Ive spoken with Brian & Steve and I could not be more impressed with the way this company handles customer service! From the order process to tech help A++. I have a 2020 Explorer ST w/ 3.0 and I was installing the UPR Dual Valve Oil Catch Can Plug N Play with ECSS and I got confused with one of their steps and called, within a minute of speaking with Steve I was able to complete the installation. Amazing quality and affordable

Purchased adjustable end links on Ebay last week. When I went to install the end links, I realized the only adjustment range was longer than stock. Who lifts a muscle car? Additionally, the auction had a make offer option, so I made an offer for $90. They immediately replied back saying they could not go any lower than the listed price ($109). Then I happened to see the ad was updated this week to $89.99... Seriously? Plenty of other places to get performance parts. Stay away from these guys. Horrible business practices.

I have known Joe Since he was at his shop in Broward playing VHS tapes of his record Braking 93 Lightning. UPR has been great every step of the way. I call Brian at least Once a week from my vehicle and customers vehicles. They sell A LOT more then just UPR parts, they are a vendor for pretty much everyone (at least all the good brand names). Bought a mega catch can for my 2012 F150 ecoboost. After about 3 weeks started getting vapor odor inside the cab. Called UPR tech support said to remove the fittings on the can and tape and reinstall. So I did. Another 3 weeks and still getting odor inside the cab. You can lift hood and smell odor all around catch can. Called UPR again they said there’s nothing more to do except either deal with it or mail catch can back to them at my expense. Which I’ve refuse to do at my cost. There’s no reason a customer should have to pay shipping to return a item that has a issue from day one. There rep said that was there policy. I’ve done numerous upgrades to this vehicle and others and never had a experience like this. Very poor company policy and service. Going to return product to company I purchased from. Highly recommended you don’t purchase UPR products as I suspect you will reiceve the same poor service. 0 Stars
