If you happen to be in need of an incredibly patient & helpful sales representative for T-Mobile, ask for Carly shes absolutely amazing and by the way check out her nails.

I Bought a Go To glass screen protector 6 months ago when I bought my new S21+ because the Go To glass screen protector has a lifetime warranty on it.When I went to the store about two months ago to get a replacement glass screen protector because this $80 started to crack and spider web across the screen there was a man who helped me, he ordered another Go To screen protector for me and it was delto my house in less than a week.HOWEVER. Today when I went to the store because this GoTo screen protector started to do the same this woman had to ask another woman about my question and how to order another Go To glass screen protector. They WOULD NOT order another glass Go To screen protector for me at all. I purchased this $80 screen protector because they said I could always have it replaced whenever and if it starts to crack. Un like the first time I had this replacement for the Go To screen protector this time I got no customer service. I plan on having the screen protector cost returned to my account since the lifetime warranty ended all of the sudden.

I am a disabled Veteran and was refused service at this location because I am unable to wear a mask due to service connected disabilities. Lady inside was very rude. They dont support military or veterans.

I was having a bad anxiety attack and a girl named Amy calmed me down she gave me a fidget cube and a piece of gum as she looked at my phone to try and help me fix the problem . She gave me some options she called some places and did everything above and beyond to help me . Since 2 pm August 6th I was unable to get into my phone . I believe I may have squeezed it too hard when I was mounting it back in the phone holder in my car . . I waited patiently for 1,880 minutes to be unlocked from my phone . Successfully and miraculously there was no data lost . I am able to use my phone again . Thanks again Amy and t mobile 98 North store u rock!

They used to have good customer service here. Now its all about how many phones they can sell. Also pay close attention to the knowledge they have of the phones they sell. They try to sell you phones that are not as good as others phones, example tell me how a 3 GB phone is faster than 8 GB internal ram phone its not. They try to sell cheaper phones because they make $10 a sale per phones, so that would convince you to buy it than to think it twice, and they lose a sell. Now where they messed up was where they made irreversible changes to my account, that would require many hours and days of follow up on the phone with T-Mobile reps trying to fix what they messed up and was never asked to change.

Alex took good care of me. Just an fyi, the last guy neglected to tell me about a $50 restocking fee. But I found out if you buy online no fees to return.

T-Mobile service is always on point and quick. Very knowledgeable.

Just went this morning to upgrade my phone and the service was incredible, Noor, the manager that helped me was very friendly and speedy, he helped me transfer my phone data and got me going within 30 minutes, but the service was so great it felt like 10! His coworker Alex was also very helpful as well and both were a pleasure to talk to ! The store condition was perfect and the best service Ive ever received from a T-Mobile store ever! If I have an issue theyll be the first I go to.

My wife and I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I was helped immediately by Mimi. She was professional and courteous. I also asked her about my tmobile having a military plan. She informed me there was a plan and explained to me everything and what my final bill would be. Mimi also took time to install both my phones screen savers. I would like to say that because of Mimis professional demeanor and knowledge of products and services I walked out feeling confident that I had received the best care and experience that tmobile could provide. I went to this store to see if I could find the phone that I want but the employees there looked like they didnt want to sale because when I opened the door they didnt even said Hi, welcome or something, I understand that they were busy with other customers, actually it was two employees, each of them with one customer and that was it but wed waited on them to at least say something to us but they didnt said anything, they are sales employee they have to be polite at least if they really care about their job and the customer, the guy looked at me and he didnt say anything so me and my husband walked out the door because we decided to leave to another store that really want to sell and that the employees are polite.

Corporate store. They are extremely rude and would not help us in the least. We have been with T Mobile for more than 5 years. Ridiculous. The customer care even called them on our behalf and they still would not help us. Our business shall go elsewhere, I guess you dont really care about your company or commission.

Marcos gave us wonderful service .He went above and beyond to help us solve a problem of returning equipment . He was polite and was vvery very helpful when others at your return center could not do. Thank you Marcos. He truly is a great manager.

If you are looking for a commercial/business account and get introduced to Brian C. run the other way. I love my personal lines and have had for 3 years with T-Mobile, but I had the worst experience with setting up an account for my business. Brian does not know what he’s doing, and will avoid problems all together. Nothing matched quotes I received, and after 4 months of dealing with “we’re working on it” my bill was showing overdue amounts of $3k plus while all the while I was paying what I was quoted. I finally had to go direct to the CEOs office to get resolved since he and his own supervisor just stop responding to my emails. The CEOs office promptly resolved the issue within a few days, clean and neat. I am still happy with and keeping my personal lines account only due to the prompt and professional service of the CEOs office(Thank You Alyssa!)

The rep couldnt answer the questions on the problems I was having on my LG6 because he has a smartphone. If your selling the product THAN KNOW THE PRODUCT. So I left there as frustrated as I went in.Oh, then I wanted to buy a new screen protector. Im told I cant that it is built in to the phone. I told him, I stood here and watched the rep put it on! After he took my case off, he discovered it had a double screen protector on it. And stated, Ive never seen that done. Why they did that, I dont know. But we dont sell these anymore. Great! The film is lifting.BECAREFUL ON WHAT T-MOBILE TRIES TO SELL YOU! ODDS ARE, YOU DONT NEED IT!!!

I will not return to this store. The people were more than rude and not at all knowledgeable about their own product or plans. I had to contact T Mobile directly to submit correct information for my credit. Personnel at the store clearly did not have it correct. Their mistake would have cost me about $200.

Terrible customer service.... All they want to do is see you a new phone or service and not help current customers. I went there today to hand in a phone that was recalled and they said the process takes over and hour since I was on break they said that to just get me out of the store so they could sell the next person in line. I went to the south side store and it took less than 15 minutes and I ended up pre ordering two new phones with them instead. My office is right by this store but Im going to just make the drive to the south side from now on.

I requested them to fax a form to our phone insurance and they didnt. And after paying for the deductible i ended waiting for an entire week for a phone.Also every time we have talked to diferent sale person they all have said, offered and contradicted every thing the other have said previously.

There are some employees who tell you that the cell phone cover and screen protector is free and then when the bill comes, they charge you in installments in each payment! That is cheating for them to earn their commission so beware of the sellers of that store!
