I recently ran into this place and so far it’s my favorite place to go grocery shopping. It so clean and they have so many different kinds of fresh vegetables! This place knows how to have a good time while shopping for your goods.. sometimes you will see people specially dads shopping “shocker.. I know” but I understand why they would be there and it’s because outside of the store you can purchase beer or drinks and when you see those dad strolling thru the store with their drinks.. it just makes sense why my husband likes it here! Not only they make it enjoyable to shop but also they have friendly staff, great selection of fruit and vegetables but their deli is amazing!!! Also they have a restaurant that it always seem busy but you can see those plates look really good 😊

The very best foods. they also have coffee bar, an outdoor seating area, rice and Ramen bowls, the BEST pizzas that are self serve $3.49 per slice. all made fresh!! some bulk items, organic peanut butter, cashew butter, fabulous bakery! you have to try

I love that Lakeland has a Greenwise Market. As a family we go often just for meals rather than shopping. It is so close to my home I consider myself lucky. I try to shop every week and appreciate the rewards. Always the best produce. But, I must say when I was shopping Sunday September 26 I was disappointed. I purchased blackberries which were not up to your standards. Both containers were moldy by Wednesday night. I realize you cannot determine quality at all times but this is the first time at your store. I will be more careful in buying in the future.

From great to decaying. Always had a great experience and visited often for lunches. Food was great. Last time portions were cut in half and quality was not longer a served. Wont be returning.

I am fairly new at being a Greenwise customer.. today I had planned on taking home a salad from the buffet. But as soon as i walked up to it, I observed a youngster (about 7, i guess) put his fingers inside the mashed potatoes and sample it. No parents around, unsupervised. This really bothered. Greenwise, you should at least have a notice that children around the buffet must be supervised. I just left the store dissapointed and with no salad (and probably never again).

Everything looks so good and fresh ! From the coffee and to the beer to the pizza to the soup to the soap to the flavors bacon to burrito bowls .. nice workers asking if we need help

Love this place! Great selection of cheeses, niche baked goods, meats and other goodies. A cross between Whole Foods and Fresh Market, just on a smaller level.

Like this store first two times i shopped there. Third time i noticed flies inside the salad bar/chicken bar area that were landing and sitting on the food. I Let two employees know. They just stood there talking and they said ok but just stood there and didnt go check on it or remedy the issue or remove any food that had been contaminated ( i know because i continued to shop there a while) and no one went and checked. Was definitely off puting. Made me wander about the other food areas.. other than that i liked it. I wouldnt be buying from those sections for sure.

It was nice but was short on the food prepared. We were party of six, only two were happy with choices. I have been before with husband & was pleased with amount & choice they served.

My 2 issues with this store...#1- the stench of the soap you have placed right next to the registers. It stinks! I have to avoid half the store bc of it. #2 train people how to pack bags! Didnt think this would be an issue - until I saw my raw fish being placed ontop of my bread! And are bags that expensive that they need to try to fit everything you buy in only one bag? 4 jars of spaghetti sauce should not be put in one bag plus other items as well, do you want the bag to break or just lazy?

In addition to being a great grocery store with more unique items and then Publix, GreenWise has incredible lunch options! They have burrito bowls, sushi, sandwiches, pizza, and custom pasta as well as a salad bar and random items you can customize into your own meal. There’s a cool seating area with a coffee shop and an awesome outdoor place to hang out. We love taking our daughter here and grabbing lunch together.

Come into this magical place. There is none like it in Lakeland. First off, the prices are still the same at a regular Publix when comparing apples to apples. The true magic comes from what this store offers that other Publix stores do not offer. All the organic and fresh produce you can stuff you mouth with. Also, this place has the largest kombucha selection I have seen. There is a bar, pizza place, asian market, hot wings, salad bar, sandwhich deli shop and much more. There are a ton of self checkouts. There is out door seating to eat food. Parking lot has bright lights. 10 out of 10, would go here for lunch or dinner.

Im not an organic person and I love GMOs, but Id recommend this place to those who are. I never imagined hanging out outside a grocery store in patio furniture drinking tap beer and eating sushi, but thats what we did. They have fresh pizza and good tacos too.

I really like this place but Im disappointed that the Natural and Organic Beauty Products will be gone soon. Im seen a lot of Non Natural, Non Organic and Non Vegan Beauty products on the shelves. Again, super disappointed. But I guess you cant blame the store. Its the people that dont like anything good and Healthy.

Beginning to really like this store. Registered for Rewards program, went to redeem promised $5 credit on $10 purchase and all went as promised at checkout. Will keep going back.

Awesome store! Not only is it a grocery store, but it has a bar as well. Its got a crazy huge deli with Sushi, Burrito bowls, Pizza, and a Buffet as well.

I went in to get ramen and Cheerios were BOGO as well!

First time here, it is a very nice store. People are friendly. I found what I was looking for. A very clean store.

Enjoy coming here. The staffing is very helping and interacted with the kids when have open time. Does have more special or specific food/drinks then what one finds at a regular Publix.

This place is beautiful. Great selection. Build your own tacos, bowls, asian food options. Very clean, appealing, really comfortable seating outside and in the Pour section. Lots of gluten free, vegan, and organic products.

Great store and selection . I love the salad bar . But disappointed in the noodle bowls. Very high priced for just Romen noodles just like the cheap ones . Not any different from the ones you make at home.

Food was not GreenWise quality. West Palm Beach was much better. Very small store. Why? Could be a gold mine with right corporate leadership. Be different. Train personnel that everyone that walks in the door is related to President Trump or George Jenkins. Treat the manager like a genius that is autonomous in paying his employees for every contribution. Challenge employees for selling points or being on call or made a customer feel like her request was a reason to touch base with another friend. Have demonstrations. Revitalize the Jenkins spirit. Employee owned stock was just the beginning. Dream bigger.

Not sure why they have a sushi bar but dont make rolls to order. Very strange. If it isnt pre-made and in the pick up fridge, then you cannot have it, even if they have the ingredients to make it.

Wondering why the person making Ramen Bowls apparently does not speak English. He had to repeat what he was saying several times before I realized they were out of Pork. When asked if he could add carrots, broccoli or any extra vegetables he could to the bowl, I got nohing.... Even though I had ordered it that way before.Sorry for the negative review, but Florida continues to flounder with providing reliable and honest customer service, even though the demand for it is so high here (and no this is not Covid related, it has often been lacking since I have lived here no matter what type of customer service the business seems to have (contractors and food service, automobile repair seem to top the list).Publix stores usually offer great customer service. It is in the deli and food service areas where they seem to have problems.

My husband and I love shopping here as well as relaxing at the coffee-beer-wine and smoothie counter and enjoying a glass of wine or beer or an iced coffee etc!! The employees are always welcoming and friendly and make you feel like family. Savannah and Camryn are great!!

Couldnt believe they serve tonkatsu ramen! Delicious ramen at that!! Definitley a place to check out.

I don’t like grocery stores. That being said, it is a joy coming to this GreenWise. I actually look forward to it which is sort of embarrassing to admit. The staff are insanely friendly, whoever is training them/over them is doing a phenomenal job and other stores should follow suit. The food is always fresh. The layout of the store makes it so easy to quickly grab whatever you need. I just wish they were in Tampa but whenever I am in Lakeland, GreenWise is on my list of stops. I’ve never posted a review for a grocery store but when a place is this good, it deserves a shout out. Bravo, you guys, keep doing what you’re doing! 👏

Dont bother shopping here. As a once weekly shopper Im hugely disappointed to see what was happening at Greenwise this evening. Shelves are being cleared out with some of our most loved products only to be replaced with candy, cookies, chips, and an array of other junk food products. With a Publix directly across the street with plenty of unhealthy food options Im shocked to see they are redoing the one store that used to stand alone as a wonderful place to find healthy, organic choices. Back to Chamberlins it is. Very disappointing Publix.

Greenwise was awesome. We used to rant and rave to friends and family about how awesome Greenwise is because of the quality niche products they carried and their role in supporting lesser mainstream businesses. Unfortunately, the recent choice to replace 1/5th of the products that made Greenwise a unique shopping experience with big name brands to increase sales was short sided and puts them in “sell out” status.

First time shopping, went to go find something different for lunch. When you walk in its very inviting. They have a cold deli with open pre-made sandwiches that you can customize, fresh pizza station, hot food and soup bar, oriental station, and fresh salad and cold pasta bar. Kids really enjoyed the fresh pizza and wings, they had Garlic Parmesan, Buffalo, and Carolina Gold. Except for the Carolina Gold, the smoke flavor was very overpowering. Two nice seating area, inside cafe or outside patio/w television. We sat inside the cafe. Observing the employees they were very friendly and helpful and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I guess not knowing how the store was setup, delayed me in coming here, if you liked Luckys and Earth Fare you will enjoy Green Wise.

I did not have a good experience..I shopped hear for my organic fruit for a smoothie,, after the shopping was completed I went to the cash register where a store clerk was helping another customer in from of me,he rudelytold me to go to another register..I did not have much grocery..and as soon as another customer came behind me he actually welcomed the customer and help ring his grocery,,I was appauled,, this is unlike anything that I have ever experienced at a grocery store..train you store clerks to be courteous and help all customer and not pick and choose who you are going to help

Lots of fresh options, really nice place to pick up a bite to eat for lunch or dinner with a large amount of healthy, vegetarian,and vegan options. Pretty expensive but, hopefully, you get what you pay for.

It was our first visit, and we enjoyed the new store. Picked up some of the chicken wings, the freshly baked bread, and really were impressed with the meat section. I picked up two of what I would call Iowa Chops, thick cut pork chops to put on the grill. Looking forward to our next trip back.

I like the market. Everything was clean and stocked. Im giving only 4 stars because I felt the music was just a bit too loud for being ambient music. I couldnt hear my wife while she was next to me. As for pricing, it wasnt that badfor being an organic store. Just keep an eye on pricing. Some other stores sell some of the same products cheaper. All in all, not too bad at all. Thank you.

There is this one meat cutter named Mike that provides premiere customer service on top of being extremely handsome.

Its a perfect place for a casual meal! Very nice atmosphere and a reasonable price for a meal if you order in a savvy manner.

I absolutely enjoy this place I can eat bacon again thanks to their regular bacon. I buy the whole package at a time. I also enjoy their fresh fruits and gluten free Hawaiian bread. It makes excellent french toast eggs in a basket.

Organic and specialty groceries done the Publix-way. My time there with my wife and daughter was pleasant, even though there was a good crowd. My wife was very impressed by the selection of personal products. I was surprised to see certain brands on the shelves at all. GreenWise is definitely going to fulfill a demand for the more health conscious and fitness focused shopper. Quality customer service and unique offerings are the phrases that best describe the experience. While more niche stores have offered similar items, this is truly the one-stop shop for this type of shopping. If this is what is to be expected, then I cant wait to see what they will offer as the store improves and customers become more aware of their services.

Superb variation of food. The salad bar was fresh and full. The assorted bread is mouth watering. Everything smelled so good, Im sure you can go and eat here for months and not eat the same thing twice. Im very picky about what and where I eat, this is my new go to place. The bowls are fresh and have vegetarian choices. Do make sure you treat yourself to one.. or two of their fresh cookies. I recommend.. all of them. They have many choices of beverages also. They also have a deli bar aka wings by the box, not like Publix.. better. I will wait to go back though, let the hype die down a bit, way too crowded today. I picked up our dinner from there today. Was not disappointed at all. This will be my wifes and I afternoon date place.

Weve only ordered food, which is mediocre. We have tried it several times with different did selections. Its just not for us.

Loved the Greenwise store. First time visiting, lived up to my expectations. I wanted there to be unique products that I cant get elsewhere. We walked away with numerous treasures. We will be regular customers in the future.

All of the workers at “Pours” gave GREAT customer service. 10/10 would recommend!! Only downfall is they can’t accept tips which I believe they 100% completely deserve!!! Jacob & Savannah were so helpful with recommendations & gave wonderful customer service!! Give them a rise!
