Was greeted at the door which was a nice feeling. Store was very clean although parts were under construction. Did find a nice large wood cutting board w/non slip feet which delighted me the chef. We had also been seeking ice trays which we located here as well. We were only approached once while browsing which was perfect and not bothersome, we will definitely return to this location for other home goods.

Very clean store I got exactly what I needed. I found a perfectly sized golf umbrella, beautiful cloth napkins and rings to go with it, a adorable kitchen mat, face masks and a greeting card. I never knew bed bath and beyond sold birthday cards! The staff was helpful and professional.

Local store was out of stock on every item on a bridal registry. When thr store prints out the registry, it would be nice to include a current inventory status so you dont spend an hour searching for items not even in stock.

The last time that I shopped at this location there was such a calm ambiance. The store is well stocked but also clean and inviting. I found more than what I was looking for. Also, the cashier was so nice, fast but did an excellent job.

Mattress toppers well over priced compared to on line prices. No Bamboo sheets on floor have to order in line yet that’s one of most popular sheets today. And apparently not too concerned with covid as bathroom is disgusting.

I just recently got a new house and needed a ton of kitchen, living room, and bathroom decorations and organizers. Staff was very helpful in finding what I need, and I even got the plus program wich saved me a ton of money. Very nice staff and got quality items with a nice discount. Will be coming back to finish bedroom decorations!

Good selection and service. There is a new section now. It mostly deals with skin care and vitamins. The candle section is very nice, as is most sections of the store. A lot of discounts and coupons can be found online. Their return policy is fair too. Been going here for a while and they are very well run here.

This location had staff that actually cleaned surfaces after customers used it. Which was good to see.

Friendly staff. checkout staff may require more/better training because a quick swap turned into a very long and drawn out process and the manager or supervisor was focused on another task nearby and nobody else seemed to want to help. The store is stocked and each person was very helpful and friendly! I believe a little more training may make this a more efficient experience.

All I can really say is WOW! It is difficult for a retail outlet to get me excited about spending money, but BB&B pulled it off. We were assisted by one of their managers, Michael Patrick, and he was extremely helpful. Its as if he knew every single item he had in his store, and where it was located. Impressive to say the least. He had the kind of personality that befits his position. He made me want to stay and spend more money. My GF and I finally had to leave for another engagement, or I would have stayed to last call. Lakeside Village is lucky to have this store, with this wonderful manager, as part of its venue.

Left my shopping cart with lots of items to purchase right there in the store due to the manager with short black hair and glasses on. She speaks to her employees so awful and has the worst customer service. I could tell the employee was new and the way she talked to her when she had a question was beyond rude and she does it right in front of customers. Just a nasty person and shouldn’t be in charge of managing staff.

Wanted to see in person a meat slicer but unfortunately they do stock these in store.The sales representative was over the top helpful and took total control of ordering it for us and then walked us to the front so that we could pay. I was given a $15.00 gift card for my birthday to here. I explored the whole store. Let me just say. If you dont know how to cook you should come in here. They have all kinds of gadgets designed to do one specific job example they have a gadget just for cooking eggs a certain way. I know how to cook and thought it to be funny until I thought of my youngest brother who only knows how to fry his eggs well done. I know what hes getting for his birthday. BTW, I used my card and bought myself a new set of king sized sheets for my bed, they only cost me 1.89 out of my pocket. They were on clearance. I highly recommend just coming in and give this place a look.

Lots of inventory and my first time seeing toothpastes, daily care items which made the store feel more like CVS or Walgreens (higher end but with more items). Staff was nice. I didnt find what I went in for.

Product we wanted said it was on sale on shelf but they would not honor at cashier. Also, not happy that the corporation stopped selling My Pillow products. Stay out of politics!

This store had it fair shares of ups and downs over the years. Right now, I found it to be pleasant and you can tell they made some improvements. Staff were super friendly and the manager Andy was very professional. Definitely will be back to shop again.

Its one thing to have an employee that will ask if u need help or can i help u find it what ur looking for. But after the 3 time I was asked myself now my wife is with me at this point she gets ask 2 times her self as we get n line 2 check out mind u store is not busy at all 4 people tops n line now the same little short manager stand and blocks the door leading out as if he is keeping an eye on us! Now as soon as a line opened up he then walks off we had a kart full of things oh ya my 4 year old n 14 year like we where going 2 run out there store!! Guess he did like Puerto Rican

Not enough staff for check out. Waited in two lines for over a half hour and when I was next in line some manager came up and said shed take me on register...I told her to take the next person in line. I was already there for over a half hour I could wait until the person in front of me could get her bag and leave. Wasnt nasty about it but this happens everytime we are in there. Will not go there again.

I dont shop here anymore since they decided to get political and drop a perfectly good product because they dont agree personally with the founder.

Of course every time I go there I want everything I see. Lots of great things at reasonable prices.

A lot of shelves were empty. Had a problem returning items, made my opinion about the policy, threatened to call corporate, then manager helped with problem. Then I was satisfied!

Disappointing experience. Returning a present and the cashier puts it back onto the card without asking if it was mine. The manager is called over and can’t do anything about it.
