It was actually a wonderful experience. The assistant manager was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable with all the different brands of bedding there. Although, it was very busy their she was able to come by and check on me to explain me the details of each bed I was laying on. That was amazing...

Very easy process. I wanted to bring a mattress home right away. The mattress firm I went to did not have one for me to take home but she called right away and found me one at another store and I just went and picked it up. Very nice and helpful people!

Patient and understanding to the fact that we have tried MANY different mattresses and are very interested in the many options the mattress in a box that are available. The main issue is when you are spending money and that amount of time on it you want to know it’s comfortable. Yes they offer 100 nights risk free but the problem there is sending it back and then finding another one. We wanted to try them before making our decision and Mattress Firm has several of them in store to try. Problem solved! 🙌🏼

My husband and I have been coming here for over 6 years and we have never had a bad experience.This time our salesperson, Dustin was very professional. He knows his way around mattresses, and I mean that in a good way 😂. He didnt talk down to us nor did he try and sell us anything we didnt want. We went to Mattress Firm specifically for Sheex (sheets) for our king adjustable bed. We had heard these sheets were nice and stayed on the bed. We have had problems with sheets staying on our bed since we bought it. The young lady showed us the Sheex on a king bed. Unfortunately they don’t carry them in store so we had to order them. It will take 5-7 business days for them to be delivered. The rep was very nice and friendly. Would recommend them and we will use them again should the need arise.

Lindsay Robbins was absolutely amazing helping us find the perfect mattress today! She was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. We did not expect to make an actual purchase TODAY but with the experience we had we went for it. She took the time to let us try a variety of mattresses to help us figure out what we actually wanted. It came down to a sealy or a purple. They call the lovely people working here sleep experts and they absolutely are! Dustin took phenomenal care, talked through with my roommate and myself both of our preferences and even showed us things we never would have thought of.I was in refurnishing 3 bedrooms after storm damage and Dustin was kind, understanding, and patient. The memorial day sale theyre having is awesome and I cant believe the price I was able to get for 3 quality bedroom set ups.Dustin it the best! And he and mattress firm will handle all of my bedding needs from now on!!PS dont skip the pillows, way better than what I got on Amazon for the same price!

Getting my fiancé to go shopping is hard, but is is especially hard for large purchases such as a bed. We had gone to about four stores by the time that we visited the Florida Ave S Mattress Firm and it was the best experience that we had by far. Dustin was energetic, conversational, and very educated as he explained all of the benefits and cons of each mattress that we tried. He was very patient and didnt try to push us to buy quickly and he made it very comfortable for us to ask all of our questions. Great place to shop for a new bed.. back of store has lots of super deals that have low prices not found elsewhere on name brand, highly rated beds.. I found assistant manager, Lindsey Robbins, to be extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all my technical questions easily and off the top of her head, without consulting a computer or a manual.. She seemed to be an expert on the latest cooling technology and adjustable bases. They are the only retail store, I found, to sell and try, the new Purple brand beds with the latest cooling features.. a real plus was the free pillow, sheets, and mattress cover package, thats included in your Purple purchase. Mattress Firm has the best customer service I have ever experienced in Lakeland I’m general. This is not a paid review. We spoke and interacted with Melissa and she was so dang kind and worked some things out for us, she really went out of her way to get us what we wanted. She was awesome. I don’t usually write reviews on sales personnel but I wanted to give thanks to a special person, who is an asset to this company.We stopped at the Lakeland store on Labor Day, just to check and see what they had before we went on to shop other places. We met Lindsey and stopped shopping!!!! Her knowledge, professionalism, personality and patience sold us on purchasing our mattress and base from her. Believe me my husband can try anyone’s patience and Lindsey hung in there with me and ended up giving us a price that was unexpected and well within the budget we had set.
