This five star review is just for Kathy at the deli department. We ordered subs about 15 minutes to close. Kathy was the nicest sandwich maker we have ever had. She made sure that all of our needs were met and exceeded all expectations. Kathy deserves to be supervising this place as the guests needs and experience is her top priority. Kathy had very good manners, and was extremely nice. I was so surprised at her attitude because we came in so close to closing. She was constantly smiling and making fun conversation with us, and making us feel like a valued guests. I hope that her superiors see this review and take notice of her impeccable service. Kathy we love you and we love your sandwiches. We will be back.

Cile is a great cashier. She is very nice and attentive and follows my bagging instruction every time. I wish there was more cashiers like her around!

Came here on way out to airport in TB in June of this year to go back to Oklahoma. Went to Bakery area and bought some macaroons and other baked goods. Very delicious. Bakery staff quite friendly and knowledgable. Bakery staff also showed a great deal of pride in what they do. Just all around great experience for the time we were there.

Past few times Ive been to the produce department, a lot of the strawberries have had mold on them. Some other issues with freshness as well.Also, the sub bread is always rock hard all the way through. Ive ordered subs at various times throughout the day and it doesnt make a difference.

We went for our Moderna booster shots. Made an appointment and you still had to wait..the pharmacist does not pinch your arm so itll hurt.

This is a smaller Publix.No self checkout. No open salad bar like at Pablo? No Chinese restaurant like Lake Mariam. Still had that great customer service which Publix was built on.

The best Publix Ive ever shopped at. Aisles are wide, clean and fully stocked. The checkout experience is smooth and fast. Also, the employees are extremely helpful and nice.

Clean and friendly. Id recommend Publix at Lake Miriam instead if its convenient to you. They have the best selection and service of anyone around.

Friendly, helpful pharmacy staff. A woman had a prescription with some over-the-counter items included and seemed unsure what to get, so someone from the pharmacy went with her to the proper aisle to help her.

Well stocked. However it took a very long time to make two sandwiches, and we got there when there wasnt a wait. The lady was overly friendly, like you could tell it was forced friendliness. The sandwiches were delicious, but when we left the line was deep.

Customer service is always excellent, even with the supply chain problems now.

Website says they have item in stock when in reality they dont.Employees dont offer help.My mom says shes found expired products on the shelf here.Produce section is really small.No self checkout.Publix is the most overrated chain in my opinion.

COVID shoots takes two hours after you arrive with a appointment they treat you like cattle. Dont thank they care about anything but a pay check.

Of all the publix this is my favorite mostly bc I dont feel crammed in.....with that said my only issue is not so much with this store but is with publix in general.#1- I never thought Id have to specify how to pack a grocery bag but apparently I do. Dont put raw food with cooked food or anything else for that matter.... I thought that would be common sense but apparently not.#2- Dont cram everything into a single bag....do you think its a smart idea to pack every single jarred item into one bag? 4 bottles of spaghetti sauce, Kalamata olives and EVOO- dont have to be a genius to see that the bag wont hold, but apparently the baggers dont see an issue with it.#3 understand what KOSHER means, people dont want dairy and meat/fish being put in the same bag.

Beautiful store,always clean and easy to find what you need. Very courteous and friendly employees willing and eager to help you. A very nice store to go to.

I had an appointment for a covid shot for 430pm and it is now after 5 and still waiting....a gentleman ahead of me has been here an hour.....when you make an appooitment for this pharmacy you can be late as they dont seem to have a clue what an appointed time means.

Pharmacy at this publix is undertrained and poorly staffed. After dropping off a PRESCRIPTION for TOOTHPASTE we waited 3 HOURS called back and were told they couldn’t find it... then after more back and forth found out she found it and said it’sNot ready and wouldn’t be ready till tomorrow because that’s when we were going to pick it up no one asked us that I would think Publix would be better trained than that

I really like shopping at Publix. It is always clean and neat. Most of the time I can find, everything I need. If not there is always someone to help me. But, being an elderly person and living on S. S., It is very hard. I wish you could understand, that there are more people in my position, there are wealthy ones, and consider us in your prices.
