A Nice unusual Publix. The store looks old on the outside but actually was recently remodeled and its very nice on the inside. Full of friendly staff.

Brody (Stock Specialist) went above-and-beyond in order to enhance my customer experience. I inquired a beverage that was not in stock. He checked the inventory, and even tracked me down in the store to provide information regarding the beverage. Eventhough, he is not directly in Customer-Service he displayed exemplary customer-service!!

Nice and clean. Employees are very nice and helpful. A little expensive at times. Their bakery section is REALLY GOOD! I jokingly call this place the Devil because of all the sweets. Lol. Impossible not to buy some type of pie/cake/tart. Be warned if you have a sweet tooth. Lol.

Great Publix, almost always has what I need. Parking lot is a little crowded but the interior is great. Staff, products, cleanliness, all top notch. A solid Publix, definitely what you expect and want!

This store was recently remodeled, and it was worth the wait! The new layout is very nice.If youre not using the Publix app to make your grocery list, you should definitely give it a try. It will automatically sort the items in your list, by which aisle in the store the item can be found in.

As usual they had what I went in for and checkout was quick and easy.

This was my second time into this Publix location. I have to say I am impressed work the cleanliness of the store. The deli department was very friendly. The lady that made my sandwich for me was very polite. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

I have been going to this location for 18 years. Even after they tore it down and rebuilt the store. The problem theyve always had is never enough products so I have to go the other locations so I can complete my recipes. Even with the brand new bigger store still dont carry everything. I think they need to reevaluate who keeps running for inventory control. But the staff is wonderful and very helpful at all times.

Its always a pleasure to shop at Publix. Everyone is always willing to stop what they are doing to help. The new helper up front, Clayton, was great. After helping us we saw him rush across the parking lot to offer his help to someone else in need. Hes very nice!

My publix at plantation Square is the best everyone is always friendly and helpful. The best place to buy groceries.

Although I prefer Publix to other markets this was the first time Ive been to this particular store. One word... Spectacular! I had heard from employees of other Publix stores it had been remodeled. In my mind that meant it was an older style store with new floors. Big deal right? Wrong. This could be the nicest Supermarket Ive ever shopped. Thats saying a lot because Ive been to them all. I love the new Publix at Kathleen Square. It also Spectacular. This Publix is easily as good and considering its a remodel of an older store that is pretty amazing. Definitely 2 Thumbs up.

Let me say first I love Publix. But tonight I thought I would go get a sub from there and a chili cause I think it’s the best!! Was I wrong the deli was already put away all veggies on a large tray as all the juice is mixed together I was shocked it was 845pm I asked if they closed at 9 they replied we no we just. Normally start shutting down at 8 pm this is the first time I have ever seen this I was thinking maybe it’s new and they said no I’m still shocked at my experience I had tonight I don’t think I will be going back to this deli I may have to take that drive to lake Gibson store I looked forManagement and couldn’t fine one... crazy

AS USUAL, this, and for that matter EVERY Publix Ive ever entered is everything a person would want to experience when shopping - well lighted, perfect order in each department, and CLEAN.I stopped for some of their fried chicken wings and even though they did not have the ones I wanted - NON Seasoned Breaded - they told me to come back in 15 minutes to make the purchase. Of course when I returned I acquired a box and I was amazed at the size of the wings!!! They were TWICE the size of regular wings and NOT just because of breading.Of course, while shopping around during my wait I ended up purchasing a few of the advertised BOGO selections which were less expensive than a comparable size at Sams Club.

Disappointed meat dept. And deli Dept. cant do services they used to do as in slice whole hams/with bone deli cant cut lg chicken breast in half before frying on special orders. Too bad, they dont accommodate the customers as before.

Where shopping is a pleasure is quite true at this location. I find the selection and freshness of produce to be much better than another location on this side of town. Also, the employees seem to be much more attentive and efficient in serving their customers and store.

Yes I like publics but the thing is that I believe the price should be lower if your company is based in the city prices need to be lower for low income families I love your bungos buy 1 get 1 free but as far as shopping full time I just couldnt because of financial issue but I did get my shot there everything went well and Ill be there in another week to get my 2nd covid so again thank you well be back for bungos but Im too poor to shop there full time

One of the best Publixs Ive shopped in awhile. Large selections. Fruit/produce in great condition. Huge selection of ice creams & ice pops (my favorite)!! Easy to find everything. And the cashier Niyah, and the bagger (male, about 23-24 yrs old, white, with glasses and kinda shaggy hair) (sry i didnt look @ his name) both were really sweet people and made me smile - completing a perfect shopping experience. This grocery is very clean and up-to-date on their products. They have everything I need!

As much as I love Publix Deli, this stores deli in particular is the worst Ive ever seen. THREE times in a row when I ordered online they were well over a half hour late every single time. And every one of those times we had to approach someone and let them know we were waiting. One time after he made them he practically threw them at us when he was done and didnt say anything to us. Like it was our fault or something that their staff is awful.Too bad, too, because I love shopping at Publix and their staff is usually very good. I just have to avoid this store from now on.

I am a life long fan of Publix, but today the deli staff of this store put a large stain on the brand. Oddly enough as I came here to leave this review, there was another negative review regarding the deli just two weeks ago. So without going into too much detail, Ill make it very straight. Lets say you order a premium sub, but you want less meat on it. Lets say it comes with a pound of premium meat, so I say I only want a half of pound of the meat on my sub. Obviously they arent going to charge less for the sub. But lets say you want to replace a half of pound of premium meat with a cheaper meat, would you leave the price alone? Most people would say yes. But the staff of the deli on 4-5-21 @around 6pm felt that I should pay more for the sub. Note the weights I used are total examples, but in the realm of weighs that half pound of lesser meat would actually weight about 1/8 of a pound. So this went through three staff members at the deli, and I can understand the first person didnt know, but then with the next two firmly stating thats how it is, with a sarcastic have a nice day to follow as I walked off. Only cements my decision to not return to this store. Now I did voice my complaint to the manager Eric. Now I use his name because he did everything right, he understood the ridiculousness of their claim, and Im sure publix has firm customer service rules that werent followed. The issue is, when i had received such resistance to make a sub a certain way, why would I have those that refused to do it my way do it after their manager tells them to do so. Food preparation is something that I believe should have the highest of standards, and Im sorry but I no longer trust the staff behind that counter. Again, I still love publix as a whole, and I love the stores on 98n and Kathleen. And Eric did everything right. But Im just tired of a lack of customer service and common sense.

I love shopping here and what theyve done with the new place. But the deli is just terrible. They are so slow and can never seem to get an order in on time. Then when you go to get it made in the store itself They take forever. At one point a lady left the counter and didnt show back up for about 5 minutes or maybe longer. At that point myself and others waiting just decided to leave. Every time I come to this specific location I end up waiting 20 minutes or longer. I recommend going to a different location for any deli needs. This place is just consistently awful.
