Loyalty to one of the best and oldest parts store in country! Great for older refurbished vehicles!

Great customer service. Went in for a battery, they tested the old one, ordered a new one and it was ther within a half hour and even installed it . Also tested the alternator, didnt try to upsell etc. I ended up buying a secomd battery for another car very good prices. Staff is knowlegable professional and friendly many thanks especially to Marcos, ask for him.

Bad customer service!

Good place for ordering parts. Friendly service. They can service all your basic car needs. In a central location on Congress and 10th in Lake Worth. This store has been here for years and has competitive prices. Only drawback is they are not on the west side of town.

Can I give no stars? These lunatics tried to sell me an old dirty truck battery out of the back with a 20 month warranty. So I questioned if they had anything better and after trying to convince me this battery was good they said for 30 more dollars you can have a brand new battery with a 42 month warranty. If you have no choice and you have to shop there make sure you do your homework and dont leave it up to the employees to help you.

The other day I was buying a part and unfortunately the manager in turn( he was wearing glasses) didnt treat me like a good associate should do. The customer service in that store is awful. He was making fun of me instead of help me cause I do not know the jargon. I do not recommend to go to this place to buy anything, anyway those parts are in stock in other series of retailers.

Great prices and knowledgeable people

This store is one of the worst in the auto parts industry. It lacks in customer service and they treat customers like they are more of a discomfort to them, than a source of revenue. The store manager talks down to his customers and makes one feel like its a burden to inquire about a particular product. He is rude and disrespectful. I will never visit this low end store again.

This store has always been very good to me, they have quality parts and the prices are lowest in town. The people have also been very helpful and polite even when they are busy.

I had an absolutely lousy experience with this business. I was dropping my wife off at the doctor next door and planned to do some shopping here. Before I even exited from my car an associate banged on the window and told my I could not park. Needless to say I will not do business with this store and will recommend others to go elsewhere. If I could give a minus star I would as the associate was so rude. Please note that others have posted and have been treated badly by these rude dogs.

Had what I needed and cheaper than others. Ask if needed any help to find anything. Seems limited on products though.

Call them last to compare autoparts the most part they are cheaper for same parts.. even with receipt its third degree burn to return parts.

The service is horrible, I do not know how people go to that site, I bought a battery and I did not start or the car and they must be expired because they do not even have the sales date and they treated me in a bad way when I told them that it did not work and that I take them The car to be checked and they did not look at it they gave me the money back in a very bad way I just crossed the street and bought it totally different in autozon or something like that with its date on top of the battery and 3 years warranty with the Saved phone number quite the opposite of congres autopar that I had to keep the receipt and 2 years that did not last more than 20 minutes well defined for my ai I have something left that they should know if the owner of the car installs the battery has no guarantee that they told me because it Electricity does not have a guarantee, I honestly do not understand that place and here are the photos of the batteries, the old and the new one and for me they are from the same year
