Had a great experience yesterday finding a new mattress and box spring for my Mom as she moved to assisted living!

I called Mattress Firm online assistance due to an issue I encountered when ordering a mattress. Apparently the delivery date was estimated for 02/22 which was not acceptable. I spoke to Inside Sales Associate, Joseph Marinelli. He worked with me to find a suitable replacement in my price range with a reasonable delivery date. I contacted him regarding a delivery delay email I received and he followed up and provided me updates until the bed was delivered. He went above and beyond to insure my satisfaction and is an asset to this Company. He was the reason that I decided not to look elsewhere for a new mattress. Also, once the delivery was scheduled, the process was smooth and the deliverymen were fast and efficient. Although there were a few snags, I am completely satisfied with my Mattress Firm Experience.

Staff were helpful.This is only a showroom so if you dont mind waiting for delivery is good place to stop.A little pricey but they occasionally have discounts and deals especially around holiday weekends.

Had a great experience picking out our bed. Phyllis Shorter was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose and showing us the different products. Definitely go see her if your in the market for a new bed.

Great experience & Matress Firm / Town Center. Phyllis was an efficient and great sales and business person. She had a nice bedside manner (haha) and was able to get a very fast delivery.

I had some issues with a really nice pillow that was delivered and had a defective zipper. I called Mattres Firm to see what we could do since I had just opened it and hadnt even used it. One associate said to being it in, but first wanted to verify with a manager. The associate called back and advised that they couldnt exchange it and to call the manufacturer. Long story short I was ping-ponged once or twice.Last time I called, I was luckily able to speak to Beverly, who told me, regardless of whether they could exchange it or not, she would handle the issue for me. Turns out the solution she came up with was to handle the warranty claim for me, she would order a new one from the manufacturer and handle returning to the manufacturer. She was solution focused, and made it her goal to fix it.I will definitely purchase more beds and bedding equipment from them when the need arises.

It was a pleasant experience. The gentleman named Jordan that works there was excellent and helped me and my expecting girlfriend find a new bed. It’s perfect! I have never experienced no pressure sales as I did today. Eric had such a peace and calmness about him that it transferred to the transaction. He explained differences between the mattresses and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and I was!! Thank you Eric!

First off the sales person Jordan was awesome!! He really helped to educate us on what could help us improve our sleep. The Tempur bed we chose is very nice and we cant wait to get it. I would recommend everyone to check out these stores.

We bought a tempur-luxebreeze and was told we could exchange it within our allotted time. Let me begin with, we were given a soft mattress instead of a firm mattress. We should have checked our receipt better. Thats on us. So...we went to exchange it. NOW they tell us we have to pay the NEW price difference since we got it on sale (plus 250, 10% and delivery which we knew we had to). That was about a total of $900. They knocked off the 250 but thats not enough. We still had to pay almost 700 since the current price had gone up. NOT FAIR!!!!

Very confusing experience. All mattresses felt the same. Price based on difference explained doesnt make sense. Not sure Im getting the best value for dollar.

So I went into mattress firm to exchange the mattress they just delivered on the 22nd. I was told that wasnt possible and to give it 3 weeks. I might mention 3 weeks wouldve been too late to return a mattress neither I or my husband could sleep on and I wouldve been stuck with a 3400 dollar mattress we couldnt use. Not only that but they charged me 20% and 100 dollars to restock. I understand a fee to restock but thats just stealing right there. Buyer beware and read the fine print before you purchase anything from here because they sure dont tell you this up front.

Went in just to get a body pillow the girl working was helping another customer at the time we waited patiently and when she was done she was awesome !!! She took down my info as needed for the pillow realized I was from the same state as her and like 20 away !! Had a whole conversation about it !! She was great if an when we need a mattress I would come back and ask for her just bc of that experience!! You never know how one person can have a great customer service impact on you until it happens and you walk out saying she was very nice !! My experience today was fabulous! Dustin was very, very helpful. He was very knowledgeable with explaining the differences between beds, foam mattresses, memory foam mattress, which ones were high density foams...who would have thought there was so much to know and consider when buying a bed! I came first in the morning, and the deal he proposed was so incredibly good that I came back in the evening and made my purchase. And Errol was fantastic as well! Both of these salesmen were very nice. I highly recommend coming to Mattress Firm in Lakeside Village, Lakeland Florida!

Went here to check out mattresses to see our options. Dustin asked what we wanted and actually listened. He only showed us mattresses that interested us. It was an easy process from beginning to end. Hes amazing and the price was amazing! Check them out.

I was in the market to upgrade my bed from a queen size to a king size bed. The first place I went was Mattress Firm located at Lakeside Village. The Gentleman who worked with me was Dustin. My gosh, I cannot say enough great comments about him. Dustin was knowledgeable and extremely professional. The education regarding the different mattresses Dustin imparted, was so helpful and allowed me to be a well informed consumer. I purchased a top of the line, king size bed, which also had controls to lift both my head and feet should I want to lounge and just read in bed. My fiancé and I will be getting married in 3 weeks and decided to start looking into upgrading from a full bed to a king size bed. I love the experience that I had at mattress firm. The first time I ordered online, but this time I went in person on July 18 2019. She was awesome it was like talk to a friend and the beds are awesome. Once we need beds again we will only go to mattress firm.
