Came here to replace my battery on my 01 Suburban. I was helped by Brian who loaned me tools to to remove and replace my battery in my truck. He also checked to see if my old battery was still under warranty which it wasnt. But got a great deal on the replacement battery. Will definitely be back here for my future auto part needs.

Napa has some of the worst parts in the market. I purchased a set of rear drums and shoes. The shoes had a core charge on them due to being rebuilt. After performing the brake job the back of the truck was shaking like crazy due to the drums being warped right out of the box. When I called to see if they could be exchanged I was told they didnt have any at that location and I could bring them back for a refund. When I showed up with the parts to be refunded I was fought with be one of the salesmen. Finally was given the refund and I went to a different parts store which had the drums for $25 cheaper there. Put those drums on and the truck didnt shake. Napa quality and their prices are terrible. I will say the other salesmen there seemed very professional to the other customers at the store though. I will not be giving any more of my money to Napa.

Placed a order last night, confirmation email it was ready this morning. When I got there it was not ready, two of the three parts I had to have for my WORK truck was not even in stock! NAPA you blew it, never again.

Napa has lost it. Wont be around much longer. Overall after corporate left it went under withch is why they are gone they failing

I am a whole sale shop here in town and as far as this store goes they have no respect for who or what they sell to you. I use to order from them all the time but there showmanship is far from par. getting them to pick up your returns in a timely fashion is an impossible feet for them. so if you just want to know if these guys are going to help you build a strong store thems guys are not the ones to turn too.

Good auto parts store for all your needs. They are a little bit further and not as many stores as Advance Auto but at least Napa will have everything you need in one stop. Not like the Advance in which they do not have all your needs in auto parts .

I was a mechanic in New Hampshire for many years. We did not have any so called discount auto parts store,Napa was the go to place. A place for professionals. I worked at a Napa store also. Yes I like what I ordered.

Worse experience ever! First and last Rome shopping at this location. I brought my old caliber in the store to order a new one. The manager opened my new box and removed some parts. I couldn’t even get the box the parts came in. Very uneducated inhuman service I received. Will be calling corporate to train their employees

I order a part there, and they where closing by the time i got there, they just ignored me, my first and last time there, will never come back...thats why napa...lost a lot of customers
