I came in early morning hours, I needed a diagnostic test and the employee refused to do it, because she was the only one there she said I had to wait an hour for another person to come. There was not a soul in the store that needed attending and my car was parked literally at the front door. Maybe this is how it’s ran but I looked at it from all stand points and just didn’t couldn’t understand.

The young man who helped install our new battery was very knowledgeable and professional.

Went in for help on power steering fluid and helped and directed right away excellent service.

My truck had been giving me a lot of problems recently. The job was going to cost me about $1600. I spoke with two young men named Andy & Peter. They helped me get all the parts & get the truck fixed for about $700. They were very patient & explained everything.

I came to purchase wipers on a rainy day but it had stopped, I was told they dont install on rainy days with a snotty put out attitude! Si I took my business elsewhere,where i was treated like my business mattered!

Worst customer service ever.Their were 3 employees only one working behind the counter. didnt greet at all. I will never go back to this location. The other two employees saw customers and didnt ask if they needed help.

Worst customer service . Most employees are extremely rude, the give issues to everyone about warranty when three other advance auto have no problem helping customers this one just seems to be portly managed.

They would normally have whatever you need, you just have to wait in a line most of the time and that can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. And thats just to buy something small.

Yes, a very obnoxious level of indifference from the staff....will not be throwing any money in their till...
