It is very GOOD that Lakeland, my HOME, has a HomeGoods. Well, maybe not always good on the pocketbook, but my home needs it. Oof, the jokes just get worse as I go. If you continue to read all I can say is thank you…It’s always an enjoyable trip going to HomeGoods. I was excited when I first saw one being built here and was consequently even happier once it finally opened.There’s just a ton of STUFF at these stores. You need a can opener? Go to HomeGoods. Need a smaller drawer with only 3 drawers and a worn white look? HomeGoods. Need a few specific spices and a turn table for your kitchen? Boom, HomeGoods. If there’s something really random I need for my house and I want a fairly reasonable price, HomeGoods really is a great option.

No better place for home decorations and unique furniture pieces. Prices are wonderful.

I love this store, no matter the location but I had a great experience with this lakeland store. I bought two beautiful and costly chairs and when I got them home, they didn’t match. When I went to return them I realized I did not have the receipt because we turned it in with our pick up slip (it was stapled together). I called and spoke to the manager and he went above and beyond to help me find it and after lots of digging, he found the pick up slip with the receipt attached. Hallelujah! He was very patient and I appreciate his help.

Linda...Linda....Linda is AMAZING!!!!! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE. She went of her way to help my mother and I. She was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I dont know how raises work here but she definitely deserves one. 🙂👍🏼🌞

Aisles are very close together. Cant get two carts down the aisle. All merchandise is packed on the shelves. Boxes block aisle. Very unorganized. Was disappointed with the store. Cashiers not very friendly.

TJ Maxx, Marshalls type of store for house wares. Good but not excellent.

Love finding beautiful pieces for my home when I come here.

My wife has spent plenty at this store. Rugs, sheets, and numerous other items that totaled a lot of money of the course of several months.She bought a bistro set for $200 and it was too small for the area we wanted to use it. We never took the labels off and it even had a yellow paper taped to it with our name. When we returned it on a Sunday I told the mgr that the receipt was at my office but because it had the labels still on it and our name it was obvious we bought it there. It was never used in any way. She insisted on giving me a gift card even though all I wanted was for them to credit my credit card. I even showed her the date we bought it on our visa. She said I would have to come back the next day with the receipt in order for them to credit my credit card.I came the next day with the receipt from my office plus the gift card and they couldn’t credit my credit card so they gave me the cash back.Total unnecessary hassle! It took almost an hour to get the receipt and then drive several miles to the store.The mgr Sunday was very curt and unhelpful. The person on Monday was much better but the damage had been done.Needless to say we will not patronize Home Goods in the future. I’ve never had this experience at Walmart, Home Depot or Lowe’s and this experience was totally unnecessary.

Great store. So excited we finally have a Home Goods. Something new every time I go. It changes weekly. Most items are very affordable and unique.

Everyone is very friendly. The gentle that help put my bench into my tiny car was terrific. He made it happen! Great place to shop

The store layout is difficult to navigate and shop as the aisles are tight and when busy, you cant get around other shoppers. Might have a great selection but just not easy to see.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. I was not spoken to at all while I was in the store yet passed by many employees. I was not even spoken to at the register. This experience was extremely shocking to me as I shop in home goods and TJ maxx frequently and know that customer service is what they pride there selves in. I requested a mark down on a comforter with a large stain on it and still was not spoken to by the cashier, just looked at the comforter and called a manager. The manager also did not speak to me just grabbed the comforter marked it down and left, which is expected. After markdown I had to ask how much it was marked down and all that I got was “she gave you 10%”. Not sure if employees are usually this way at this specific location but I was not impressed at all.

I really like this store, but Glenn, if you are that hungover that you have to be rude to customers, just call in sick. It took forever for him to ring me up, no line, one item, he couldnt even open a bag to put my purchase in it. His co-worker had to help.

Who doesnt love a bargain? Well if you dont then Homegoods isnt for you. All things home related and I get a lot of supplements here too. Ive decorated so many rooms with their lamps, pictures and rugs.

BUSY! It was a Friday afternoon. Lots of stuff for the house that my wife enjoyed looking at and asking herself if it was a want or a need As a guy, its wasnt for me but I went because my wife asked me to go. HomeGoods is the wifes version of my Home Depot and Lowes. She bought a bunch of stuff and is making plans to return before the weekend is over. Five stars cause my wife liked it, but it is not a store for guys...well, I say most guys, but that is when you imagine a world with only two genders.

Loved the variety they have, reminded me of the store At Home that I love to visit in Kissimmee without leaving the area. Process are reasonable and employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Poor customer service. Went in the store paying $150 and bought a 60 pound fish and had no assistance bringing it to the car. Manager didn’t apologize and said we should have asked for assistance. Very bad customer service. 2nd bad experience

Waited forever for Home goods to open as Ive shopped many times at the Brandon store. Nice store with interesting variety of merchandise and will definitely visit often. I was a bit disappointed after waiting in line to get inside that were absolutely no sales or specials for the Grand Opening!

I really like the store, but do wish they stocked better with gluten free items better.

They had a lot of fabulous things in here I got some great gifts for my dogs and some awesome cookie cutters there are many other things definitely worth going in

The tap feature should be contactless shouldnt ask for pin when checking out. It should work the same way as if I put my card in the slot. Employees should greet all customers.

Was very disappointed in their selection of merchandise. I usually go to the one in Orlando and walk through very impressed with merchandise. Have not been there in a while but this HomeGoods was not very well stocked.

It was a very nice store. They had it marked with markers, it was easy to fine things throughout the store. Went in for one or two things but walked out empty handed.
