awesome definitely the best pricing I’ve seen even outside of their promotional period . Tommy always talks to me about what exactly is the issue with my phone prior to fixing it and Ken is always friendly and informative . Hopefully i stop breaking my phones but even so I’ll continue doing business with them . Great guys .
